"Very impressed"

I stayed at this hotel while recovering from Lasik eye surgery with my daughter. It was a great location and easy to travel as my daughter is not familiar with traveling in large cities, but she had much ease in getting back and forth from the eye clinic. Vic was SUPER!!!! He gave me directions to our favorite shopping and better directions in the city than what map quest could have ever done. He truly made my stay. The professionalism can not be beat and the service is TOP NOTCH!!!! I will make this my routine hotel for my travels to Dallas from now on.......

"GREAT experience and comfort for the money"

I had to book this room at the last minute and I went with price. However, when I got there, I was treated as if I was staying in a 5 star hotel. The hotel manager went out of his way to insure my comfort. Everything from a good place to eat to insuring that my stay was pleasant was discussed when checking in. I will DEFINATELY stay here again and although it is an older hotel, it exceeded my expecations and for the money, it beat any larger chain of hotel that I've stayed at. Very, pleasantly surprised!

This was a quick unexpected "weekend get-a-way" so I book the first hotel in our price range, not expecting much but got alot. The room was large, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very comfortable. Able to park close to room. Was disapointed there was no refrigerator or microwave...but I must admit I didn't look for that when I was searching.

"Never stay anywhere else"

This is the only hotel that I stay in around this area, it is cheaper than the ones in downtown Dallas and the service is excellent. Junior is always such a great help and the rooms are always clean and quiet. Also the location is great, plenty of places to eat and shop along beltline.

Actually, my brother came up to visit unexpectedly and I recommended that we try to have him stay in a room at the Quality Inn. Junior was exceptionally helpful and has given us great service during our stay. Yes, my brother and his wife did stay in the same facility and he was happy with the accomodations. The pool is kept very clean and the breakfast was an added benefit. We will be back!

Hotel staff were very pleasant and courteous. Hotel facade needs some updating. Free breakfast was great - lots of selections (did not have cooked breakfast - but for the price...so what?). I definitely would stay here again.

I was expecting a little more from this hotel for the price we paid. Instead, I felt like in a lower class motel. A couple of problems in my mind. 1) The outside noises were too loud. The room doors face outside, and I was able to hear cars driving by, a noisy sound system somewhere, and general ambient noise which didn't help when I was trying to fall asleep. 2) They advertise wireless high speed internet, but it's basically useless unless you head to the lobby area. Keep in mind that we were the second room on the second floor away from the lobby. So imagine how bad the connection would have been for the rooms all the way at the end of the hotel...

Downtown Addison location along restaurant row is very accommadating. Property was old but well maintained, nice pool. Staff was helpful, friendly, and couteous. Breakfast was worth it. Pet friendly. What more could you ask for?

This hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was fair in variety and it was plentiful. The staff was responsive and pleasant. Overall the stay was a good value.

The hotel location was great, many restaurants and stores close by, great neighborhood. The hotel needs some impovement, especially the bathroom and shower in the room. There was mold on the ceiling and the wall paper was dirty. The lamps by the bed didn't work.

It was basically what one would expect from an inexpensive hotel. Wasn't dirty, only saw one bug. There was apparently maintenance going on, and a lot of banging early in the morning, but it wasn't too bad.

Non-smoking room smelt like smoke. There was noise all night by "others" until 3 AM. HBO that I'm supposed to get in the room was flickering on and off all night. The bed was hard. Overall, a bad night.

We evacuated during hurricane Ike to Fort Worth. After three days there, and having my daughter followed at night, we moved to addison. It was clean, safe, and much more pleasant area to be in. Food and gas were plentiful, and everyone could relax. The bed were outstanding, with cotton bedspreads and comfortable matresses. The balcony over the pool gave evacuees an opportunity to share their stories. This was a much more family friendly place.

Well, I travel a lot. When I go to a hotel, I want a bed, a pillow, and an air conditioner. I certainly got all of that. The pillows were soft, which was a plus. The first day, the toilet stopped up, but they quickly fixed that. The staff was friendly. The desk was a comfortable work space and lighting was good. This is a motel, with doors opening to the outside. That was great for me, but may not be good for single, female travelers. I would stay here again.

Everything in the room worked fine. Great location. quiet and clean. I just wish they had microwaves etc. Stayed here because Super 8 had raised prices because of the Hurricane.
