although the hotel need's to be upgraded it was clean, and the staff was very helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. We like its tropical atmosphere and courtyard. The service is always great and the restaurants do a great job. We miss Antones restaurant which now seems to be open only for Sunday brunch. We also miss the music (piano, harp) that used to be played during the noon and evening mealtimes. They don't […] seem to have morning coffee available in the courtyard anymore. The Television sets are badly outdated and we were frustrated to not find phone books in the rooms. Read more

We enjoyed our stay at the Lethbridge Hotel. It was comfortable and quiet.

The service of the 5 star alliance was excellent. The hotel was excellent, they upgraded the room, fixed the tv right away. The hotel check in and out was fast and efficient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definately stay there again

My wife and I also a couple friend of ours spent 2 nights at your establishment, all was great, we had dinner over the 2 nights first night everything was great service( the lady with the Glasses) most courteous, except 2nd night dinner at the garden surrounding area, the young lady had no idea of the menu and decided to argue that what we ordering […] is wrong, when we requested the menu , she sent an offsider which confirmed our request. End of the night we noticed a gentleman was arguing re the bill they received consequently I checked our bill then confirmed that we were overcharged by $27 about 8%, 10 minutes later another lady was complaining about there bill. Kids enjoyed the pool and atrium garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful and restaurant service and food was good. Rooms need updating and bathroom was rough with tile around tub in poor condition.

The room was clean and good although not modern. The bath was rather small. They have beautiful tropical garden and I think the rooms overlooking the garden has better atmosphere than the ones with the valley view. I recommend this hotel for whoever wants to stay in Lethbridge.

My family was extremely dissapointed with the quality of service recived at this hotel. We booked the hotel for 7 nights. We had to call twice to have air conditioning blower fixed (it rumbled and didn't blow any air into the room) and ended up giving up. We had to call every day to get more than two towels for the room (we booked for 2 adults and 1 […] child and made them aware). Soap and shampoo were only delivered upon request. The Hot Tub had one working jet and the temperature was so hot guests would not use it. The high spped internet was dreadfully slow and spotty with it's connections. We will not be back. Read more

This property was once the biggest hotel name in the city of Lethbridge and when it opened in 1978 was the name property to lodge at when visiting this southern Alberta community. It is now in need of some upgrades, particularly in entertainment systems; secure internet access, new mattresses, room décor as such. The Lethbridge Lodge was a very nice hotel, close to amenities and easy to get to. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable stay. Love the Atrium. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice. Would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to others.

We ended up cancelling . The room was not ready when checkin time was and we were told to come back again in a half hour- still not ready-would be another hour. We had a place to be and had to wait till after that was over. Checked in finally at 8 o'clock. Was not the room we booked and it was very dirty-especially the rugs. This hotel is extremely tired. The rooms need to be updated entirely. The lobby and common area is oustanding and very well done. However, the rooms have some serious issues. The beds are in terrible shape (saggy), the TV's are out of the 80's with terrible pictures. The bathroom is so far outdated and the fixtures don't match. Heck the door to the […] room did not even seal, thus noise is an issue. I would put this hotel as a poor Motel 6 with a nice lobby, but with a top Hotel price tag. If you can get this hotel for a 2 star price, good value. but at their current rates , take a huge pass. The front desk was terribly over worked, thus not helpful, bordering on rude. A 4 pm check-in is not reasonable, when you have an 11am check-out. All in all, too bad this formerly hotel has gone so bad. Read more

The hotel staff, dining and atmosphere is really good. The rooms are very dated, the bathroom is very dated. We were on the bottom floor, the lock for the window was held on by 2 tiny screws, that would not hold if somebody tried to break in. The beds were comfortable ,and clean.

Old, grungy, outdated rooms. Overpriced for what you get. Nothing offered by staff when complaints were made regarding cleanliness/appearance of room. Old, run-down TV in the room. Will never stay here again nor will I recommend this "hotel" to anyone I know.

We love the Lethbridge Lodge. It is in a great location, close to all amenities. The atmosphere in the hotels is quaint and relaxing. We especially like the pool. Food in the restaurant is very good too.

The Lodge is like the grand old lady of Lethbridge. She was amazing in her prime, and the courtyard area still is, but the rooms are looking tired and worn. My room was pretty clean, but I don't think I'd stay again. The staff at the front desk were very nice.

