the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. our room was neat and clean. the only negative was no microwave or small refrigerator in the room. I used the microwave off the lobby area. would have liked a fridge for my mother's medications. overall good experience.

The hotel is a nice place. The only negative was the fitness facility. It was lacking to say the least. It did have a new coat of paint, but only 3 machines and only 1 really worked. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. For the price I would have to recommend it.

The hotel was under construction so we couldn't use the front door. The signs said to use the side or back doors but the back doors were locked. We finally found a door on the side that was unlocked but things needed to be better marked. The room was adequate. Small but clean. The walls were very thin and there were kids upstairs that kept running up […] and down the halls. We asked Ryan, the front desk clerk, to ask them to stop but nothing was done. We heard the kids running until about 1:30 am. Then someone called our room phone at 4 and again at 5:30 and hung up. We asked Ryan again what he could do and he gave a smart reply "unplug it". The next morning for breakfast we had to wait for food to be made and the lady who was fixing it seemed to be more interested in fighting with someone on the phone rather than fixing the food. Fix these couple of things and it wouldn't be a bad place to stay. Read more

They had a very nice brochure made up that gave you plenty of information on local restaurants and they had menus for all of the ones listed for delivery. The manager and all staff was very nice. Our keys didn't rally work well for the room even after changing our first set out...I believe all rooms were non smoking but for some reason, the floor we were on had a very strong smoke odor that could be smelled not only in the halls but in the room also. The tub didn't drain properly but after we mentioned […] it to the front desk, the manager came and fixed it. The hotel is a nice place. It is going through a remodeling at this time. I was disappointed not to be able to use the workout facility due to remodeling. I understand that those things happen. Hotel is being Re-Modeled. Staff was good, room was clean, had small fridge, flat screen, no microwave?? Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, waffle, cereals, juices, coffee (all day), fruit, yogurts, danish, toast..etc..was all good for the price.

Snacks from 5-8:00 in the lobby! Great breakfast in the am. Staff was very helpful and we will most certainly staff there again. Only negative was that the TV reception was not as clear as I thought it should be on a nice flat screen.

For the price it is a great hotel. The full hot breakfast and the snack food set out at night was an added amenities when they don't have a pool or cocktail room to relax.

Enjoyed most aspects of our stay. The one negative we had though was a big one. Off and on all night we could hear walking about us as if the floor above us was paper thin. I was wakened multiple times from what appeared to be "normal walking across the floor above us".

What most impressed us was actually the absence of a typical negative -- that musty,dirty-carpet "hotel smell." This hotel was pristine clean and smelled fresh both in the room and in the common areas. What it lacks is accommodation for tea drinkers - no black tea in the breakfast room and tepid, coffee-tainted "hot" water.

Rooms were very nice, however I must have had Big Foot above my room (210), because it stomped the floor from 3:00 AM on, no sleep., also my daughter heard it in Room 208. Needs more sounddeading applied to the ceilings of the rooms.

I guess there are two main conferences associated with the hotel's room. 1) There is no refrigerator in the rooms. so you may not be able to drink cold drinks and thats a huge matter. 2) The Hotel does not have Laundry room.

Comfortable stay. Staff was very accomodating. I liked the snacks served in the lobby throughout the day. My one complaint was that an outdoor spotlight shined nearly directly onto my room's window, causing the room to be overly bright at night.
