"fell and left"

I fell down the stairs at this hotel the morning we were leaving and my daughter went to get help. She was given an ice pack and no one came to ck on me or to ask her if further help was needed. She (my 6th grade daughter) was visibly upset and angry with their lack of concern or offer of assistance. After I sat on the ground with ice for almost 30 minutes my daughter helped me up and and out to the van and we left. During the time I sat at the bottom of the steps with ice 3 cleaning staffers (who appeared to be family) walked 25 to 30 feet from me looked and did nothing to help and offered no assistance.

"Great room for the money"

I just wanted something basic, but the beds and the room were on par with hotels I've paid a lot more money for. The service was very friendly as well.

My classmate and I stayed there due to it's convenient location. It was clean/quiet/comfortable. It had a exercise room/pool/am breakfast. It was a pleasant stay

"Decent place to stay, nice fitness equipment"

I found the carpet in the hallway and the stiars in particular to be very dirty througout my 2 night stay, and this was the biggest complaint that I had as it was quite evident. The room was clean, no frills, but did have a fridge and there was a fridge, which was nice. The decor was a bit sparce, and the table had to be moved in order to use the computer and see the TV. The hot tub wasn't warm enough, but the fitness equipment in the very small work out room was surprisingly nice and in good repair. Breakfast was adequate.

We went to this hotel because we love staying at the Days Inn hotels. Normally very family oriented. When we got there the room was made up but there was no kleenix and very little toilet paper. Our room shared a wall with the breaakfast area. The walls are paper thin and everyone could hear us when we would just talk in a normal voice. Needless to say we heard everyone else throughout the night. Thepool was not very clean. There was alot of debris on the floor of the pool. The hot tub was not heated up. It was a lot colder than the actual pool. We would not stay there again.

I have stayed at the other hotels in Grinell and this is my least favorite, however, it is also the least expensive. There was nothing that I didn't like, but there was nothing that stood out to encourage me to visit it again outside of the price.

"Good room for the price"

Very quiet--I didn't hear a thing outside the room. Lots of pillows were great, but the dead fly caught in the cobweb in the corner lacked charm. The free breakfast was nice but the waffles made by several people were pale and funny looking.

Not a 5 star but good deal for the money. I look for bargains and am satisfied. We have stayed there before and probably will again is the price stays right

The room was clean, but several things in it were dysfunctional: couple of lights in the room (one by the bed) could not be turned on, the water in the toilet was running all night, the bath tub was clogged.
