I have never used Super8 before so I donot know their standards,but if that was their norm I will not use Super8 again

Recently spent a night here. Great proximity to the airport, and some ok restaurants nearby. Room wasn't very clean, chair was very stained, and black hairs were everywhere.

The hotel was dirty. The waffle mix at breakfast spoiled and not edible. the airplanes fly directly over at low altitude all night. Was sceptical based on past Super 8 experiences. should have paid a little more for a decent hotel. I will never book a Super 8 again.

The hotel was relatively close to the airport. The staff accommodated our need for a shuttle earlier than scheduled. We were at the airport in 15 minutes. Our car was safe when we returned. The room is very basic but met our needs.

The staff was friendly, and both the rooms and the public areas were clean. Although it served the typical Super 8 breakfast, they have a nice big room with tables and chairs to enjoy it in. They were happy to accommodate our special requests including extra towels, a crib, and a last minute change of rooms as we were checking in. When the water isn't VERY hot. Besides that, and the fact that I had to walk a VERY long way to get to my room (last room), AND the fact that there's no elevator to get to the second floor, otherwise, this hotel does okay for business travel. Check out the Aldi german supermarket across the street. Refrigerator smelled, there was dried-bloodied-mucus on the bathroom door, the bathroom shelf was broken and literally hanging loose, a towel bar had completely been torn off the wall leaving the molly bolts exposed, The room was surprisingly very small and not a standard sized room at all. I didn't enjoy hitting my head on the clothes bar which was […] nothing shy of a shelf literally beside the bed. The mattress was completely shot with a bathroom fan as loud as a blender. The hallway stunk like a moldy basement. As far as Super 8 chains go, this was a better one but my stay was lousy and they continue to earn a trash rating from me. We stayed at this Super 8 location during our trip to Niagara Falls because of the price. It received decent reviews so we thought it wouldn't be so bad. We checked in at about 10pm and the process was fairly easy. When we walked in our room it was a bit humid and there was a slight odor in the room - somewhat muggy. Beds and room were clean. The bathroom […] however was not so pleasant. The bathtub was draining very slowly so it made taking a shower very difficult. We called to have it fixed but they said we had to wait until morning because no one was available that late to fix it. We didn't spend too much time in the room so it was fine for the price. We also had housekeeping barge in on us one morning when we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I had to work to close the room door, the safety lock needed repair, the tub needed re-caulking and I had to air out the room the first night I stayed. The price was right, the room was nice and the refrigerator helped me save money. Overall I was satisfied and I would return to the hotel if I return to at area in the future.

Front desk help were rude and indifferent, room was incredibly small with barely enough room to move around in, fixtures in the bathroom were old, rusty and not working properly. The bed in my room had a saggy mattress and the springs cut into my back. By the end of my stay I could hardly walk because of the pain caused by sleeping on a bad bed. In addition, the toilet ran from the time during the entire stay...annoying noise. The hotel advertises Wifi in every room. I was there from Friday night through Tuesday morning. I […] had Wifi Friday night and Saturday. Sunday morning, there was no connection and I never got a connection back for the rest of my stay. Resetting the router didn't solve the problem. The staff said they would call Time-Warner and that they would call me when the problem was fixed. Several hours later - when I didn't hear from the front desk, I called Time Warner myself. I was told they'd never received a call from the hotel. I spent 1/2 hr. talking to Tech Support while they ran several tests, determining that the problem came from the wifi access point at the hotel, which they are not responsible for. I informed the staff and they promised to get on it but the problem was never fixed. Since I work online, and this was a working vacation for me, I was pretty upset not to have access. The staff did offer to let me use the wired computer in the business room - but their computer doesn't have my software programs installed, which I needed to use online. On the plus side...the water was hot and the breakfast buffet was decent. Read more

We were very unhappy about this hotel. Firstly, it just had a weird vibe, not very welcoming or professional at all. The AC in the hotel room did not work. The bedsheets were covered in blood stains. was not pleased with parking - hard to see, as we had a late check in, and there are 2 signs into the establishment. Beds were horribly uncomfortable... and the toilet clogged, and no one fixed it. Not to mention the continental breakfast was VERY SPARSE. and we were down there by 8am...
