Pros: very close to Bike Path and short drive to harbor attraction, free internet, free breakfast. Cons:no refrigarator, no microwave, weak air cinditioner, no elevator, not enough ice for everyone, cleaning service left our door open all day we were out (fortunately we were not looted for it).

Great location - near the university. Breakfast was consistent with others, not great but more than adequate. Room was better than it looked - very comfortable. Internet was reliable. Bathroom had limited counter space but water temperatures were very good and the shower worked well.

The staff were unable to rectify a serious noise issue when apparently quite a few children were left in the room above me for hours unsupervised. They screamed, ran, banged on things, and wrapped on the walls for hours. I, along with other hotel guests repeatedly called the front desk with no resolution. It was a long, loud night!

Room was large with a comfortable queen bed. Appears they have recently done some upgrading (new carpet, new wallpaper) so it doesn't have that smokey smell some Comfort Inns have.

I love Comfort Inn's architectural feature of the patio doors opening up to the car. I love the fact that many of them are PET FRIENDLY as well and non smoking. Staff is always pleasant at all the Inns we have stayed at. I always look for their signs o the road to stop at. Dependable, clean and bathrooms that do not smell and are CLEAN.

Staff where very friendly and helpful in providing directions. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would recommend this facility to friends and family. The only negative we had was the air conditioning units where noisy.

Hotel wasn't out of this world, but basic and had what we needed. Breakfast buffet was basic, but the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. No complaints.

I didn't think much of my stay. One of the lady at the front desk shouldn't be there. Never smile, it look like your bothering here every time you have a question. No fridge in the room and couldn't have one, no ice in the ice machine.....

An excellent location for going into Charlottetown or for driving around PEI in any direction. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was far better than we have experienced in a long time at other hotels. Simple but satisfying so a good start to our day of travel. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when in PEI.

It was good. Quiet and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of smoke on the main floor. I was on the second floor so it didn't bother me, however, ALL hotels and motels should be smoke free.The location is good, close to shopping and not far from downtown.

This is a very typical Comfort Inn, a little bit out of the way, but not too expensive. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast included eggs and waffles.

We visited PEI for several days and this came up in Expedia as a good fit to our needs. We had a pleasant stay, The room was a nice size, king bed, TV, bath tub in the bathroom. All clean and worked. A comfortable room. The buffet breakfast was fine. There were toaster waffles, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, cereal, hardboiled eggs, juice, milk, […] coffee. The Inn was repaving the parking lot so we had to work around that. However, there was always a place to park. This is on the out skirts of Charlottetown, near a mall, walmart, home depot, several restaurants. However, you have to drive to the beaches, anne of green gables,lobster dinners and the like. If you are looking to save a few bucks but still have a clean, comfortable hotel, you found it. Only complaint was that one day housekeeping was a bit late and we had to wait access our room, no big deal. Even included a breakfast which went way beyond continental.

I arrived at the Hotel early in the afternoon. I was assigned a second story room. I asked the desk person for a room on the ground floor since I had torn ligaments on my knee and would find it difficult to navigate the stairs. I was offered a smoking room which I investigated and found unsuitable. I retrieved my bags from my car and managed to get […] them to my room where I found the key to the room did not work. I had to leave my bags unattended in the hall while I navigated the stairs again. The parking lot at the hotel was quite empty and I am sure that with a small bit of effort a ground floor room could have been found with someone who had not arrived yet. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not try to the continental breakfast since it did not start til 7am and we were leaving early to travel home. Would have liked to have it open at 6 as it did through the week. Otherwise, would recommend highly.

If you are a non-smoker and book a smoking room, beware that these rooms smell A LOT like cigarets. I booked a smoking room by mistake and due to the fullness of the hotel, they were not able to move me.

Il serait temps de rafraîchir la déco.... Le tissus du mobilier et les tapis ont beaucoup vécus. Comme dans plusieurs hôtels de cette catégorie, la climatisation est très bruyante et difficile a régler. Le petit déjeuner continental était correct mais on manquait de places assises pour le prendre tranquillement. Le personnel était plutôt nonchalant […] , pas beaucoup de sourire.
