    Checked in and unloaded our bags. No T.V. Remote. Empty large cellophane food wrapper on floor next to bed. Refrigerator noise very loud and gurgling. T.V. guide a month old. Called front desk...quickly brought a remote that didn't work with the T.V.     Was a very nice hotel, we got in a little bit late the girl did not understand how to take a reservation made online it seemed, but was friendly. The pool and the hot tub were very nice to come back to. It was a very nice place to stay and was good for our needs.

    The bedding on the bed would not stay on, so we fought it all night long. The volume on the tv was horrible so we had to keep turning it up and down. Door on other rooms slammed all night long. Front reception was not very friendly. Will not return.

    Beds were not the most comfortable. Husband has back issues & he found them to be very bad on his back. The room also smelled of smoke. I realize that they are 100% smoke-free, but they once were for smokers.

    It was a nice quiet hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I stay at similar type hotels and the breakfasts are all the same although pretty good, Excellent location to all that Minoqua and Woodruff and surrounding area have to offer.

    Got to the hotel and checked in at 10:30pm, and after the first set of room keys they gave us didn't work, got a new set that worked. Room was clean and spacious.     Bed was not a Queen,pool and whirlpool were not working when we arrived on Monday. Motor was disabled Thursday before we arrived.It was working on Tuesday.     During our stay in WI we stayed in a different hotel every night. We chose where we stayed based upon the reviews we found on this site. We chose hotels in the $60-70 dollar range. Of all the places that we had stayed this hotel had the most comfortable bed, best HD TV, and was about average for everything else.     This hotel was what I was expecting for the price. It was easy to find. Check-in and Check-out was fine. Room was clean. Breakfast was included in the price. I'd stay there again.

    I love animals but I have an issue with their being occupants of hotels/motels. As a paying guest, I don't feel it appropriate I should have to listen to the barking of any dog kept in a room.
