"Home away from home"
Very polite and accommodating. We have a newborn and a dog, they were more than helpful with everything!
We had a great weekend, never had to go outside, went to the wonderful Toronto car show!!! Enjoyed the Jazz music in the evening..
Excellent location & good service. It was very disappointing to learn on New Year Eve that there is no Fox News Channel in the hotel. We were forced to watch CNN with vulgar Kathy Griffin not capable of saying anything smart but showing her body instead.
"Excellent!"
Our stay here was fantastic. I especially appreciated the level of service. We arrived at 2:30 am very tired and were greeted so warmly and helped so efficiently to get settled into our room. Thank you for such excellence!
"InterContinental Toronto Centre-Just wonderful"
We chose this hotel to watch a football game at the Rogers Center. It is right next door. It is also next door to the CN Tower. The neighborhood is very nice, and close to nightclubs. At the hotel, everything was fantastic. We were treated like royalty; doormen, valets, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

"Great location"
I liked being right downtown and right next to the tower- so it was the first thing i could see when I looked out my window. It was so easy to get to great restaurants too. The lobby and rooms were nice- although my bathroom felt like it had mood lighting. Parking was $25/night in their garage. I would definitely stay again.
"Really A Business Hotel"
This hotel is best suited for business travelers. It is well serviced and close to the train station. I think there are better options for people in Toronto on a pleasure/tourist trip.
"Intercontinental Hotel near Rogers Centre"
Parking was outragiously expensive after paying for the hotel stay itself. Bathtub outdated. Keys didn't work so we spent 20 min. sitting in the hallway waiting for someone to come up and let us into our room...sure enough they had to give us a new set of keys, this after the girl at the desk insisted the orig. keys were programmed correctly. Buffet […] breakfast was wonderful and convenience to the ballpark was good, too. The room was was too warm even after turning down temp to about 59. It certainly wasn't 59...more like 79. Read more
"great staff"
Everyone at the hotel was super nice. When we needed extra pillows, they brought them up right away. Very convenient location. We watched a ball game and walked back to the hotel within ten minutes. Lots of restaraunts to eat at within minutes of the front door.
"Very nice hotel"
Nice hotel. Super close to the CN tower and about 10 minute walk to the harbor cruise areas. There are other parking garages (about $20) near the hotel that are much cheaper to park in than parking at the hotel ($40).
"The Intercontinental - a hotel above all others!!!"
The InterContinental is a 5 star hotel! The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool area was a nice place to go to relax. The hotel is steps away from the Rogers Centre, Steam Whistle Brewery, Hockey Hall of Fame and more. Great price especially considering you are in downtown Toronto.

"InterContinental Toronto, Canada"
Very convenient, nice hotel. Unfortunately the bathrooms are a bit dark (poorly lit) and our room had a faulty heating/cooling unit. A broken fan woke us up so we turned it off at 2am. I'm sure the hotel would have made an attempt to fix it or moved us to a different room, however we did not inform th staff until later that morning when we were checking […] out. Read more
"Best place to stay in Toronto"
The service is outstanding, and the place feels classy without being snobby. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we felt completely taken care of there. The front desk found out it was my wife's birthday, and had a cake set up to the room, free of charge.
"Highly Recommend"
This is the second time I have stayed here and both times were great. This hotel offers it all, from good ambiance and very nice rooms to a nice lounge and room service at all hours. There is nothing that I do not like about the hotel. They do charge a lot for parking (40 a night) and for internet, but it's not a deal breaker.

"Intercontinental in Toronto - Queen beds only"
I made reservations 3 months in advance for a room with TWO Double Beds to attend a function at the convention center. When I arrived at 10:30PM to the hotel, I checked in and nothing was said at the desk, but when I got to my room, I found I had a room with ONE QUEEN BED! I called the front desk and was told by the manager that they did not have a […] double bed room available so they "upgraded me to club level queen room". Who cares? I was there for 1 night, leaving the next AM, and all I wanted and had reserved was a two double bed room. They ended up bringing a roll-away, so my niece slept in the bed and I got the roll-away. Unacceptable. Probably will not stay there again since what you reserve is not what you get. Read more
"Great Spot but Don't Park There"
Great place to stay but if you have a car they charge $40 per night to park Ouch!!!
"Intercontinental - Toronto Downtown"
Great stay at the hotel for a weekend birthday celebration. Hotel was close to train service and walking distance from many attractions. Excellent service from the concierge. She provided terrific recommendations as well as guest lists/reservations.

