Honestly, the rooms are not overly special. However, i was staying here for business and it suited my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is free breakfast. You are only a few blocks away from the highway. There plenty of businesses and restaurants close by. The area is OK. It wasn't a terrible neighborhood nor was it a nicer neighborhood. I had a very good experience here. I've stayed at other places in nicer areas of Tracy. I'll still go back to Microtel Inn at Tracy again.

Very happy with the room. The front desk clerk was nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. We were right next to the stairs and parking lot and... didn't hear too many loud noises except for the teenagers across the hall. I would definitely stay here again. by BE from Socal on 04/30/13

My wife and daughter enjoyed the clean and comfortable room while in Stockton for a tournament. They actually would have liked to enjoy the place more, but the sports activities didn't allow it.

I was very frustrated that the alarm clock in my room was set for midnight to a very LOUD Latin music station. That was 30 minutes after there was a very loud gurgling bubbling sound from the bathtub. Not a great first night, but the rest of my stay was fine and comfortable.

Couple ahead of me were asking about an expected stay a month from now, wanted a tour, etc. it would have been nice if she would have checked with me to see if I had a reservation and/or asked someone else to help me. The hotel was nice with a great and friendly staff. The mattresses in our room were getting on in age and should be replaced. They weren't bad, but they weren't as comfortable as a newer mattress would be. Overall this hotel was worth the cost

My only issue was that the room was not completey ready when we entered the room. Thee dishes in the sink and no towels availlable. We were to waive down a housekeeper who supplied our room.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel,, both times equally enjoyable. Both times I've stayed in a one-bedroom suite -- girls wine weekend the first time and a couple's retreat the seond. It's clean, quiet, large enough rooms and has everything you need. Will definitely do it again!
