"Conveniently located, comfortable and quiet"
Well above average, comfortable bed, separate bedroom and living room. We stayed there twice on our two week trip, coming and going.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Family Zoo stay."
Excellent price for a decent hotel close to the zoo. Breakfast was great!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Bathroom being between the 2 beds gave each person more privacy and allowed one not to disturb the other. At first, I thought it was going to be a little noisy, but by bedtime the coming and going had lessened greatly. The hotel was off the beaten path, which made it harder to locate but a nicer place to stay. The hotel staff was wonderful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"most important was cleanliness and no bugs. Nice"
Glad we picked this. Good price for suite. Everything in room worked. ComfylGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was very clean and comfortable! I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to this area!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My children and I were heading home after ten days in North Carolina visiting relatives. We had just spent 9 hours in the car and we were planning on going to the Columbus Zoo the next day. I could have cried from happiness when I walked into the room. Two separate rooms with the washing area between meant I could lay in bed and read or watch what I […] wanted on TV and they could watch what they wanted on their side. Only five Minute's from the zoo and pizza hut delivered right to our room. Plus breakfast service and very friendly and accommodating people. I will recommend this hotel to everybody planning a trip to the Columbus area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This is a nice hotel. Don't expect five star quality. You are not paying five star price. It is very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. I would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect for the price"
Rooms are oddly dark, but perfect for business trips if the primary use is to sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location close to Columbus zoo for Wildlights"
Hotel was decent and had pretty good free breakfast. Staff was very responsive to needs and wanted to know if we had any comments about our stay. Could use some upgrading and replacement of furniture, but not significant enough to not stay there again. We had a nice "living room" that was separated from the bedroom by the restroom. Had microwave and […] fridge too. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Not bad, worth the money.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Breakfast should be open longer than it is. It is only open until 9:30 in the morning. That's not enough time.Genuine Expedia guest review
I was really happy with the hotel! The accommodations were very nice and clean, and the breakfast was much better than expected. Although I was there only one night, I appreciated the two room configuration.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was very helpful in assisting my stay. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms are clean and large. Very nice place.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Conveniently located hotel"
As I first arrived at this hotel I thought it looked picturesque and was ready for a relaxing evening. How unfortunate for me that as I gathered my belongings before getting out of my car, the questionable characters parked down two cars smoking marijuana decided to play with their basketball which of course ended up bouncing off of my car. No security […] or security cameras outdoors left me very unsettled. The staff, who apparently are allowed to park in the prime spots at the front of the hotel, moved a vehicle so that I could move my car to a more visible area. I guess the bottom line is, "You get what you pay for." Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"A great find; we will be back!"
Dublin is in the northwestern part of Columbus near many local attractions and things to see and do. Our room had two large rooms which separated the couch and king bed, each having a T.V. Very nice and comfortable. The hotel is near two other upscale hotels. The only negative was the older, mostly empty shopping mall (except for a multiplex movie theater […] in the process of getting a nice facelift). The area was across from hotel but, it was hidden behind the service lane lined with trees and bushes. Bottom line, we wished we had a need to stay longer. We will be back if ever in the area again. "Pleasantly surprised by the niceness of this hotel"
I came in expected a lesser quality space but was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet, clean, and above expectations!Genuine Expedia guest review
That bed is very uncomfortable, the towels had weird reddish-brown stains that might have been rust but I wasn't willing to take a chance. The carpet was pulling up and I tripped coming into the room. The breakfast was a joke. The room is really dark. I will never stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I love where this is located!! Hidden in the middle of the city! I lived in Columbus for 30 years and didn't know this hotel was there. Nice place. The only bad thing was the driveway/entrance. Almost took out the enitre front of my car with a HUGE pothole!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A Disappointing Experience"
The room had a funny smell. We were at the end of the hall and could hear the ice machine running. The latch on the back door to the building was broke so the door was not locked and anyone could come and go as they pleased. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard and all the furniture in the room was mismatched and looked like it was picked up at garage […] sales. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
was just passing though for one day had a meeting near by. staff was nice i actually forgot my ring in the room. staff was real nice about it, i had to return and they let me back in to retrieve it. was good for a one night stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I would stay here again."
The sleeping area was separate from the sitting room instead of your bed being in the middle of one big room. This was very nice and unexpected. The bath fixtures were a bit old and unsightly, but otherwise functional and relatively clean. My only complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be properly controlled. It was freezing cold, but turning […] up the temperature control did nothing. The only way to warm up was to turn the AC off. Then back on again when it got hot (it was a 95 deg weekend). Otherwise, very acceptable. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good hotel, basic services"
The hotel is good for the money, but only has basic services like a limited self service breakfast of cereal, waffles and pastries. Rooms are nice and spacious if a little dated.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't waste your time or money"
07/16/14 samsonite2014 Ashland, Ohio
I have stayed at many Quality Inns, but this place was the worse by far. The facility was dirty and they had no hot water during the entire stay. The staff had no interest in helping to correct any issues. I even addressed the issues with corporate and all they said was "maybe your didn't stay at the right hotel". Don't waste your time or money on this place.. I picked this facility due to the reviews, It was very disappointing.

