I didn't have any problem at all. Very friendly staff and clean room.

I got in late from an east coast flight and didn't want to disturb my mom who lives in memory care. The staff was courteous, the room was comfortable, and I slept much better than in my mom's room. I 'm considering making this my regular stative place when I visit my mom.

Good quality for the price. Well maintained. Business center computer could use updating.

After reading mixed reviews about the Days Inn we decided to stay there anyway as it was the most convenient to our needs. We were staying 5 nights with a small dog. The room was adequate and included a coffee maker, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator and microwave. We had upgraded. The grounds were well kept and included a smoking gazebo […] and walking area for the dog. Even on the 4:00 a.m. trips outside to walk the dog I felt secure. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason they were not given a rating of 5's across the board is that the hall and room rugs were soiled and they were a little stingy with fresh clean towels. Love it! was one of the better Hotels we stayed at on our trip. The people were really nice and our room was wonderful! They didn't have much out for breakfast because it was almost time for it to stop we just asked and they gave us whatever we needed! We will be back. Good location and we chose it over the other close hotels because it had a pool and hot tub. The pool supposedly just got cleaned before we arrived, but was very dirty. Room was nice, no complaints.

the location was great, however, the hotel is pretty run down. The room was not clean, in fact there was a used bar of soap in the shower! The room is in need of maintenance and the bed wasn't protected very well. Eventhough the hotel has free wi-fi, it was unreliable and I wasn't able to keep a connection. The staff was very friendly and professional, maybe a little understaffed, but they did a great job still. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean. I guess you get what you pay for. I thought this hotel looked really nice but I was WRONG!! The hotel was stinky and the pool was disgusting! When i first checked in i went to go lay down in the bed to take a nap,hours later i found myself still laying there,the beds were so soft and comfortable i did`nt wanta move.and i really enjoyed the pool hours.they were open alot longer than most hotels.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was great. My girls enjoyed the pool and we all liked the jacuzzi. The whole place was well kept and the room was definitely big enough for the 4 of us. It was near quite a few restaurants and the mall next door was a great bonus. I would certainly reccommend it as a place to stay if you are in the area.

Had a 2 night stay at this hotel. It was a nice location next to the mall. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself seemed a little worn. The shower was clean and worked well. The room we had didn't have a fridge or microwave like the pictures show. The pool had way too much chlorine and left our eyes burning without even opening our eyes under water. […] The hot tub was not hot and didn't really have jets. It basically pelted you with giant bubbles that felt like percussion massage and this made water splash all around you. Not very relaxing at all. The bed was a little hard and we had a tough time sleeping the first night. The room was very quiet. The tv was old and only had about 20 channels. The wifi was terrible and we had to use the hotel's wifi from next door. The breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, muffins and toast with apple and orange juice coffee and tea. We were there for four days, and the hotel staff never replaced the plastic cups in the room, so we ran out of cups. I was dead tired every night and was out as soon as my head hit the pillow, but one night my husband was kept awake by the couple in the next room having a romantic interlude--or rather several romantic interludes. The walls are kind […] of thin. The continental breakfast is pretty sparse. Unless you must desperately save money by having the continental breakfast I recommend going out to a restaurant. The place was clean and service was pleasant, however, there is no elevator, so you have to schlep your luggage up and down a somewhat narrow staircase which gets very busy at checkout time. The pillows were too firm, but the matresses were not firm enough. My wife and I felt like we were sliding into a pit in the middle of the matress, and neither […] of us weighs that much! great deal, clean rooms, close to shopping!

My overall experience was great. Housekeeping did a really great job cleaning, and were very pleasant!! They made my stay very enjoyable. I read bad reviews about the hotel before I came, but they were completely wrong. The beds are really comfortable, and the shower heads are awesome.

Room Smelt like cigarettes.

Have stayed several times. Things that at first seemed like flukes are not. TV remotes not working seem pretty constant. Front desk staff doesn't seem to care - said with a shrug, "yeah, the maids forget to change the batteries." Guess if you can't be bothered, I can't be bothered to come back. Will look elsewhere next time.

After a long journey, I checked into my room and was overcome by the smell of urine. I didn't ask for a different room because I thought it might be my hypersensitve nose due to chemotherapy. In other words, I thought I was smelling something that might be less strong to other folks. Not having a refrigerator and/or microwave in the room is also not […] a plus. As to the location...I left fairly early in the morning and needed to get gas, but those gas stations close to this hotel were all closed. 24 hour stations can be found on I-5 though. I suggest you get gas before they close them at night. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the staff did a good job getting rid of the smell. The beds were advertised as having feather or pillow topped mattresses but you could have fooled me. They were not super uncomfortable but they were not great either. Coffee in the […] lobby was good, the room coffee sucked. I booked a room for 4 people but only 3 towels were provided. Minor things I know, I guess I just expected better from Days Inn. Value, Location, Continental breakfast.

I appreciate staying in a place where the quality and the attitudes supplants the high star ratings which somehow equates to high cost. The Vancouver Mall Days Inn totally contradicts the old adage that you get what you pay for. I paid very little and got so much more: friendly staff, tasty breakfast, convenience and cleanliness. As a matter of fact, […] as soon as I complete this survey, I must book two more nights in a hotel in Vancouver and of course it's a no brainer--I'm coming back.
