      Hotel was beautiful. Room was small but nicely appointed. Breakfast room was like eating at a palace!! Staff was helpful and it is in a busy touristy area of town which was great for us. Hope to return soon!

      it is a great hotel in a shabby neighbourhood. Overall impressions are very good. A few suggestions: install a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for good shaving; explain what a complex apparatus on the wall does (many switches).

      Hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station, very convenient to many sights in Palermo. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was cleaned very well each day. Would highly recommend as a great value hotel.

      If you're going to stay during the winter, bring warm bed room clothes. It's a reasonable distance from the Airport, but bring a GPS or a detailed map to get there. Also, on the only road in, there are MOUNDS of trash that blocked the road to the hotel. They were there for at least a month. And that trash covered the beach while I was there.

    We used this as our airport hotel for arrival on a late flight, and departure on an early flight. It was a 20 minute drive. It was clean & well run. Desk staff was pleasant. The room and bath were quite small for a four-star hotel though. If you are an American, think SMALL Rodeway Inn room. Breakfast was good, but service at dinner was terrible. We […] were advised that a tour bus was there, so to come after 9 PM. We did, but service was still terrible. Our wine bottle was unceremoniously opened, set on the table, and the server scurried away. We waited too long to order, and felt generally "dismissed" rather than catered to the entire meal. Also, you have to lug your own luggage from the parking lot to your room, and parking is via an independent lot, where they speak NO english at all. Palermo traffic is a nightmare, and you'll likely miss the turnoff for the hotel and have to navigate the kind of crazy main highway with limited access to access roads a few times to get there. For the price it may have been a reasonable option, but next time we'll probably look at other options - might spend a bit more for something easier to access and perhaps with better service and slightly bigger room. I wouldn't stay here if I was actually visiting Palermo, but it's fine as an "airport hotel". Read more

    Per cominciare all'esterno risulta ancore Holaday In, le camere (io ne ho presa una da tre con letti singoli) sono davvero piccole e l'armadio non soddiffa la presenza di 3 persono per un periodo prolungato almeno per una settimana. Il bagno accogliente e pulito, a parte che no sanno se sei ancora in camera ae le donne delle puliziae a qualsiasi orario […] ti bussa in camera ( magari sei in dccia "sorpresa"). Per essere a Palermo e in una struttura a **** colazione povera 2/3 tortine e mini briches vuote. Avendo molto da fare alla fine ci ho solo dormito ciao a tutti. Read more

    Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Waren schon das zweite Mal dort, nur hiess das Hotel früher Hotel Holiday Inn. Geändert hat sich eigentlich nichts und deshalb werden wir wieder einmal dort gehen, falls wir wieder Palermo besuchen.

    Hotel molto accogliente, personale cordiale e sempre a disposizione del cliente. Stanze accoglienti, pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario e anche oltre. Si trova in posizione molto raggiungibile sia per chi proviene da Messina che per chi proviene da Trapani. Al tempo stesso permette di raggiungere il centro molto facilmente.     Nous avions un petit budget puisque Palerme était notre dernière escale avant de remonter sur Paris et cet hotel nous a été proposé. Il est situé à l'exterieur du centre historique de Palerme, proche du "périphérique de Palerme", du station service et un Mcdo .. Assez glauque comme endroit ! de même que les chambres. En revanche, nous avions demandé […] un chambre quadruple et nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes pour le même prix. Nous avions pris le forfait sans PDJ et étions ainsi libres d'aller prendre le PDJ ailleurs. Read more