"Bad fire alarm experience"
At 6:20 AM the hotel fire alarm went off and proceeded to continue to go off for approx 25 minutes being only interrupted every minute by a voice that told us the alarm was being investigated and they would get back to us. Finally silence and nothing else. 5 minutes later and announcement stating everything was OK. Being completely awake I dressed and […] tried to check out, but the video check out system was down. Other than that the hotel was 5 star in every aspect including price. Read more

"The Hotel Intercontinental Torronto Centre"
The check in was very smooth. The hotel is located in the one of the most happening places in Down Town Toronto. Very suitably located and a good place for business or leisure. The breakfast was a boring affair as it was monotonous as I had stayed for 4 days. I had a raw deal as my room was on 4th floor thus depriving me of the benefit of watching Toronto […] skyline. The service is very good and the hotel is maintained very well. I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want to stay near to CN tower, whole lot of good restaurants and near to convention center. Read more
"InterContinental on Front Street - not as hoped"
While the staff at the front desk were extremely gracious, as was the concierge, the quality of the room service was so poor that I called the manager to have her look at the wilted celery I had been sent with my $26 cheese plate.

"Great Hotel"
very friendly and helpful staff. great location nice rooms!
"Luxery at a lower price"
The hotel was cheeper than some of the other luxery hotels in town, but it did not disappoint. Clean, comfy rooms, nice view, yummy breakfast buffet, OUTSTANDING service. We stayed 5 days and started to feel at home. Much of the staff knew us by name. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
"Great Location!!!"
We booked this room for an event at the Rogers Center - very close!!!! Right next to the CN Tower, There several good restaurants within walking distance. Only thing we would have liked to have more of, closer by - shopping!!! Overall - good hotel for location and nice rooms.

"Nice place"
Vey clean, not expensive due to construction,.7 miles from rogers centre. Only bad thing- waiting for the elevator seemed like a long time. friendly staff. Expensive parking though too. Upper class type hotel. very fancy
"Wonderful Service, good location"
We only stayed for one night, but the staff was very helpful with all requests. The hotel is only 2 blocks from Union Station with rail and underground connections.

"Great hotel for the purpose."
We wanted to stay somewhere close to go to the Jays game and this place was very convenient and very nice. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good and the serving there was superb. There were two downpoints to the hotel. One, the elevators in the hotel were very slow in response time. There were occasions where this frustrated […] us. Second, when we got there they gave us a room that was already occupied but they compensated us by giving us free parking for the duration of our stay. Read more

"Great hotel at convenient location"
The Intercontinental is located close to the lake shore and next to the CN Tower and the arena and Union Station. We got a great deal that included the great breakfast buffet. Room (corner room) was not very spacious, but ok. Very nice pool and spa in the hotel.
"downtown Toronto"
room was respectably clean. pillows all feather (nice, except for allergies). Pool, Spa, and excersise rooms all nicely set up.

"fire alarm"
That was the only problem being stuck on the 13th floor and unable to leave due to the fire alarm going off, it put me behind schedule by 1/2 hour until the all clear was given and the door leading to the elevator opened
"Intercontinental"
Shower needs updating otherwise the hotel was fine

"Canada Blooms"
For the past five years "The Girls" have stayed at the Intercontinental to attend the Canada Blooms Exhibit each March. We are always treated well by staff from our check-in at the front desk, to room service attendees, housekeeping and restaurant service. We plan to return again next year and look forward to our stay.
"Intercontinental - Toronto"
When booking, I hadn't realized what "class" I had just purchased. The hotel, rooms, staff and food were beyond my expectations. This was the first time my niece was to experience the city of Toronto, so I booked with this hotel for its convenient location - funny, my niece wanted to stay in the hotel most of the time.
