"Great location and staff"
The staff is fabulous, as is the location, but the term "remodeled" is a bit overstated. The bedding is updated and very comfortable, but the walls are still paper-thin and the bathroom could use some work. Top that off with intermittent wi-fi and TV, and the stay was less than optimal. Even with all the negatives, the staff provides phenomenal service […] and is very eager to please - they made the stay enjoyable. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convienent to lite rail to airport."
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful, however the hotel could use serious cleaning and simple upgrades .New carpet in hallways to start. Bed was very comfortable. Dirty bathroomGenuine Expedia guest review
The room was very small. Bathroom was dated. There was no sitting chair. Not much of a lobby. Location was good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to all the major attractions!"
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was affordable for the downtown area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was very small room. The decor was tired, and the bathroom needed a good cleaning and updating.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good enough for the price"
small, older hotel in the heart of downtown, easy walk to anywhere downtown. rooms are small, beds are small, elevators are slow ... and small. it's an older building and for the price has most of the amenties you want. i would probably pay a little more for an updated hotel next time, but it's great if you're on a tight budget.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"ok--but rooms are deceptively small...."
Clean, but too small for the price. Good location, city center.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel comfort and staff"
We always like to stay at this hotel when in Seattle because it is small and quaint in a very good way. The staff goes out of their way to make sure every need is met and then some!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Old hotel, well located, but the rooms including bath were difficult to get around because they were so very smallGenuine Expedia guest review
"Dark and dingy"
When we arrived, we requested a room with some sort of view, and the receptionist said she was pretty sure there was one. When we opened our curtains, the wonderful view was of the brick wall of the next building. After housekeeping had "cleaned" the room after our first night, there were still dirty cups on the counters. The walls were so thin, we […] could hear the guy in the next room snoring all night. If you are taller than 5 feet, don't expect to be able to sit down on the toilet without sitting crooked to avoid your knees being jammed into the wall. The whole hotel is dark and dirty and old feeling without the vintage feel they seem to be going for. The only good things about our stay were the free wine reception in the evening and the bed was pretty comfy. However, the room is tight and the tables are right up next to the bed, and my husband knocked his head on the table twice in his sleep. The location was convenient for touristy activities in the downtown area, but parking is expensive and stressful (and that's coming from two Chicagoans). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Executive Hotel Pacific Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I apologize for the size of the room and bathroom. Our property was built in 1928 and each ownership group has maintained the original infrastructure. Our owners have dedicated funds towards upgrades. We are currently renovating our bathrooms, moving to our carpeting, wall covering , lighting and elevator systems, with a projected completion date of mid 2014. We look forward to your return to take a peak at our progress. Ron Hofilena

"Close to Washington State Convention Center"
Stayed here for PAX 2013. It was a relatively close walk to the Convention Center and the area it is in seemed safe to walk at night. It was also a close walk to Pike's Market and the University Light Rail Station. Since I was only really coming to the room to sleep and shower at night, the accomodations were decent enough and everything was always […] clean (we got our room cleaned each day). Another plus was the staff. We arrived in the morning on the first day about 5 hours before we were supposed to check in, and were pleasantly surprised to find out that our room was already for us to check in which really saved us the inconvenience of having to check our bags in and kill time waiting for our room to open. Also, later that day, one of my roommates got sick (which later turned out to only be food poisoning) and the staff was more than happy to provide us with two extra sets of pillows and sheets so we could sleep on the floor away from our sick roommate. On the last day, our flight wasn't until 10 pm that night and once again, they were happy to oblige us by letting us check our bags in so we wouldn't have to carry them around at the convention all day. While the hotel may not be a Hyatt or a Marriot, it should suit your needs just fine if you're just planning on coming back to sleep and take a shower in a clean, safe room. However, if you don't like small rooms, then you might want to look elsewhere Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"not worth the price/good area"
stayed one night August 2013. on the 4th floor. Hotel needs cleaning and updating. first assigned room had a long hair on the pillow and other small hairs on the sheets. room smelled bad, called requested another room. no hair on sheets but small holes in sheets. guess they were worn from washing. room is small, rugs throughout the hotel are dirty and […] smelly. bathroom very small, toilet facing a wall...had to sit over to the side and i am only 5'3" the toilet seat cover did was round and the toilet oval...did not fit. if you leave the sink running while brushing your teeth it will fill up and take long to drain. I was charged $243.00 for this and was very disappointed. The plus side.....the bellman was very nice, there is a coffee shop adjacent to the hotel, and you can walk about 6-7 blocks to the market. I would go with another hotel. sorry for the bad review but it's the truth. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Convenient to just about everything"
My stay was good. The hotel was older but the room was clean. The carpets in the main area needed vacuuming and the main floor restroom wasn't that great. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay. I was able to walk to the waterfront and to other hotels where friends were staying. The workers were all friendly and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location, location, location."
Old hotel, not well maintained. Filthy carpets, blood stain on shower curtain, dirty bathroom tile grout, frayed linens. No clock in room. AC not working at first, so room was too hot. Steps required to get from lobby to elevator, so not handicap accessible. Rooms are very tiny, some have questionable electrical wiring. The best thing about this hotel […] is the great location, within walking distance to many area attractions, restaurants, shops, public transit and light rail to/from SeaTac. "Good value for downtown Seattle"
This hotel is in a good location to walk to many sightseeing spots and restaurants. It is not as new as some, not upscale, but clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It is an affordable option in a central and safe neighborhood. The front staff were very pleasant and helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I've recently made my first trip to the Seattle area and stayed at the Executive Pacific. I found the hotel perfectly located to all of the attractions I had planned on seeing while there. The staff was courteous and very helpfull, especially to a person who was unfamiliar to the area. I will most defiantly patronize this hotel upon my next visit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff were friendly and professional, a car and driver are available if needed (turned out to be a nice perk) the location is great, and it is reasonably priced. It's walking distance from the Pike Place market, the Seattle Art Museum, and the monorail which will take you to the Space Needle and the Experience Museum (which I highly recommend!). Pictures are very deceiving. Rooms are very small, beds are uncomfortable. The resaurant/lounge closes early even on weekends, so unfortunately I can't comment on whether or not it was good. "Good location, not the nicest hotel"
The hotel was the least expensive option near my office downtown, so the location was great - but the room was small, it was not clean (there was hair in the shower that was not mine, stain on the sheet that was also not mine, etc) and it is clearly an old hotel that needs renovation. I thought although the cheapest option in the area, I would have […] preferred to pay a little more for a nicer hotel. I will say though that the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, and the gelato/pastry shop in the hotel was nice as well. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

