Hotel was clean and modern. Rooms were nothing spectacular but clean. No fridges but I guess you can rent one if it is needed.Free parking & Wifi is nice. Restaurant and lounge were nice although did not stay open very late. Would have liked to have a couple drinks after coming back later on. More of a business type hotel but really nothing to complain about. Price was right and staff were exceptional.

Very clean, definitely needs new carpets though. Can't comment on the room service or restaurant as due to the holidays the restaurants were closed for 3 days ( all through our stay). Certainly was inconvenient. Other than looking dated, the hotel was good.

If you are travelling for business to Pratt & Whitney this location is perfect, it's directly across the street. The rooms are very comfortable and free wifi is excellent. I think the restaurant could use a few more servers as you have to wait sometimes. And they should offer room service.

We were told we only were aloud two sets of towels for four people!! Said they were limited/low on supplies!! You are running a hotel here people!! You need towels for EVERYONE!! Staff did not want to be very cooperative! Shame....Husband travels a lot and now they have lost our business :(

Our property is located on the south shore of Montreal, and so I understand if our property was not ideal when needing to be somehwere downtown. The trip can be very quick by the Jacques Cartier bridge, with only 15 minutes to reach the Old Montreal area. However, there are many perks including free parking which can be costly when staying in the city. Many hotels charge between $20 and $30 per night for parking. I'm sorry if you found the room to be smaller than expected. There are some corner rooms which are larger and others which are smaller. Our standard size is approximately 350 square feet. Feel free to ask our front desk for a spacious room if needed and if one is available we will surely offer it. A deposit is taken either in cash or as a credit card authorization for all guests in order to guarantee any charges or damages which might be charged to the room. Examples are; Telephone, room service, items from the market, etc. These deposits are returned upon departure in cash, or the authorizations are released on the credit cards. Hotel is easily accessible to the autoroute to go down to Montreal centreville. The facilities are good, although we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and the fitness room. There is also a games room. The lights in the bathroom is connected to the fan and is very loud and rattlling when turned on. Also, the air conditioner in the bedroom is a bit loud if left on when sleeping. The beds are quite comfortable. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food and service was good. There are lots of restaurants just a short 10 minutes drive on Rue St. Charles.

My husband, 2 daughters (11 and 13) and I just stayed here for 2 nights. It was the perfect hotel for us. It was a quick and easy drive into the heart of Montreal with easy access to the the bridge that takes you right into Montreal. We also fell upon a small quaint town called Chambly. (20 mins or so from hotel). I recommend putting it in your gps. There is an historic site there, beautiful park on the river. A great place for a picnic and something off the beaten track, if that is your thing. It was the best part of our trip. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it, especially if you have kids.

the hotel was lovely but leaving it was a harrowing experience. It was very hard to navigate away from the hotel. There were no maps or advice to help with that. The front desk staff tried to help but it would have been better to have some maps or advice at the hotel for reaching various destinations that are recommended.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the highway as we were passing through montreal on our way to PEI. We didn't want to stay in the downtown, so this was a good location for us. The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were okay. Nothing special, but what you would expect from a mid grade hotel. It is a bit dated, but we didn't select it for décor. My only complaint is that the room didn't come equipped with a fridge. This is often the case, but I wish all hotels would understand the convenience of having a fridge especially when you're travelling with children. Even when I've traveled on my own I've appreciated having a fridge. We have a 9 month old so a fridge would have come in handy for storing her food etc. My only other complaint is that the price should have included breakfast. When you're travelling having the convenience of eating breakfast onsite at no additional cost is appreciated. We were able to eat onsite, but at an additional fee of $10 per person. Given the hotel was nothing special they should have included it in my opinion. Overall a reasonable and comfortable hotel.

I was told that there would be a fridge in the room.....there wasn't. When I finally got one I was told there would be an additional charge of $20.

