The rooms have been newly remodeled and the staff was very helpful. There is the biggest chuck e cheeses restaurant I have ever seen across the street, so the kids had an excellent time. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a very dirty, filthy, nasty hotel i have never seen in my lifte. The carpet, bathroom, toilet, shower curtain are so dirty and filthy and molded. If you want to ask more towels, you have to wait for them to finish the laundry. Their staffs show upp at 9:00AM. So, if you need anything you have to wait for them to show up. So, if you need more […] towels you have to wait for them to show up at 9:00AM, do whatever they think that the most important for them first, then the will do the laundry to provide the towels for you. This was a nice hotel and quiet, even though it was located near the freeway. They need to upgrade their televisions, as there were no A/V inputs/outputs to connect a DVD player, so I will need to bring my own set next time. The TV was across from the bed, where is should be.

The moment I walk in to the office, the first thing I see is a "back in 30 mins " sign. The last thing I would want to do would be wait for 30 mins to check in. I called the office to see if someone would come out, nothing. I had to hold the ring for service door bell so they could hear the buzz in the back. I got a smoking room, I asked for a change of rooms, they didn't grant it to me, I actually went to the store to buy my own set of sheets because theirs were that bad. Rooms were clean and equipped with fridge, microwave, iron, cable tv and free wi-fi internet. Not the best part of town but safe. If you like Vietnamese food, there's lots of restaurants/markets nearby.

You advertised coffee maker in room, no coffee maker. Microwave needed repair. Carpet very dirty. They were OUT of coffee on Sunday morning, instead of going after coffee, they just said they were looking for some, well they never found it. Upstairs ice machine not working.

I arrived at midnight. The night manager helped me with my bags. My room was missing most items not nailed down including lightbulbs! The manager quickly remedied the situation. Although the hotel is pretty run down, as is the neighborhood, the staff treated the guests as if it were a 4 star hotel.

It was a very unsafe area. There were people on drugs, drug dealers, gang bangers, and call girls all over the place. We couldn't walk a block to the nearby Denny's because whenever we did 2-3 gang members would start following us like we were in their drug territory. It was a very frightening experience. The bathroom and bedsheets were clean, and no bed bugs in sight. There were crumbs on the floor, don't know whether they were due to bad vacuums or no vacuuming. Overall, the hotel is decent, with relatively clean room, comfortable beds and simple amenities. Only problems I encountered was a very squirrelly Wi-Fi connection: the Wi-Fi would not work in my room until I went and took my device to the lobby, and then strangely, it would work. Second, the phone that we had in the room had this weird Indian music […] playing in the background AT ALL TIMES, which made calling the lobby very, very hard. The TV in the room is old school tube TV and the tube in our room seems shot, as the images on the screen were dark and fuzzy. The hotel is right off of the Tully Road exit, one of the busiest exits in San Jose, so it could be noisy, as the hotel is facing the 101 freeway. Some seedy characters around the rooms, but that's what you get for a cheap stay in Jose. Good for a short stay and convenient. Read more
