everyone was polite...the room was really nice.....I expected much less...you know...small town.....but it was really a nice room...and the staff was very professional and friendly......we will stay there again...

Booked 2 non smoking rooms. Only got 1. The smell was horrible. We left our door cracked most of the time. Beds need to be replaced! We had 8 people 3 rooms and all the beds were very low to the floor and all were swayed in the middle. Rough sleeping. The hotel bar and restaurant gets the AAA+++++ award!!! Amazing food and drinks. Very nice staff.

Room was adequate. Had a good night's rest, and coffee pot worked well. The room overall seemed a bit drab and the carpet was rather worn. And I've never seen half pillows like the ones we had! That was different.

We stayed one night and went across the street to another hotel for the following night. No extra sockets for laptop and phones. Iron dripping brown stuff (probably rust). We had to use one of your towels so we wouldn't ruin our shirts. Room stayed humid and muggy even though we had air on therefore, we couldn't put our make up on to go to the funeral. […] Burn holes in bedspreads. Room next door had garbage bag hanging over it. Room was clean, toilet over flowed 3 times. I had to call for maintenance. They had to plunge once while we were in room. Back at the camp church a friend had to change room because their toilet over flowed into the carpet.

Main problem - phone did not work, Internet did not work, many outlets didn't function. In fairness, the Internet was restored by morning, and was probably out due to storms, however the phone never worked. This place needs to get the basics worked out, then it will be a decent stop-over.

I was not pleased with the condition of this"3 star" hotel. The woman that checked me in was not in the friendliest mood and was not very informative about the hotel; she told me how to get to my room, check out time, and handed me a map, that's it The discription of the hotel states there is a fitness facility, there was not one on the map I got. The […] room was humid and smelt like someone just took a #2 and then a shower. The bed comforter had 2 cigarette burns and the trim on the computer desk was falling off. Just the hotel layout is the type I don't prefer, the type that every door is on the outside; I don't know why, those just seem cheap looking to me. The hotel was nice and clean, as well the staff was friendly and helpful including the housekeeping staff. It is close to all of the restaurants and stores in the area. If you are on a budget like I am, I would recommend the Quality Inn.

Had a pleasant stay and price was reasonable. However, both bed lamps were not working. Restaurant was not open at 7am as they claimed and still remained closed about a half hour later so we went elsewhere.

When I booked the room I was told that they was contantial breakfast, when we found the hotel, being the hotel set in the middle of three other hotels one would think that there would be signs to tell you what one to go to but you have to drive around looking for the check in. When i check in I ask what time the breakfast and was told they don't do […] breakfast that they have a cafe that you have to buy your breakfast. The location was great. Check in went very smooth with no problems. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable except the beds they could have been a little softer. We checked in and the keys to our room did not work. I went back to the front office and they said their key maker didn't work, but to try another set. This set did not work either. My husband called the front office again and they said they would send maintenance out to open the room. After 15 minutes of waiting outside, I decided to go back to the […] office. The room was clean, requested a smoking room, no odor in room, nor ashtrays. Tried to call front desk to make sure it was a smoking room and phone did not work. Drove up to office as room was a back of property, desk clerk assured room was smoking, had no ashtrays on hand, asked if I could stop by and pick one up on my way back to room that night. Clerk […] asked "do you need a phone?" I asked about a refrigerator which I did not notice the "some rooms have" when booking room ahead of time. Also, ice maker was dirty and in a dark hall due to burned out light bulb. Because of a previous review about the King beds not being comfortable, we opted for 2 Queens. The mattresses were literally 6" thick. Felt like I was sleeping on box springs. Each bed had 2 SMALL LUMPY pillows There was not a "Do Not Disturb" card for the door and we got rudely awakened at 8:30 by the maid banging on the door.
