This place is gross. You could not pay me to stay here again. This place ironically has snooty service for the disgusting quality of rooms. Uncomfortable bed, flat pillows, and disgusting floors (wore socks the whole time)...and this was after we switched rooms because the first room smelled of smoke and was humid. This place was a nightmare. The shower […] head was nice...just don't look up to see the brown water stains above the shower. The only good thing about this terrible hotel is it's location. Definitely not anywhere worth the price but lesson learned. Never again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel had many problem first and foremost the cleanliness of the hotel was horrible; carpets, bathrooms, elevators. Many outlets in the room didn't work, lamps without lightbulbs. Pretty badGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent Hotel for location, service to be desired"
Uneventful. Not one of the better hotels I have stayed in. Service was ambivalent. Room amenities cramped.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very good location but not recommended"
A single person traveling alone should not consider this hotel. They will give you a very small room with a bathroom that is about 4 x 5 (the toilet space about the size of an airline toilet). I placed a Do Not Disturb sign out on my first morning about 9:30 and then removed it when I left. My room did not receive any service that day. When I called […] down to complain there was no urgency to replace towels, coffee setups, etc, Also, there was only one elevator working -- someone mentioned that this has been going on for a month. One of the better amenities was the wine from 5 to 6 with a very lovely staff member who was friendly and engaging. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Our room with 2 double beds felt like a box. Tiny bathroom. We didn't want to spend ANY time in the room. One elevator was being replaced, it will take 3 months. All guests and housekeeping had to share the 1 other elevator. Not handicap accessible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"So cramped, so small"
Although a great location and decent price compared to others, this hotel just isn't that nice. The rooms are extremely small, especially the bathrooms, the elevators were barely working, the work out room equipment was almost all broken and the beds were pretty low quality. The service was good, but nothing to write home about. I wouldn't stay here […] again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Clean and comfy stay! Very spacious, and a short drive from the Washington ferry. Would recommend!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel, great location"
This was a nice hotel but a little pricey. We paid a small amount extra to get a suite with 2 queen beds which was very nice. There were two small rooms with a small entrance hall between them. The bathroom was only in one of the rooms and there weren't doors between the bedrooms and the entrance hall but it was nice having a little privacy. The hotel […] is older but that gave it character. The bathroom had been recently remodeled and was very nice if small. There was separate air conditioning in each room that worked well. I imagine that the regular rooms are tight with 2 queen beds. The service was friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us for a few hours after we checked out and then arranged a car service. They are close to the train station and Pike's Market but we got a workout with all the hills. They are close enough to everything that you want to walk everywhere but probably shouldn't if you don't want to come back to your room exhausted. We walked to the monorail and took that to the Space Needle but walked back which was much farther than anticipated. Only one of the elevators was working, the other had a sign that it was being renovated so the wait was a little long when we checked in but fine all the other times. "Very friendly staff - convenient location."
Room was comfortable, wine hour in lobby was a nice touch, and staff was knowledgable and helpful. Only downside was not enough help behind the desk causing a long line for check in and check out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Rooms not cleaned."
We chose not to stay after checking in and when we got to the room it had not been cleaned at 4:00 in the afternoon. Hallway coming to the room was dirty and looked as if it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Not at all what we expected. There were at least a dozen other guests also waiting for rooms that apparently were not ready.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Service, staff were great!"
The hotel is very conveniently located to downtown Seattle. The building is older which means the rooms are not as big and the bathroom a bit squishy but they have done a great job with their updates. The only complaint I have is that the hotel was not very sound proof which resulted in some interrupted sleep - more because of other guests than the […] hotel. Once I called the front desk, they shushed our neighbors right away and no problems after that. Valet was great - came with in-and-out privileges. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was WAY too expensive for the tiny room and amenities it offered. The TV didn't have pay per view as advertised, the elevator took forever, and stopped at every floor- it definitely needed to be repaired. There was construction going on on the 3rd floor in the morning. The front desk people accidentally overcharged me, the room was tiny and […] I felt very claustrophobic. I would not return to this hotel, especially for the price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Location not worth the price"
I booked this hotel at $200 per night against my better judgment but decided to splurge and have a nice downtown location. The idea was to walk to area museums and the pike market. This was not a good decision. It was an old location undergoing renovation-- but my newly re-done room was cramped and only middle of the road...worth of $100 to $150 but […] not the price that was charged. Service was mixed. the service staff was great/ above average in fact. However, the front desk staff was relatively disorganized and had poor client service. I was a bit surprised; but had the same lackluster attitude from multiple front desk personnel. This hotel is not worthy of their self-billing as a top end location. "Just ok. Currently under renovation."