Dear Guest, Thank you for posting a review following your recent stay. We read all of our guest comments and try to share these with our staff regularly. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding a fridge being located in the room. Our 5 executive rooms do have a small refrigerators, however our other 136 rooms do not. We have 12 small fridges on hand for guests to borrow at a $20 fee for the entire stay. I will definitely speak to the owners and see if we can one day place one in each room. There is the question of usage and energy consumption which should be considered. Thank you for staying with us! This hotel was perfect for what we required. It offered great deals for the activities that we went to Montreal for. Most of the staff also spoke in English and French. Overall we had an awesome stay!

The stay at the hotel was pretty amazing. The room was very spacious and the interior decor was very modern and classy. We had a great outlook view toward the city. By having free wi-fi, helped us tremendously to find nearest sites by the hotel. The indoor gym and pool helped us to relax and to stay fit. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is now a family tradition to get away for one night Easter weekend. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Longueuil. The kids loved the pool. The food was delicious. We had dinner (kids ate free!) and breakfast the next morning. Everybody was so nice and the brunch was very good. We will definitely go back!

The hotel was situated over the river and about a 10-15 mins drive from the city and any attractions but it was worth it. Staff was friendly and the rooms were in really good condition. HD TV came clutch as well. They have a pool that was very nice. Spent a few good hours there. Definitely recommend if the drive in to the city is not an issue although I have stayed at the Marriott earlier for cheaper and had a whole living room attached to the suite instead of just the bedroom, but regardless this hotel was amazing.

Everything was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Front desk printed directions and maps for shopping for us, when I asked them to recommend an area to shop in. Lots of restaurants right up the street. Shopping was very close. Downtown was a quick drive away. The room was spotless and the super comfy bed gave me the best sleep I ever had! Late check out was provided without charge. Kierug machine in the room with Starbucks coffee was so nice in the morning! Oh and we were able to get a smoking room - so convenient - and the room didn't smell like smoke, which is the usual downfall of staying in a smoking room! I can think of absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel - book it without hesitation!

There is a wonderful view of the city from the room we stayed in twice (on purpose) Being in the city it wouldn't be this clear and nice.... Also great if you are a smoker since all hotels seem to be smoke free.... Room is very clean and comfortable, wish i could afford to bring the comfort of the bed home....

My Wife and I stayed at the hotel during the trip to New England. The place is very nice,clean conviniently located close to the main highway and close to the Jack Cartier bridge which leads to downtown Montreal. The room was speacious and not overpriced as rooms in the hotels of the downtown area. We also had breakfest in the morning at the hotel. We will definetly use this hotel next time we come to visit Montreal

Tha hotel room was big and nice bathroom, but the curtains were torn and that gave a poor quality to the overall effect. The air conditionner did not work and it was 80 degrees in the room , they offered to move us to another room but not one equal to what we had because they were all booked.The staff were great, very attentive and wanting to please. I would go there again !

We booked this hotel while visiting family in dowtown Montreal. It was about a 15 minute drive from the 'hub' and GPS/google maps was not accurate when directing us back to our hotel at night. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it seemed as though it had been renovated in the last few years. The breakfast buffet in the morning had everything you would want. My only complaint was about the gentleman who greeted us at the front desk. He wasn't as friendly as we would've liked when we asked him to look up our profile as Platinum Members so that we would be credited our points. If you just need a clean, comfy place to stop and rest along the way, this is a good choice.

- It is a good place to stay in the area. - Room was comfortable but showing some age. - It had a little cigarette smell in room but not a concern even for myself being a nonsmoker.. smoking in hotel rooms may be common as I noticed this in other reviews of some other hotels in area and no indication of if hotel would add any additional room charges if anyone smokes in nonsmoking rooms. - I had a good view of river on 6th floor. (Ships, Olympic stadium) - Found the breakfast buffet good but a little expensive at $16+. few other options nearby for breakfast.

I was visiting this hotel with 3 kids and we had a great time. The staff was pleasant, the lobby was fantastic (my son loved the plane hanging from the ceiling), the pool was great. We did get a lost a bunch of times trying to find local restaurants and a theatre...but we are not used to a big city. Overall we had a great stay and would definately come again.
