This is our second time staying here. We got a room with two doubles. Very clean, nice smelling, and comfy beds. This unit had fridge and microwave. We brought our two pomeranians, first pet free, next one $10 a night. Quite a good deal. The rooms are nice, clean and a great value for the price. However, we were left one wash cloth for two people. The staff was horrible. We called about an hour after booking to see what time the room would be ready and the lady who answered jumped down our throats rudely saying they would call when it was ready. When we entered the room, the sink was stopped up. The front desk wouldn't bring a plunger and wanted us to move to another room after we had already unpacked. It was 26 degrees outside and a stiff wind! There was a 1/2" crack in the door and the thermostat kicked off and on continually, . The tv cable service doesn't have a guide.

My bed and pillow was comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as it could or should be. There was a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee maker and no hair dryer. Simple ammenities that this hotel should have in place

Not a bad place to stay when you're just sleeping but...1. The tv decided when it wanted to have a volume and it chose what shows to play in spanish. trying to change the language, cc, etc. was not an option. 2. Having the cleaning staff come by the room 3 times in less husband hour was a little much after we said the first two times no we don't need […] anything, were fine. And 3. Finding a huge and I mean huge horsefly dead on the edge of the dresser its guts everywhere. oh and 4. We ended up needing an extra night due to a delay and the morning desk associate was a whole lot nicer and accommodating than the desk associate the evening before. there is no need to be rude or short with a guest because they ask about extra night. telling the guest I don't know what the rate will be, you'll have to come down and find out is not in a rude and short manner is not the way you treat a guest!!! Late at night people walking in and out of hotel parking area. Cant tell if they are hotel guests or strangers. Neighborhood not nice, hotel staff friendly. I just needed a bed to sleep for 8 hours and left.

The room I received was not what I booked. I booked 2 queens and got 1 king. The room smelled quite a bit like smoke. It was clean and in very good condition and there were several events going on in the area but was a little inconvenient when you book for 2 people who are not wanting to sleep together!

The room was acceptable for the price. The bed was comfortable, shower and heater worked well, clean sheets, clean towels. Cons: The recliner in the room was broken, the tv was kind of fuzzy, and there was no in-room coffee maker. I would recommend staying here.

I found the people there very friendly and will to help you in any way they could. The room was very clear and friendly. The place is a little worn but that is to be expected for an older motel. It was a very good experience with reasonable rates.

From check in to check out there was an SUV with two unsavory men sitting in the running car. When I asked the front desk if they were guests, they said yes, but that they shouldn't be parked there since there room was at a different location. They apparently did nothing about it, because the vehicle was still there the next morning. Those men staring […] at my wife constantly made both her and i rediculously uncomfortable. Also, I called in advance regarding our dog. I was informed that the first pet was free and there was nothing else said after that. Later, I noticed an additional charge on my account, and it was for the "pet deposit" that I specifically called to inquire about. She informed me that it would drop off later, but failed to ever apologize for the misup. It is still on my account as of today (4 days later). I will never stay at this hotel again, possibly never the chain. (my wife and I stay at an average of 50 hotels per year across the country and this was the worste)! Read more

Overall it was not bad. I do not expect too much for the price. It was frustrating that half of the lights did not work. I got 2 bulbs from the front desk and replaced the burned out ones. Now with only one fixture inoperative the room was still incredibly dark. I had to get a book light to read comfortably.