The hotel is easy to get to from the highway, The rooms have a wonderful layout - small seating area with tv and desk in the front bathroom with sink in the toilet and shower area and a sink area outside the bathroom. The bedroom also has a tv in it. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The front desk was efficient. Breakfast was okay, coffee was decent. It is across from a mall so that it is possible to walk to a restaurant from the hotel - sports bars. It also looks like it would be a nice area to walk or jog in, if you are looking for exercise. My only concern was that when we got to the second floor, it smelled like someone had been smoking, but the rooms were very nice and the smoking odor was gone by the next day.
"No major issues"
06/30/14 Colleen H Troy, Michigan
Stayed at this hotel for one night to see a band play in Powell, OH. The hotel was nice and clean and the rate was pretty good. There really wasn't much in the area at all as far as restaurants or things to do (as far as I saw). The blanket that was provided in the closet had cigarette burns all over it which was kind of gross and also the continental breakfast ended at 9:30 on a Saturday morning, which seems early to me. Also, they started vacuuming rooms at about 8:30am, which didn't allow me to sleep in as much as I would have liked. However, I had no major issues and the hotel was on par with what I'd usually expect from a Quality Inn, maybe even slightly better. We had rented a room with 2 double beds and it was nice because it was almost like there were two separate rooms with a hallway in between separating the beds.
"Home away from home!"

I stayed at this hotel June 1 for one night un rm 107. I wish I had to stay more! This hotel was spotless, fresh and new. I had the best nights sleep on the most comfortable bed! Free breakfast was just that! Not just muffins or donuts! U could make waffles, cereal, bagels, biscuits and gravy, and of course tea, juice, and coffee. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful! If I ever find myself in Dublin Ohio again Quality Inns & Suites is where I will lay my head.
"More than I expected"
05/28/14 Ty P Ocean City, New Jersey
Just came back from an overnight at the Quality Inn and Suites in Dublin, Ohio. I'm used to getting a bedroom and a bath for the price I paid but when I walked into the room, I was greeted to a living room with refrigerator, microwave and tv. There was a couch, chair and a coffee table. Also a desk area if I needed to get any work done. Very nice. Further in, was the "wet area"...a sink with enormous counter space and a great mirror....and behind me was another mirror and the bathroom containing a sink, mirror, toilet, and shower/bath. A little further and I entered the bedroom which contained a king-sized bed, tables and lamps, clock radio, dresser with mirror and another large tv. In the closet was a safe, iron and ironing board, extra pillows and blankets. On the wall was a very nice thermostat, easily set by the guest. There was free wi-fi and the signal was excellent. The room and the hotel were very clean and the staff was excellent. Throw in breakfast downstairs and I consider this a place I would like to return to.
"Really nice room- great value."

You can not expect to get more for your money. The location is right off Sawmill Rd. So, easy on and off. In Dublin so, you would never expect this rate for this nice a room. Bedroom, living area, bathroom- two TVs, large refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed, 2 sinks with lots of room. So, convenient you would have to go for a walk because your room is so close. Breakfast is good- coffee is good and the water for making tea is actually hot enough to make tea. We used to stay at Hyatt Place when visiting our family but I think we found a new hotel that is even closer to them. If you are on the first floor you probably will wish there were sheers on the windows. When you pull the curtains it is quite dark- which is good for sleep but not for the daytime room feel.
"Clean, comfortable hotel with excellent floor plan"

This hotel was exactly what we needed. Clean, pet friendly, moderately priced, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, flat screen TV's in bedroom and living area which was spacious and comfortable. Fridge, microwave and in a safe area, easy to find, and close to all amenities. Would highly recommend it. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
"Great value and service"
03/04/14 mertz530 Decatur, Georgia
We stayed three nights over the weekend Mar 2014. The rate was very reasonable for the suite of two rooms. The quality was very solid for the price. There were two sinks, two TV's, a refrigerator and microwave, sleep sofa, chair and comfortable clean bed and rooms. The couple who runs the hotel is professional and friendly. They are also replacing thermostats, carpeting, curtains etc. to improve the property. The breakfast is equally as good as hotels that cost more.
"Clean, good location."
Good parking, but no automatic doors. A teen boy was working the front desk. He was a nice twink. The room was clean and comfortable. The inclued breakfast was good. Great location, major shopping, restaurants and C-stores with gas close by. Smooth check out. I will stay again.
"Worst Hotel stay ever!"
07/13/13 Dawn S Massillon
We traveled with a group and stay at the Quality Inn on Tuller Rd. It appears to be family owned. At first we were given a room on he 2nd floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was so overwhelming we asked to move to the 1st floor. This room was 2 doors down from the ice machine that dumped ice all night long. The bed was so worn/broken that my husband and I kept rolling into the middle. We did not sleep at all on that uncomfortable bed. The next day we asked to chaneg rooms. There were 2 rooms open, one on the 2nd floor-no way! and the other was across the hall. We had a more comfortable bed, but the ice machine ran all night. The overall cleanliness of the room was good the first day. After that, they just drop off towels and half made the beds. We had a blanket with a stain on it so asked that it be changed. The next day the housekeeper only pulled up the covers but didn't put on the duvet, just left it on the floor. That's when we noticed the blanket had been flipped around so the stain was on the bottom of the bed. We only got 1 towel for 4 people that day as well. The counters were not wiped down so there was toothpaste and shaving cream left behind. However, the staff, especially the woman, was very nice and always asked how our day was. Breakfast was OK with some hot choices. I think they try hard to do a good job but are understaffed in housekeeping and possibly lack the knowledge to be good hotel keepers. They cut corners so the hotel appears cheap. We won't stay there again because the price is just too high for a property like that. There is no pool at this hotel.
