Traveling with two little kids (5 & 1), we had the junior suite. It was very clean and spacious (paris hotels are notorious for small rooms). Staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Location is great with the RER and metro right outside doorsteps. Starbucks just outside, two malls within blocks and a good shopping area while most major sites are within 30 minute walking. Reccomend.

The room was a little small but had twin beds, desk, chair, closet, and luggage stand. The windows opened and there was a fan available in the room if needed. Good cafes in the neighborhood. Metro station very close. We would use this hotel again.

This was our second stay at Hotel de Vendome and it topped the excellent experience that we enjoyed in November 2010. We were upgraded to a corner deluxe suite for an anniversary trip and welcomed with red rose petals in the room. Every detail of the hotel is first class with a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast in the room every morning was a luxury followed by a walk in the Tuileries just a block from the hotel. If you're looking for the ultimate elegant boutique Parisian hotel, then you'll find it here. We'll be coming back to this one again. Bon voyage.

Good service and a decent area, very convinent location with a market of all food and goods! 2 mins walk from metro! Just a little far from center paris! Good service and polite reception!

"WOW"
This hotel was the best all around that we stayed in during our 3 week tour of Europe! I'm serious! We stayed in a lot of questionable places from London, through Scotland, Amsterdam... but this was very comfortable and VERY nice. I will stay here again!
"very good service, but thin walls"
the rooms are very nice, the bathroom quite large, and the neighborhood has a lot of shops and restaurants. the only problem is in the construction of the building, the walls are not very thick and I could hear all night long my neighbor snoring loudly, or later on a couple talking quite loudly.

"Great location for Eifel Tower"
This was the first time we stayed in this area. It is close to Eifel Tower and there are quite a few restaurans around and a starbucks for breakfast. The hotel has an air conditioner but it sure did not seem to work that well. Opening windows helped much more than the AC which only reminds you that it is there by the sound of it. "BW Trocadero Paris"
We were very pleased with the location of this hotel. It is situated on a quiet street near many shops and restaurants. The Eiffel Tower is only a; few blocks away. The room was very nice and comfortable for all four of us. The only negative was no air conditioning in the room, but the open windows helped with this.
"Great Hotel, Not Perfect"
Great, clean, friendly hotel. No complaints but was surprised at how TINY the bedroom and closet was (even compared to other Paris and NYC hotel stays) while the bathroom was HUGE. I honestly couldn't walk around the bed unless the suitcase was moved out into the hallway but I could make snow angels on the floor in the bathroom. Also, it's more of a […] quiet neighborhood. "Great hotel if you don't have a car"
The hotel meet our expectations for the price we paid. Great rate found on Hotel.com. We visited the hotel and requested a supletory bed for our 18 year old daughter who was traveling with my husband and I. The extra bed was was set up and ready when we arrived. However, since we had a car, parking was a bit of an issue. Not highly recommended for those […] with a car. Also, breakfast at the hotel is pretty expensive considering what is around and available, it's 25 euros or so which, we opted out of. Instead, we walked two blocks, found a Cafe IN FRONT of Trocadero with a view of the Tour Eiffel: eggs and toast and coffee and orange juice for 12 euros each. And the view, breathless. So, unless your rate INCLUDES breakfast at the hotel, it is not a part of the overall rate and we recommend having breakfast elsewhere. As far as everything else, the location was great considerating we love the Trocadero area and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Tocadero and subway line. Read more

I have been to manyhotel in Paris, and usually 4*. And I have never seen a room so small ! The rooms need some freshing up. I will not go again, and will not recommend.

"Dårlig service - Dårlig komfort"
Hotellet fortjener ikke 4 stjerner. Dårlige madrasser (to madrasser for en king size - med ulik høyde på begge...). Ingen Room Service, ingen mulighet til å brygge kaffe/te på rommet etc. Hold deg unna, bedre hoteller ikke langt unna.

"Premier Tricadero"
Otima localização, 15 minutos a pé da torre Eifel. Hotel muito bom, unica coisa que deixa a desejar é a cama, pois, o colchão estava muito ruim e acordamos com dores nas costas, de resto recomendo.

