The hotel was close to where I needed to be. I hate the smell of food cooking in the rooms but nothing I can do about that. The room was cool and clean and the shower worked without incident. It did the job for the most part.

We were only in town for the night. My husband was touring the BSU campus the following day, and we just needed somewhere to crash. The bed was decent, the bathroom was satisfactory, and the staff was friendly. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience.

Very uncomfortable bed & pillow. Noisy room. Dirty towel left hanging on bathroom door from previous guest. Iron did not work so well. Breakfaft over at 9:30 on a Sat morning! Missed breakfast :-(

It was like a mini apartment. The kitchen actually have a stove with burners and the pans and dishes were supplied. The bed, bath, and kitchen were very clean. My Husband and I have stayed at this Hotel several times. I have never seen it so unclean. The toilet had dark lines where the water runs in and a dark ring. The floor felt as though it had not been swept. It just didn't feel clean. Very disappointing.

Upon arrival I felt the need to conduct a thorough roach and bedbug inspection. To my surprise, I didn't find any evidence of either. The room was not what I would call clean, with a smelly comforter, stained carpet and stuff that should have been swept up on the hard floor. The front desk person seemed to have no clue how to check people in efficiently, as an influx of guests is certainly out of the ordinary for this dirt hole hotel. OK but the mattresses were very poor with little padding, Note that they were in process of replacing them the next day, they may be better now but I don't know. Only 2 small pillows provided. I know it isn't an expensive hotel but for very little one time upgrades to a couple of things and it would make for a much better night!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the third and last time I will stay there. Overall, the hotel isn't bad but for the way they say it is an extended stay hotel, I wouldn't stay for more than two days. The bed was rock hard and they knew it was because they had a piece of foam under the sheet to "soften" it up. The tv is a small 17' i think and doesn't even get all the local […] channels. Very small selection of channels at that. The stove has only two burners and there was enough silverware for 2 people. And one teaspoon. They charge you for a hair dryer. Hotel staff were excellent. More than willing to drop what they were doing to lend a hand. The hotel is in a good location which was nice. But you knew you were in a lower class of hotel immediately when you opened the front door when you were greeted by that 'bad dirty carpet cleaner smell'. From there it just continues to go downhill. The other immediate issue,...a 15 inch TV that was 20 feet away from the bed. I needed binoculars just to see the dang thing. The rooms were pretty spacious and the appliances all worked well. The lighting fixtures were really bad, like they hadn't been changed since the 70's. They worked, but they were old and rickety. The room was cooled by an indoor heater/AC unit attached to the wall. It worked okay, but it was so noisy that you had to constantly turn the TV volume up and down when it came on and when it turned off. Within a few blocks from the Interstate, easy on/off. No restaurant but next to a chain pizza place. Clean, convenient, comfortable. No noise from other rooms. Friendly staff. Everything worked, no leaks or "surprises".

Upon check in at the motel the front desk lady was very rude! Our room was gross! The walls were nasty and seal around the tub was molded and falling appart! Chair was broken and no cover over the outlet! bed was hard and falling appart! and they only service your room 1 out of a 7 night stay!! Yet the rooms are nasty!!

The facility is nice. However, the kitchenette was not well-stocked (only one spoon, for example), and they had run out of coffee and shampoo. Upon check-in, an employee in the side room could be loudly complaining about someone during a phone conversation.

This room stunk like burnt food. Our toilet hadn't even been flushed let alone cleaned. Black rings in the toilet. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. The carpet was grimy and stained. The bathroom had sticky floor and spider nests in the corner. Just not worth saving a couple bucks to endure that again.

Booked this hotel because of good relationship with local Extended Stay America in Fresno, CA. As a Property Supervisor for several hundred apartments, I send residents to a nearby Extended Stay in cases of emergencies. Always had good reports from those brief stays and have first hand knowledge that those rooms are clean & acceptable. The rooms I booked […] in Boise were not cleaned thoroughly - it was evident when seeing the bathroom toilet, the previous guest's wash rag still on the shower rod and the unclean surfaces in the "kitchen" area, etc. That was just in MY room - I know that my brother's room was in a similar condition. I enjoyed the price of the hotel but when we arrived I immediately regretted not paying the $5.00 more for a different hotel that did include: Breakfast, Pool, upgraded rooms. Also the front desk service was abysmal. There was only one worker who reflected the poor quality of the hotel frequently throughout the duration of our stay.
