The parking was horrible the so called indoor pool was tiny not really worth even calling a pool light switch broken in the room with open cover beds creaky and uncomfortable mattress was worn out floor in the elevator was dirty and sticky

My children and I really enjoyed our stay here. I knew from precious reviews the pool was small so that was not a surprise. However, my kids (11 & 6) really enjoyed swimming, especially since it was pouring the rain and the pool is indoors. My 11 year old daughter said it seemed bigger once in the pool. Our room was super clean, the bathroom was nice […] and the shower was very roomy. I loved the mini-fridge in the room. The service was great too. Front desk clerk even got us plates & napkins when we ordered pizza at 11:00pm. The free breakfast was amazing. I was impressed with all the options available. We were in town for Dollywood and the hotel is even closer to the park than I thought. I only had twp complaints: there wasn't an ice machine on every floor and the hallway carpet needed cleaned or replaced. Aside from that, we had a great stay and look forward to booking here again. I got the king suite with Jacuzzi and it was very spacious and comfortable. My complaints are very small bathroom, extremely slow elevator, and pool was the size of a bath tub. If your just staying a couple days for the money I would recommend it. But not if you're staying for a week or more.

The hotel is in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. Pros: Room was very clean, Flat screen tv, The guys working the front desk were very friendly, hotel was clean overall. I cannot comment on the coninental breakfast, as i do not eat them at any hotel, (to many people touching and breathing all over the food/cups/silverware etc.) Cons: the entrance […] and exit leaving the parking lot are VERY steep so a normal car will scrape the bottom, be very carefull. If you just want a place to sleep...then this hotel is fine. TV is very very small if that matters to you. If you want the pool for the kids, look elsewhere. This is a glorified hot tub size pool. We were very unsatisfied with this hotel, it was not at all what it looked like in the pictures. The room was dirty and the pool was extremely small and unkept. When we arrived to our room there were toothbrushes and dirty socks on the floor from the previous occupant which tells me that the room was not swept or cleaned. the door did not lock so our […] 1 year old was able to open it even if the deadbolt was locked. Our room keys never worked and we had to go to the desk to have them reset everytime we left. I would not recommend this to anyone- the workers at the front desk were not helpful at all. I have no complaints .I mean it is no hilton but if you are looking for a nice clean room without spending a lot of money than check out this hotel . Good breakfast, this is a no frills hotel but the the three things i wanted was newer, clean and cheap and this hotel met all three of those with no problems , will be staying there again .

The hotel needs some improvements. The lobby had a bad smell when you walked in and the pool was very small with a film over the top of the water. stayed 2 nights in a jacuzzi suite room was clean jacuzzi worked great, had fire place in room and it worked good as well, but be careful using it, it doesnt shut off and causes the room to get hot fairly quick. indoor pool was slightly foggy but not bad overall i was pleased
