First of all the room as great. The bed outstanding. We stayed here one night on our way home to SC. The location is not easy to get to however. We did run into an issue. We needed a cab from the hotel to the airport with one quick stop at a car rental place to pick up a key we left by accident. We asked the hotel front desk staff to recommend a cab company for us. They did and said it would be only 10 minutes. Wonderful! Well the company they recommended majorly overcharged us. We felt ripped off. My suggestion is do not ask their staff for any cabs or have them call for one for you. Price it out yourself or you can get overcharged like we were. Besides that the hotel is beautiful and I would recommend.

I requested a mini-refrigerator and had to call at least six times and wait five hours before it appeared. There was no wireless service in the room, although there was an internet connection through a cable at the writing desk. Getting the front desk to pick up the phone at any given time was a 50-50 proposition.

Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 28, 2009
We were looking for an inexpensive location to stay while visiting family in NYC. Price of room was great but hassle of traveling to and from city even when choosing off peak travel times and additional cost of tolls, gas, parking, etc. reduced the value of this stay. What I thought would be a 50-60% saving over a more convenient location proved to be only a 20% savings. I must add though that the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was somethings to look forward to after the long commute from the city.

Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 29, 2009
After flying for 16 hours from Europe, all we wanted was a clean, quiet room to sleep for several hours prior to heading to the west coast (home). The beds at the Hilton were luxurious! Your body "melted" into the beds. Very comforting after a long flight.... Room service needs improvement. Food was luke warm, but because we were exhausted, we didn't want to send it back, so we managed - but a dissapointment. Service was great. Shuttle to & from airport, convenient & on time. Thumbs up for this property!

Picked this one at the last minute for New Year's. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which will take you to Newark Penn. Takes about 45 Minutes from Hotel to NYP. It's a Hilton, so the service and quality of the room and staff is great. If you book ahead of time you can probably get a better deal than I got.

When we made our reservation. This hotel did not mention anything about pet charge. We are also surprised when a security showed up in our room and said that several rooms are complaining about our pet for barking. We wonder how can our pet bark if it wears antibark collar?????HUH??? Reception staffs are not that friendly and needs more training when dealing with guest/customers. Location is very bad because the hotel is surrounded by graves. Definitely will not recommend this hotel. Room carpetry was not properly cleaned.

The hotel was great! Our king bedroom was comfortable. The bed was so soft and there were lots of pillows. The pool and hot tub were nice and surrounded by windows allowing the warmth and light of the sun in. It felt like summer in January. Bar was nice, food in the restaurant ok. However, it's located on a service road and can be difficult to get to. Call the hotel for directions - don't rely on mapquest! Also, surrounding neighborhood is not so good. Stick to the hotel.

The room was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very professional and efficient and the maintenance was excellent. BUT Getting there was painful. I recommend NOT driving to this hotel. Room taxes were quite high, the in-room internet was not included in the cost of the room, and parking self-parking is $10/day. I found this surprising and was not clear in the on-line ad. I chose the hotel because the cost appeared to be on a par with lesser hotels. After the extra fees, the cost was significantly higher.
