The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely courteous. Our room was not the one I had booked online. I booked a 2 bdrm suite and we were given a 1 bdrm suite. The staff was able to move us to the correct room. However, we had to pay an additional $20 for the upgrade. The staff apologized for the problem and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a large variety of items.

Convenient to Philips Arena...good restaurants. Room initially didn't have a good view...but air didn't work & it was going to be another hour toget it going. They gave us another room with a view of centennial park & free breakfast buffet for the inconvenience ....great service! The double beds were really small & not comfortable...that was the only negative.

"Homewood Suites Buckhead-close to downtown"
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were comfortable and clean but could have been a little more spacious. Breakfast and dinner were great, large dining area and attentive staff. Cleaning staff did not leave towels one morning, but called the front desk and they sent someone up within a few minutes. Very close to downtown. I enjoyed my stay at the Homewood suites, they had an excellent staff, great breakfast, and a very amiable shuttle driver who drove us to our restaurant. However, the hotel was experiencing some issues with hot water and I was unable to take a hot shower in the morning. Once notified, I received a full apology. The front desk was always welcoming and so hopeful! The service was great and the free hot breakfast was more than we could ask for. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Atlanta

I had read some bad reviews about this place so my expectations were low. To my surprise, it was just perfect for a night and the GEORGIA/Boise St. game. "Buckhead Homewood Suites"
I've stayed at this hotel for many years, but after my recent stay I have decided to part ways! The staff is unresponsive to requests and quite honestly when someone prepays for their room months in advance of their stay, I do think you should get the type room requested. I requested a King bed checked in early that day and when I returned in the evening […] to actually get into my room, didn't get the requested King. Things in the room were broked, doors, lamps, etc. The shuttle service is not good about picking up in a reasonable length of time when you have called ahead. "Needs plenty of improvement"
Walls are very thin, so room was noisy. Unsupervised children ran wild down the halls, at the pool and in the breakfast area. Dishwasher leaked and was not repaired. When we reported loud banging on our room door, we were told that Security didn't come on duty until 6P.
