Very close to metro and markets. Area was ok. Very friendly staff. Room had a kitchen, only problem was that you had to leave a 20€ deposit for kitchen pans and dish soap but it did not come with knifes or the necessary to cook a nice dinner (we celebrates christmas there). I requested extra plates plates and staff was very helpful.

I stayed at Apartamentos Togumar in Madrid for several nights on a recent trip to Spain. Overall it was a good experience. For the price of this hotel, it was fantastic. We were away from the city center, but only 2 blocks from the metro so it was not a big deal. Not much to do around the hotel, but that was not an issue. Great view from our balcony and the room itself was awesome. Very nice having a kitchen and lots of space.

Our room was well-equipped (we were delighted to see even a washing machine although in the end we didn't use it). The wireless Internet worked well. We were given a full-size bed for two as requested, which doesn't happen everywhere! A nice big room that had obviously been updated recently (with the exception of the bathroom). The other reviewers were right - the walls are thin and you can hear everything. The worse part, however, was the lousy neighborhood the hotel was located in. Not dangerous or seedy, but certainly not in an area for tourists. For the price, this is great value in Madrid, especially for a place with a kitchen. The pots, pans, etc are supplied were in good condition, the room was clean, the place was very easy to get to/from the airport and the staff were helpful with directions, things to do, etc. It's away from the touristy areas of Madrid so the area has a neighborhood […] feel, quite different to being downtown. O hotel oferece conforto, serviço e conveniência a um preço bastante justo. Não oferece luxos aos hóspedes, mas limpeza e conforto suficientes para uma boa noite de sono. O hotel é bastante próximo do metro e tem uma localização bastante conveniente para quem utilizará o metrô para o aeroporto de barajas e para a estação de trem chamartín.

Très bonne accueil, et accueil le soir au delà de minuit. Appartement ( kitchenette, chambre, salle de bain ) propre, accès internet gratuit dans une salle du rez de chaussez. La kitchenette comportait un frigo, un évier, deux couverts, un micro onde, et une plaque électrique. La plaque électrique ne fonctionnait pas, l'accueil m'a donné un pass d'un […] autre appartement libre à 22H du soir afin que je puisse cuisiner. Il faut demandé à l'accueil un kit ménagé ( menaje ), car il n'y a pas de casserole, poelle dans le meuble de la kitchenette, en déposant une caution de 20 euros, que vous récupérez en redonnant le kit en sortant. Le premier et le deuxième étage un peu bruyant coté calle canillas, le matin entre 8H et 9H. Intéressant, si vous arrivez tard après 21H jusqu'au matin, il y aura quelqu'un à l'accueil. Supermarché alimentaire Condis, calle de Ros ( à 200 mètres ). Le personnel parle espagnol et anglais. Read more

Repetiría la estancia, la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Ventajas: - Cercanía a la estación de metro de prosperidad. - Personal del hotel muy receptivo, ningún problema a la hora de solicitar una prolongación para abandonar el hotel mas tarde. - Limpieza. - Wi-Fi gratis. Desventajas: - Calefacción no operativa, aunque no fue necesario.

El hotel está bien para el precio que tiene, es cómodo, aunque no le vendria mal un poco más de limpieza, sobre todo a las colchas de la cama, las sábanas y toallas muy limpias y nuevas. Los alrededores del hotel no son muy buenos, pero tiene cerca una boca de metro que en pocos minutos te lleva al centro. En general no está mal.
