I will never stay at this hotel again. The first thing i noticed was that there is a large hole in the bathroom door. Next, the hotel still has old analog TV sets, my remote control would not work, and the hotel never fixed it. I let them know about the problem on day two, they gave me new batteries for the remote, that didnt fix the problem. There were 5 choices to connect through for wireless, none of them very good. Dropped after less than 5 min. every time, if could get online at all. Room was sort of dingy, well worn you might say.

The motel needs to be updated, looks like something of the 1950's. Coob webs along base heater, light fixture hang down in bathroom, no cover on thermostat, so do not know what room temp is. Newer motels in the area same price.

We only stayed the one night but I will definitely choose this hotel again when I need to stay in Hornell. The room was very nice and it was pretty quiet. I liked that the hotel was set back from the road it eliminated the road noise.

I booked a non-smoking room, and arrived to find out I had a smoking room - last room in the hotel. Of course the room reeked, but I could have gotten past that. It was the various lengths and colors of hair in my bed when I pulled back the sheets, the cigarette butt on the floor of the bathroom, and the rug that clearly hadn't been vacuumed (of course […] the dust along moldings was there, but I'm talking about even the main traffic area in the middle of the room hadn't been vaccuumed). If it wasn't late when we arrived, with no other roooms for miles and miles we would have left. I had sheets with me in the car and brought in my own. When I told the front desk about it in the morning, the pleasant clerk wrote down the complaints and room number on a scrap piece of paper and said, "sorry about that." pillows were an inch thick, and beds felt like hammocks, issues I would normally overlook in a discount hotel, but it all added up to my worst hotel room ever. A lot of people might complain about their stay at a cheaper hotel. But they should remember, its a cheaper hotel. Don't expect too much. This however, was an exceptionally nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable even though this hotel has been around since the 50's or 60's. It advertises on Hotel,com that it has a restuarant on site. The resturant is closed and has weeds and grass growing around it as does the psarking lot pavement. It okay doe the price you pay.

The room had an old musky smell to it. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and darn it if I could tell where the buzzing sound was coming from.
