Upon arrival to my room, the air conditioner had not been turned on. Even thought the hot room was uncomfortable at first, the a/c was able to cool things down and allow for a comfortable stay. The wireless internet did not work in my room.

I was honestly expecting some substandard hotel. It was nice and included microwave, refrigerator and and Iron. Room and bathroom was clean. I can definently say that it is worthy of 3 stars. Not a bad rom for a short visit.

1. missing light bulbs 2. sheets were in poor condition 3. bathroom door knob was completely off 4. hole in bathroom celing 5. rusty lamp stands. 6. coffee pot was missing 7. all of the above represent poor maintenance. 8. I did complete a hotel survey before departure. I hope it reached the owner of the franchise.

"Roach Palace"

I was very disappointed. It was nasty and there were roaches in my room. When I laid down in the bed a roach actually crawled across the covers!!! I knew it was too good to be true when I found a room on the weekend of the LSU vs Alabama game. Now I know why, No one else would stay at this place.

Not much Quality in the Inn. Front desk staff helpful, but housekeeping apparently not keeping up their end. We tried 2 different rooms and the second one was worse than the first. The first room was tidy but not clean, especially the bathroom floor. The second room was tidy, but again not clean. The lights didn't work (we took a bulb from the first room), it had a very foul odor (not stale hotel room air, I'm talking stink), and it appeared that someone had missed the toilet and then forgot to flush. I was afraid to walk in the room barefoot and definitely afraid of what might be in the bed!

The pool was so dirty there was a brown slimey film on the bottom and sides and the stair rails were broken and you could not hold them to go up and down the stairs - the bed in the room was nice but our bathroom was very dirty - toothpaste in the sink, hair in and out of the bath tub and all around - it just had an overall dirty feel.

When we arrived to check-in at 4:30 pm (check-in at 3:00) our room was not ready. The shower/tub was not clean. The A/C worked well even in the high humidity of LA. We called the front desk several times and no one answered. A member of our party went to the front desk to see what was the problem, several people was there they just wouldn't answer the phone. This is a 'last resort' hotel. It was not worth the price.

The hotel room that I rented had a king size bed but the pillows were awfully tiny. My miniature dachshund is bigger than the pillows in that hotel. Housecleaning did not do a very good job with cleaning the room and the only towel they gave us was ONE hand towel. For two nights, come on. They also tried to charge me a second time, this time a higher price even though hotels.com charged my card when I booked the room.

The hotel was good, but if you book & pay through an agency, watch your credit card. Instead of imprinting it for incidentals they ran it again, charging me double. Now the hotel manager is fixing it, but still something to be careful with.

Was immediately turned off when entering the hotel two employees were on either side of the entrance smoking. Although room itself was clean and fairly comfortable, the noise level from outside was unacceptable. Kept me awake for about two hours after 11:00PM.

I thought it was a little pricey for the area but it was extremely clean and comfortable so I guess it was worth it. The pillows and mattress were so comfortable and inviting that it would have been hard not to have a good night's sleep.

"A Haven For Drunks"

A great place to meet new friends at 3:00 in the morning when they come banging on your door after a party night. Completely out of control class of guests. Up all night with loud music, shouting and general disorder. Staff was rude and inconsiderate.
