    The rooms were average generic hotel rooms, The beds were GREAT! I believe the water was soft water instead of the hard stuff you usually get in hotels. Our hair was not straw after a shower.     This were good except the shower and tub facility. The water preasure was low, and the plastic covering over the tub squeaked real bad while standing in it. Everything else was fine.

    It was nicely located and easy to find. In walking distance of a nice restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The room was clean and provided the comforts we needed. There were a few unsightly cosmetic maintenance issues (ie: caulking around base of tub)

    This hotel was quite good for a mid-range hotel, except I always got a whiff of mildew or something like it every time I entered the room. It was always by the door and not in the bathroom itself, though the low wattage fan in the bathroom surely didn't help.

    Walking into this motel was disappointing....unkept, dreary, unloved....and then to be greeted by a clerk that had no personality and who wasn't overly happy that we were there ! Our room was clean, but "unloved". I'm not sure we will stay at another Comfort Inn.

There were many problems with this hotel - here are a few: very, very little soundproofing in the building; an ant trap left under the HVAC (in November); walls in disrepair - sections had been replaced and lights moved but the walls were never properly repaired; my white socks turned brown from […] dirty carpet; mold on walls above the shower; and a live critter in the clean towels on the rack in the bathroom. The nasty looking bug was the last straw - I had already showered and used a towel when it was discovered. All I could think about for the rest of the day was that I did not know which towels it had crawled all over and for how long - creepy crawlies have bodily functions, too. That's a charming thought, no? I could not get out of there fast enough. Needless to say, we did not stay for breakfast... Read more

    We stayed for 2 nitghts and had a clean room at Sturgeon Bay. The breakfast were the ususal but warm and plenty. Looks like it was recenty remodeled. No whirlpool, but pool was accesible and clean. Would reccomend if you are on a budget and have plans to be out looking at sights and want a good nights sleep.

I took my trip in December and despite the heater being off the room was not that cold. The heater takes some getting use to, but does get quite hot.
