"Small but comfortable"

The bathroom and dressing areas were very small - hardly enough room for toiletries on the counter. We had the room next to the elevator, so don't know if that is the reason the room and bathroom were so small or if all the rooms were like that. Clean and comfortable, though. If I stay there again I'll ask for a room away from the elevator, and maybe it will be larger.

"Strange water"

When I turned on my water in the bathroom, ,air came out and when the water started coming out it looked gray. Not sure what was going on there.

"Wonderful & friendly place to stay"

Excellent accommodations and service. Everyone that we spoke to was very friendly and pleasant. We had the pool and the large hot tub to ourselves during three visits in two days. Free continental breakfast exceeded our expectations by a mile, they even fixed fresh waffles for my son. When plans changed and we went back for a second night in a row, they gave us back our same room! We would highly recommend this hotel and stay there again, anytime!

Discovered at check in that the hotel couldn't be sure we would get the Marriott rewards credit for that stay because we booked through hotels.com. Perhaps this is common, but the first time we ran into this.

the hotel was very clean and the staff was nice,. my only complant is that the fooms were kind of small for the price.. but for the most part it was very nice.GREAT BREKFAST never seen so much too choose from on a cont.. b-fast..

Clean nice hotel just off the interstate. Nice area near the mall and many places to eat. Good breakfast provided. Overall it was a nice stay.

This hotel is one of my favorites. The rooms are always clean. Each time we visit N. Caolina, this is our hotel of choice.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary paper. The only complaint would be the overwhelming chlorine smell on the first floor.

I did not get fresh towels when I ask for them. Had to fgo to the front desk and get them myself. I did not come and clean the room either.

This hotel was very warm and inviting. We especially liked the newspaper in the morning to go along with the nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and the bottled water when we left was a nice touch.