The LETHBRIDGE lodge was a great place to stay. The food was great and the room was a perfect get away. The lounge was great and overall everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Thank you for such a great place to stay in LETHBRIDGE. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The best thing about our stay at The Lethbridge Lodge was that the beds were comfortable & seemed clean, I wish I could say that about the rest of the room. The bathroom had a hairy bar of soap in the shower, there was stuff on the floor (no sure if gravel or what but hard) found some sort of plastic webbing oh the floor, electrical sockets so worn […] would not hold my phone charger cord, Every single channel was snowy on the t.v.! Our stay at the Lethbridge Lodge was pleasant. We found the linens particualrly fresh and clean. The hotel itslef is very beautiful with the courtyard area. Very pleasant and inviting. The hotel tends to lean toward a rather posh establishment. Posh in that it has a certain amount of class. Not posh in its people skills as we felt very welcome. The […] only negative comment that we could make is that the rooms, while they were very comfortable and clean, really need to be updated. It seemed as though we had stepped back to the eighties when we wnet in our suite. But we must say we were treated royally and appreciated the general beauty of this hotel. Read more

Working through some renovations is never easy however they are doing a very good job. Very little inconvenience and all staff courteous and apologetic. My only complaint would be that we had appetizers in the lounge charged to our room and were not made aware that guests received a free drink with appetizers.

First of all we did not get the room that we paid for, very disapointing. Some rooms, one that our daughter got with her two children and husband, did not have any heat and this seemed to be very wide spread in this hotel.

We had tickets to a play so stayed here in a group of 7. We had 4 rooms between us. All of the rooms were decent enough - the hotel is older so you see some signs of wear and age, but nothing major. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not enough to make you sore. The courtyard is the main attraction of this place - lush greens and a lovely pool and […] hot tub. The Cotton Blossom Lounge is so relaxing. Our companions had lunch in Botanica and said it was incredible. The next morning we all attended Anton's brunch and it was fabulous for $20 a person as well. I would recommend it. Read more

We really enjoyed our stay although the second I noticed a huge coffee stain on the bottom of the sheet covering the bottom mattress, the signs were also on the floor. I don't drink coffee so I know it wasn't mine, we mentioned it to the front desk, she said she would check into it but nothing was done, hopefully the next customers will have clean sheets. […] Thank you. It would appear that this hotel has not been renovated since the early 80's. The beds were horrible and the decor was awful. My reservation was screwed up on top of all of that. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Not all of the equipment in the fitness room was working. Being able to workout while on the road is very important to me.

This hotel is a little dated in terms of appearence, but the service was good, the room was clean and the bed was really comfy. Great location right by the coulee as well.Bathroom could use some updating - it was a little nasty - but overall a good experience.

This hotel is getting a little long in the tooth. The bed we'd gotten had a broken spring on my side, though my wife had no complaints. There was a constant mid level droning sound coming from the wall or ceiling it made it hard for me to get to sleep. The TV was outdated and reception was not all that good. The WiFi was also a hit and miss affair. The […] only encounters with the staff was at the front desk check-in and the waitress that served us at the buffet breakfast. no complaints here. The room was what I expect in a hotel except for two things. I thought, from their ad, that the room had a jacuzzi, it didn't. Also the bathroom door took over the entire bathroom. A pocket door would fix this. The ambiance of the facility was wonderful, like being in a serene jungle from the balcony. Don't be shy about staying here.

We checked in late at night with a reservation and received a very poor room that was old and smelled like smoke. Burn holes in the bathroom floor and in the carpet, rusty sink old t.v, dirty windows. We went to the front desk and the service was very good and they put us in another room on the same floor that was clean but old. The bed was very comfortable, […] service was good in the resturant and at the front desk. We received two complimentary drink tokens when we checked in and the seervice was good in the lounge. The hotel was in a great location, clean and very customer friendly,however they overbooked their rooms and instead of a room with 2 double/queen beds they put us in a room with 1 double bed and a fold out couch,the couch was not comfortable to sleep on therefore everyone did not have a good night sleep.

Our experience at the Lethbridge Lodge was great...we will go back. From check-in at the front desk, the lounge and restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff were to a person, extremely friendly, helpful and had no problem going the "extra yard" to help guests. rooms were clean, however if you have small children don't stay poolside or a corner room....very noisy until well after 11 pm (granted it was a Saturday night) bathrooms clean but very small and no fans....we would stay there again!
