hotel's being renovated, so no pool, and lobby half painted. they tell you this up front. staff is very helpful; room tidy and pretty, breakfast quite substantial, fresh fruit too. they are having trouble with wifi in the rooms, but it's easily to be had in the lobby and breakfast space. very convenient to airport.

i found it very good the rooms are very comfortable the breakfact is incredible and the beds are so comfty with very soft blankets the bathrooms are so amazing it has a fancy sink alot of towels and very much of soap

Great hotel nice staff great location and surrounding areas were nice but bed lower level duvet had white stains on the back made me feel a little awkward about that stain area being covered up what else is being covered up

I came to this hotel alone (without family members) on business. I was uncomfortable with the hotel's location in an industrial site (backing onto a cement factory) and thought it strange that the parking lot was used as a staging area for industrial vans. "Fairfield Inn stay"
My overall stay was great. I only stayed one night. It's conveniently located near many things like shopping and even the movies. I had only one glitch, my tv wouldn't turn off and or even change the channel. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and he immediately corrected the problem and never gave me a problem the rest of my stay. The […] breakfast was fine, even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. My only issue was they gave me a handicap room, which I didn't need. It was awkward to take a shower while trying to keep the water from getting past the small ledge that seperates the shower from the rest of the bathroom floor. I should have been given the option to stay in another room. They had a few groups going on, but it didn't seem that they were booked solid. I didn't ask to change rooms because I didn't know it would have been an issue until I took my shower in the morning. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Read more
We're an older couple, very interested in museums in the Hartford/ New Britain area. The hotel was very convenient for driving to Hartford, New Britain, Waterbury. Also it is set back from the main roads, so is very quiet. (You have to look carefully to find its sign). The hotel was fantastic- clean, comfortable. My son has food allergies and the breakfast staff was so willing to check ingredients to make sure he could have the items. Very friendly staff, great pool hours for kids.

I reserved this hotel just one day before I came as it was a change in plans for me. I was very satisfied with the overall almost new condition of the hotel. "Nice Getaway"
Perfect one night getaway. Leave the kids with family. Pack your pjs and bathing suit. Get up in the morning. Enjoy the pool and hot tub then head to complimentary breakfast. The Belgium waffles are delicious! The interior decor is cute. Everyone was really nice.
