I love where this is located!! Hidden in the middle of the city! I lived in Columbus for 30 years and didn't know this hotel was there. Nice place. The only bad thing was the driveway/entrance. Almost took out the enitre front of my car with a HUGE pothole!

Hotel was close to the event I was attending, which was nice. But otherwise there's nothing nice about the area surrounding the airport. Also, while I had requested a King-sized bed on Hotels.com, we're fairly certain we received a Queen-sized bed. Not a huge issue, but details are important.

Everything was ok except the car to airport was not available when they promised it would be. My flight required that I leave hotel at 4:30am. They told us night before the shuttle bus would not start that early but not to worry they would arrange for a taxi at their expense. Very stressful experience as my flight was international.

Nice hotel. The location is the main reason i stay there due to most of my business duties while in Columbus are near the airport. There are a few more in that area but I always find the Courtyard hotels being business friendly and clean. I just wish they would upgrade their mattresses in the rooms. Other than that i am pleased with this hotel.

Our room smelled horrible, like stale smoke. It was also very hot. Even when we turned the air on it didn't cool down. They also said they weren't putting out breakfast until after all us marathoners left. That was very uncool!

we were very disapointed with the quality of this hotel. The pictures on line of this hotel were georgeous,hower the hotel is not anywhere near as nice as the pictures.the ground fault plug in our bathroom tripped and would not rest so we had no power or lights sunday morning to get ready. The carpet in the halls and room was very soiled and stained. Perfectly fine hotel, especially if you need to be close to the airport. Their airport shuttle is free, although you have to call the hotel for it to pick you up. This airport hotel was clean/well maintained and comfortable. The best aspect was the desk staff who went out of their way to help me with my continuing travel plans: finding my airline reservation, making a seat assignment for me with only one seat remaining on the plane before a holiday weekend, and printing out my boarding pass for me.

I had taken my daughter down to Columbus to go school clothes shopping. We had gone there because my oldest daughter is in College there and we wanted her to join us. We had a great time and an even better stay. The hotel is clean comfortable and has friendly staff. Enjoy your stay as we did.
