Very nice hotel...the only complaint is the water quality. Definitely need a water purifier. The water has an egg odor. That would be my only recommendation.

Front desk clerk went through the motions that were required but made you feel like he could care less about you or your stay. Room was what was expected for the price. They need new mattresses, you could feel the springs. Close to interstate. Just a cheap place to crash for the night and then move on.

After checking out we noticed we had forgotten a cooler in the room. I immediately called and spoke with the desk person who assured me they would put it aside for us. We arrived back at the hotel at approximately 5 p.m. and the man behind the desk stated that there was no cooler there that it was probably locked up in housekeeping and the hours for […] housekeeping were from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. We would have to come back the next day. I asked to speak with the manager and he stated that he WAS the manager and that he did not have access to the room where housekeeping kept things. I noticed the desk clerk I had spoken with sitting at a table in the lobby and I asked the manager if he could ask him about it. He did - in their language - so I have no idea what the conversation actually consisted of but the manager again stated that I could return or give them a credit card number and they would mail it. The desk clerk at the table, as well as the manager, were drinking Heineken at the table and the smell of alcohol was very strong. At that point I told him he was extremely rude and that as his customer he should attempt to satisfy my needs. He immediately told me that he speaks English and that I needed to leave his business immediately. I left, admittedly, in a not very good humor letting him know that I would ensure to address the situation in my review of his establishment. Stay away from this place!!!! Read more

We stay at Red Roof Inn's fairly frequently, since we travel with a dog. This RR had large, clean rooms. It was quiet and comfortable. Beds not quite as hard as some we have stayed in, and pillows ok. The towels were the usual (small and scratchy). But it's a Red Roof, and they don't hassle you when you check in with a dog. We stay here whenever we travel to Florida for vacation--at least once a year. The rooms are always clean and there is not a great deal of noise as you sometimes encounter when staying at a motel near an interstate highway. Staff are professional and friendly, and the continental breakfast is more than adequate for an on-the-go traveler.

This hotel looked ok on in the internet and from the outside. But the inside of the room left much to be desired. It was in much need of TLC. There were bugs crawling around on the sink, and in the AM when I went to iron a shirt there was enough hair behind the ironing board to have made a wig. If we hadn't of gotten to the hotel so late, we would of […] left and gone next door the the Best Western. We told the guy at the desk the next morning about the room(bugs and hair) and all he said was ok, I'll tell housekeeping. We will not stay there again, and would not recommend it to anyone. My aniversary was the week of our visit. I wanted to surprise my husband with a cake. Staff picked up the cake and had it ready for our arrival. He was very surprised and pleased. The room was clean and pleasant. We were well satisfied with the accommenations and price. Good distance to the beaches at better rates.

Please, as other reviewers have reported, change the alarm clocks. I never did figure out how to set the time on the darn thing. Seems like a small issue, but while everything else was very good, this can be a major aggravation. Also, the "continental breakfast" was pitiful. But for the price, it's hard to complain.

Hotel room is average and dated. Windows do not open so you have to leave the door open to get fresh air. Bathroom was not clean. Property was very well cared for and room updated nicely. The best thing is that the hot tub is open late and it was WONDERFUL after being outside all day. Very friendly staff. Thank you!

Clean enough, comfortable, efficient and a decent breakfast with fresh waffles, but no eggs or meat. No bad smells (important to me). One negative: they have the stupidest clocks in the rooms I've ever seen. People just unplug them because there doesn't seem to be any way to set the time on them! Worthless clocks! I booked this hotel at the last minute for two nights during the week. The cost was reasonable, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was also quite good. I will definitely use this hotel again.