This COULD be a great hotel! The room was very small, but nicely decorated and clean, location of the hotel was great and the night staff who checked us in and bell staff were terrific. However the AC in our room was not working and the window only opened a crack so it was completely sweltering in our room. When we alerted the front desk clerk in the […] morning, he kept insisting that the AC "is working now". It was surreal. The morning desk staff were abominable -- ignored me for several minutes and then when he did consent to acknowledge my presence was very cursory and dismissive of my simple request to check out and inform him of the AC problem. For the price I would absolutely not stay here again. Which is a pity because but for a couple of key elements, it could have been a great place to stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

No AC in the room.. The AC was on the lowest number possible but it didn't blow beyon the vents And the when u flush the toilet it was JUST AS LOUD AS the airplane! But the location was good close to piles market and to the monerail station which will take you to the space needle area.. The toilet was my biggest issue. I even had to ask them to fix […] the toleit seat b/c it was loose but thy fixed it right away. But the price was the lowest we could find. Nice hotel perfectly located in downtown Seattle. Walk to fish market, great restaurants, public bus transport and more. Hotel is older and under some reconstruction, but visitors simply cannot beat its location.Genuine Expedia guest review
it is an old building and the rooms need remodeling. The towels were frayed, toilet seat delaminated, and the air smelled faintly like smoke. I changed rooms three times until I found the least offensive one. The staff was professional but the rooms are not worth the price they ask.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
A very unpleasant experience. The desk staff were dismissive and rude. The parking situation requires walking thru an alley to get to car. We wanted valet to avoid having to that, but it was not available because they only have a few spots in the garage for valet. To get to the elevator in the hotel, it is necessary to walk downstairs to a lower lobby […] the elevator does not open to the lobby! The coffee shop was closed for remodeling but there was no mention of that on the website. We also could not control the temperature in the room. We have used hotels.com several times and have always been satisfied until this time Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent downtown location"
This hotel is within walking distance of almost everything in Seattle. Only a few blocks from the light rail and close to restaurants, shopping, Pike's market, Pioneer Square and the monorail. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms are a little small and we had only a view of a parking deck, but clean.Genuine Expedia guest review
The room was adequate, although a bit noisy at night. Location was great and there were no steep hills to negotiate in order to get to Pike Place and the shopping district. Renovations were in progress so the restaurant was not functioning. Wireless Internet was free. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I stayed here for two nights. This is an old hotel but it has a great location. This is literally across the street from the public library and close to buses. "Not a good choice"
I was very disappointed with this hotel. The staff was excellent, but the hotel is run down and in dire need of restoration, it was built in 1920. Our airconditioner was broken, the bathroom was poorly lit and very small and the general condition of the furnishings was below par.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel is very close to Pike Market, Post Alley and Pioneer Square. Upscale shopping area including Nordstrom, Macy's and the south end of the Monorail all are very close. "Worth a visit"
I read a lot of reviews before staying here & I admit, was a bit apprehensive but did so anyway because it was a great price for the area. For almost half the price of the fancier hotel I was extremely pleased! We stayed on the 8th floor, over looking the Library. Our room was small, but not nearly as small as people made it out to be. It was very neat […] and clean with down type duvet, bed & pillows comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom is small but they utilize the space nicely. AND IT WAS CLEAN, even the grout! We had daily room service for the 3 days we stayed. The wine reception, while we hoped to try some Washington wines, served Sonoma County, CA wines (Chardonney & Cab) being from CA we were still pleased. Service was spot on whatever we needed. Our luggage was held both before & after our stay so that we could enjoy a bit more of the city without lugging it. We had a great experience and would definately come back.