Wir wahren mit unsererm 4 Jährigen Sohn für 4 Tage in Paris um das Disneyland zu besuchen. Davon waren wir 2 Nächte im Best Western Hotel in Paris. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Personal sowie mit den Zimmern! Es war für uns ein sehr angenhemer aufenthalt im Französischen Styl wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben! :-) Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und […] wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind 1 A und waren absolut Bequem. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und die meisten Mitarbeiter haben mehrere Sprachen gesprochen. Man hat jederzeit unsere Bedürfnisse und Wünsche verstanden und dementsprechend umgesetzt. Das Frühstück im Zimmer war Exellent und wurde super schnell geliefert! Von den bereits 4 Aufenthalten in Paris war dies der schönste für uns aufgrund des schönen Hotels! Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens Empfehlen..... Read more

Hotel abominablement insonorisé: les portes séparant les chambres communicantes ne sont pas doublées ni épaissies, on a l'impression de dormir avec le voisin qui ronfle comme un sonneur. Fenêtres donnant sur la rue mal doublées également. Au total, terriblement bruyant, impossible de fermer l'oeil de la nuit à cause du voisin qu'on entend se retourner […] dans son lit lorsqu'il ne ronfle pas, sans possibilité de changer de chambre car hôtel complet. Heureusement je ne passait qu'une nuit pour affaires, je n'ose imaginer des familles ou un couple passant une semaine de vacances dans cet hotel. Ils seraient réveillés à 7h par le bruit du camion poubelle qui passe en bas et les voisins se levant aux aurores et donnant l'impression d'être dans la pièce...Incroyable de voir qu'un soit disant 4 étoiles ne peut pas investir dans des portes de séparation plus adaptées... "hotel quartier passy"
Très bien situé pour qui veut être à passy.proche des commerces et en meme temps situé dans une rue très calme.vérifier par contre que la climatisation marche avant de vous installer.tarif intéressant si on ne prend pas le petit déjeuner

Sorprendidos! Nos encanto este Hotel! Las habitaciones algo pequenas aconsejamos pedir las que son Superior Room. Comodo en sus servicios, limpio, y ubicacion fabulosa en barrio muy tranquilo y de gente local en TROCADERO (cero turistas) pero a la vez a 10 min caminando de la Torre Eiffel. Su personal MUY amable y servicial! Lo recomendamos!

"Tiny bedroom"
Nice Hotel. Good location.Many shopping places around.I recommend it . Main issue is all about the bedroom size.At each floor there is one room ridiculously tiny, they call it "classic room " .Check twice before your confirm your reservation. If you are not alone with large luggages , just reject the classic room. This is probably the smallest bedroom […] I saw in my life, just ridiculous for such Hotel category. "Fint hotell nära Eiffeltornet och Trocadero"
Fint hotell med genuin fransk känsla i lugnt, ej särskilt "turistigt", område lite utanför Paris direkta centrum, men bara några minuters promenad från Trocadero och Eiffeltornet. Även nära metron station Passy. Vi blev uppgraderade till stort och jättefint rum med hörnbadkar och nyrenoverat badrum när vi anlände. Allt var jättebra och det fanns aircondition, […] safety box och gratis trådlöst internet på rummet! Allt var fint och rent på rummet. Vi hade en fransk balkong och stod man på en pall kunde man se toppen av Eiffeltornet... ;) Frukost ingick inte i vårt pris så kan ej kommentera den. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Vi fick lämna bagaget gratis på hotellet över dagen då vi checkat ut. Obs superliten hiss där endast en person och bagage fick plats. Skulle gärna komma tillbaka! Read more

Das Hotel liegt abseits der Touristenströme jedoch in kurzer Distanz zu Trocadero, Eiffel-Turm und zur Seine in einer rel. ruhigen Seitenstrasse in Passy (16. Arr.). Zu den Metro Stationen Passy und Muette (dort auch Zugang zu RER C nach Versailles) läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Von dort aus gelangt man in wenigen Minuten mit der Metro oder RER ins Stadtzentrum. […] In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel entlang der Rue de Passy liegen ganz ordentliche Restaurants (franz., chin. u. japan.) und auch einige ganz nette Geschäfte. Stadteil vermittelt ein schönes Bild vom "bürgerlichen Leben" der dort ansässigen Bevölkerung. Das Hotel ist relativ klein und damit auch rel. ruhig - die Flure sind eng - die Zimmer ebenfalls nicht sehr gross - die Bäder sind ok. Das Haus ist insgesamt etwas hellhörig. Alles ist aber in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und hat bedeutend mehr Charme als die standardsmäßigen Ausstattungen der großen Hotelketten (Hotel gehört zwar zu Best Western, ist aber wohl unter privater Führung) Empfangspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und hat bei Reservierungen von Restaurants u. Taxis gut geholfen. Alles hat prima funktioniert. Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Hotel haben wir nicht genutzt - es gibt in der Nähe einige nettes Cafes u.
