"On the highway"
Easy to enter and exit. AC / heater worked fine. There was a very loud motor running outside the door of 124 during the night. The slope of the parking lot in front of room 121 is difficult to manage for me.Genuine Expedia guest review

Overall it is what I expected. I've stayed at a few Quality Inns over the years and it was a good stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very Good Place"
This place was a "standard" hotel with continental breakfast common for this type of hotel. The room was excellent (one king sized bed), and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was fair, and coffee was poor, but that's also pretty typical. This was an inexpensive stay, no need to stay at a higher priced place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Got in late and had to leave early, so wasn't there long. The check-in clerk could have done a better job, by instructing me to park in a different area that would have been closer to the stairs, since my room was on the second floor. They had a nice hot breakfast - eggs, biscuits, gravy and bacon, as well as cold cereal. I would stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent place to stay in Harrison for the money"
The hotel was clean nicely appointed with free wi-fi. I found the room to be very clean and the only thing lacking was a fridge. All of the rooms have a door to the outside which was convenient for parking your car directly outside of the room. The breakfast was better than I expected and the homemade sausage gravy was a nice plus. Overall this hotel […] was a great value and the staff was extremely courteous. You will pay more money at most places but this place was reasonable, very clean, handicapped freindly. A nice small pool. Surrounded by eating places. Will stay here everytime. No need to look any further. I have no clue why its not rated better then it is. Oh and an outstanding continental breakfast. Hot scrabbled eggs and sausage, waffels, pastrys, […] juice, milk cerial. My family had three rooms all togeather two were ajoining and we were all very pleased. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
This hotel was a huge disappointment. The colors/decorations/bed linens had gone through a fairly recent upgrade, but the hotel itself felt old and dingy. The bathtub needed a good scrubbing, a vent in the bathroom had grime caked on it, and the tile floor seemed old and cruddy. The ottoman for the armchair had a really gross looking stain on it and […] the floor didn't seem particularly clean. Even though our room was non-smoking, the entire hotel--including our room--smelled like stale smoke. I'm thinking the hotel probably used to be smoking and now isn't, but you just can't get rid of that smell, unfortunately. We got there late and were only there overnight, and I have to admit the bed was comfortable, but for the price we paid I expected MUCH more. My husband slept in his clothes and wouldn't take a shower--and I'm the germophobe of the family! It felt like we paid entirely too much for a comfortable mattress. "Great service, excellent staff"
10/28/13 Mike S Platte City, Missouri, United States
We were part of a group that makes an annual trip to the area for riding and viewing the fall colors, this staff meet us with open arms, smiling faces and service not experienced in places at twice the price. Looking forward to our return next year.

This was year four for an annual Fall visit to the area for twelve of us riding motorcycles in NW Arkansas. It was unanimous for the first time...clean, nice-smelling, spacious rooms, no dirty carpet, worlds best hotel breakfast buffet, large attractive lobby, very accommodating staff. This hotel offers many first-floor rooms with exterior entrances, great for bikers. They offered a basket of clean, folded rags in their lobby for bikers to wipe down their motorcycles at the end of the day. Front desk allowed us to use one of their conference rooms in order to have a brief church service. I could go on and on. OK, one negative....staff camps out behind front desk in early hours of the day endlessly talking, certainly detracting from the calm, quiet atmosphere in their otherwise luxurious, tastefully decorated lobby filled with beautiful, inviting chairs and couches. I slept like a baby on their nice beds and pillows.

We were in town for golf tourney and hotel was conveniently located directly across the street from the golf course. The room is was clean and comfortable, appearing to have been recently remodeled. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to place our ice packs in their freezer each night. The refrigerator & microwave in room were a plus and the hot breakfast was terrific!
"DUMP!! What a NIGHTMARE"
Beware. Rude Rude Rude staff! Completely inexperienced and incompetent. Do not give them your credit card info unless you want it charged 5x too much. Also, staff VACUUMED outside our door from 2-4 am.. While stopping periodically to take personal phone calls. (Thank you, "Andrew") Breakfast was cold. The only positive was the room was clean and air worked well; too bad we could hear our neighbors as if we were sharing a room with them. This would be a last resort on our next trip to Harrison; and considering our complaints to management were met by "well we also run the holiday and Hampton in Harrison" - I will seek a lodging choice outside of the three. I'd rather sleep in my car.

I must say my stay at the Harrison Quality Inn was one of the most interesting hotel stays I have ever had. Parking was adequate for the number of rooms and the restroom closest to the lobby had both soap and paper towels that were free for the use of registered guests. Breakfast was included in the daily rate and typically consisted of whomp biscuits and powdered eggs. There was two types of jelly available for toast that guests were required to make themselves. The pool was smaller than one would expect for a property of this size and was closed due to waterfowl problem (migrating mallard ducks had temporarily taken refuge in the shallow end). There was a reoccurring problem with our room keys not working. We had to have a new key coded every time we wanted to get into our room. With the very long walk from the lobby to the room this was very troublesome. At least it meant lots of exercise. I felt very safe at this hotel as the police seemed to be there all the time. The sheets on my bed had a small stain on them and the bathroom was outdated and not very clean.
"Older property, in need of some TLC..."

Was given a ground floor room with two doors... one to an interior hallway, one exterior one to the parking lot. Convenient, but odd. The air conditioner from the room above us dripped right over the top of our door. The bed skirt on one of the beds was clearly dirty, the carpeting near the (outside) door was soiled and had started to fray. The green paint on the outside of the exterior door was faded and blotchy. The air conditioning unit in our room had two settings... too cold and too warm. It would wait until the room was too warm, kick on, run forever, and then finally shut off when the room was too cold. The breakfast was nice and extensive, but the area was a bit cramped for the number of rooms that they have. There was an area behind the lobby that could have more tables in it for breakfast. The pool was full of bright, sparkling water, but it was closed for some reason.
"Spacious, clean, bad WIFI"

My Husband and I spent three nights at the Quality Inn in Harrison, AR. Our King room #200 was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was very good as well. I would have rated this hotel excellent if the free WIFI was good. The free WIFI was very very poor.
"Very clean, friendly Staff"

We enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. The room was clean cleaning ladies very nice and helpful. Staff at front desk very friendly and very helpful they helped us when we were in pinch. Thank you so much. Joe &.Karin we stayed in room 200
Clean---Clean---Clean! The service was wonderful, the bed was great and above all, the room was spotless!!! There's nothing that turns me off more than a dirty room but this time I was pleasantly surprised to find a spotless room! Yes, the property is starting to show wear but they make up for it in excellent breakfast and Clean rooms! Another bonus was I never heard any noise what so ever! For a clean hotel that's under $100.00 with tax, you should give them a try. I would take my family back in a second!!!
"Very Clean. Great Staff. Would reccomend."

I have stayed here several times while on bussiness trips and My stays here have been very nice. No complaints at all. My room was clean, had modern appliances, and every staff member I encountered was exceedingly pleasant. The hotel breakfast was better than most and the hotel is in a convenient area. I would stay here again.
