I would stay there again, if the opportunity arises again. The stay were very friendly and helpful. The coffee pot didn't work in the room and I called downstairs and a new one there in a matter of minutes. Road noise was no problem and I even had the windows open most of the night.

I have stayed at this Extended Stay multiple times. Staff is always helpfull and freindly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Mattresses could be a little more comfortable, but for the price I'm not complaining. I'll be back

I am in town for business very often. I never stayed here because it is not in downtown. I saved about 25% off my overall stay by driving another 3 miles. And the room was a lot nicer than where I was staying. I will be staying here next time as well.

Was surprised how quiet the room was all night. The hotel was fully booked, yet I never heard a TV or a bed from any of the adjacent rooms. Wish the Wifi was faster but it is free. Great overall value. I'll be back! :)

The place is newly updated, very clean. Staff was very friendly. Neighborhood a little rough, but that's typical of the town from what I could tell. I was never frightened, I didn't worry about my car or anything. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Everett. Plus its very cheap.

I booked the stay with the impression of a quality hotel that would be comfortable. They made upgrades to the property but didn't replace any of the matresses. Springs in matress made it impossible to have a comfortable night sleep. Even tried to put matress on floor for a decent nights sleep. Didn't work! Beds were creaky. The staff moved me to a new room. They are in the midst of replacing the old beds, all of which are very noisy and uncomfortable. They forgot to clean my room. Otherwise, staff was great.

Stay here several times a year. Never in the wing I stayed in on 12/25... room was somewhat updated but not completely like the others. Although the price was low, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The nonsmoking rooms are on the same floor as smoking rooms. This means you must walk though a cloud of cigarette smoke to get to your room. Very unpleasant. The bed was listed as 'firm,' but a more accurate description would be 'plank-like' or 'rock-hard.' The bed was extemely uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. It sounded like people were jumping up and down in the room above us. The walls are very thin - when walking down the hallways you could hear conversations, detail for detail - from inside the rooms. Overall very disappointed and won't stay here again.

For an extended stay, they did not think about how the room would be used. Needed a second nightstand, luggage rack, more dresser space, more counter space in bathroom, etc. Boxspring on bed was NOISY and we could hear the people in the next room turning in their bed too. I stayed at this hotel on a Thursday night and then again on Sunday. The first night was ok, nothing to really complain about other than maybe the other "guests" who were obviously staying there long term. A little scary. When I returned for the Sunday stay it was a different room, there was an empty beer can in the closet, the coffee maker still had […] the old coffee in it and had obviously not been cleaned out. The dishes that were provided ~ not that I used them ~ were dirty. The pillows on the bed smelled so bad I threw them into the closet. they smelled like someone had slept on them for a month and never changed the cover. I can still smell that smell just thinking about it. I wont even say you get what you pay for because my money should be just as good as any one elses. Do not under any circumstances stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled horrible, but we were playing a tournament nearby and had nowhere else to go. We bought $10 worth of air fresheners, and when we returned to the hotel for the second night, a desk person told us they were kicking us out of the hotel because our room "smelled funny."