The hotel carpets were filthy and looked like they haven't been replaced in decades. The rooms were small but sufficient. The bed was comfortable although the sheets were stained with something (even though they were clean). The toilet wasn't entirely clean when we arrived which was gross. The elevator was slow and only one was working. It was also […] loud. I heard it whizzing all night long. When we went to check out there was only one person and a long line of people waiting to be helped. Overall, the hotel was so-so. I probably wouldn't stay there again. it could be better in the future as it seems they are making improvements. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Small and Adequate"
Rooms are teeny tiny but ok for one small person. One elevator was down and the other was sketchy and the wait could be long. The water pressure in the shower could be much stronger. Need more counter space in the bath though I've no idea how that could happen. The staff is all great. The price is good for a downtown hotel. "tiny rooms in really old hotel"
we were traveling with a baby, so we had a stroller and the hotel provided a pack and play. After stuffing everything into the room, the only place we could be was sit on the bed. The rooms were tiny and you could tell the building was very old. Nothing fancy. Staff was very nice.Genuine Expedia guest review

"NIGHTMARE... EXECUTIVE PACIFIC IN SEATTLE"
I just spent almost an HOUR writing every detail of this horrible experience and the review would not be accepted.....what a shocker! Mold. fungus, just nasty all around. Too old and smells not good (starts from elevator, corridor, and room), the flour wasn't clean other parts were okay, you have to pay for parking per night $37.0, you have to pay for breakfast too (first time I am got a hotel without breakfast), over all expensive, you can just pay more $30.0 to find much better hotel around this area (it will save […] your money and time). "Fantastic bed 6 blocks from the Marketplace"
The hotel is old and dated, they are putting in a new elevator now which will help a lot. The bed is to die for. 5 star bed in a 3 star hotel in a 4 star location. Only a few blocks to outstanding shopping, Nordstrom in one direction, the Market in the other direction, about a mile walk to the needle. Off site room service was impeccable, if you don't […] mind paper plates. We got warm food in 15 minutes for a great price, morning noon and night. There is no restaurant on site, but good eats are within one or two blocks and a coffee shop downstairs. The pharmacy is 2 blocks away, on the other side of the huge Seattle public library (an unexpected plus) which is clean and well appointed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. "Centrally located and affordable"
My husband and I spent one night here in mid-May 2014. The bathroom was modestly sized and water ended up pouring all over the floor, but we cleaned it up with towels. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well laid-out, even if it was a bit on the snug side. On the second day, water came up out of the bathroom drain so we decided to skip […] our shower, and the reception explained that they were renovating the pipes. Nice front desk staff and they even let you borrow umbrellas for Seattle's often-rainy weather. Our room had a heater and AC unit, even though we turned it off on arrival. Also liked the complimentary wine hour from 5-6 PM. Recommended for an affordable weekend escape! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not bad for the price"

"Great location, nice suite and good value"
Overall I found the room quality nice enough and for the location well worth the price. Now, I stayed in a suite, so my room had an air conditioner which I was super thankful for. This big room was still a better deal than a basic room at nearby properties. One odd thing was a patio table and chairs instead of a desk/desk chair, but it worked, internet […] worked, bed was nice. Would have liked a little fridge, but there's ice machines. Toiletries nice quality. The single working elevator was a delay sometimes, but most of the time no problem there either. It's a small hotel and lightly staffed, but everyone was friendly. This hotel is right in the heart of Seattle- We were able to walk everywhere- from the Space Needle to Safeco field without being wiped out. Parking is very expensive as several other reviewers have mentioned. I am actually kicking myself that I rented a car because we only used it to drive to and from the airport- but live and learn. There is only […] one elevator working right now which is why I only gave the facilities 3 out of 5. But our room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. "Don't stay here!!!"
They told us there would be a mini bar and towels waiting for us, there was neither and when we called the front desk, the manager said there's no mini bars but he'd bring us up 2 towels. Well they never came, which wouldn't usually bug me but my man and I where trying to have a pampering getaway and this hotel provided none of that plush ambiance that […] they pushed on there website. It reminded me of an overpriced Motel 6, the hotel would have been acceptable if it weren't priced so highly. Don't stay at the Executive Pacific in Seattle WA!!!
