The hotel is perfectly adequate for a night's sleep, prior to catching an early morning flight at Logan airport. The hotel rooms are generic and not as nice as some other Hampton Inn's, but fine for a one night stay.

We arrived to a quiet room that had the lights on and a hair on the bedding. We went to eat and returned to a intoxicated group smoking in front. They went to the desk to staple the young ladies dress together. They went to the room next to ours and were drinking. More people arrived and it got louder. We went to the desk and asked to move and were […] told he just spoke to us. We told him we had not been there. He said he had told them to quiet down, not to worry, the group was leaving in 15 minutes. We could sleep, their bus was on its way. They loaded onto the bus and it was quiet. A few hours later, they returned. They were in front of our door yelling. I quietly asked them to keep it down, there were children in the hotel. I was then told to go F myself. The noise, profanity and arguing continued for hours. They yelled about bed bugs, argued, banged walls, and wanting food. Somehow, my daughter slept. I stayed up most of the night packed and ready to leave. In the morning, at breakfast, they showed up. I left and returned later to avoid another confrontation. At checkout, the same man asked if I had complained and claimed management addressed it, he joked I was leaving him so early. This was a favorite place to stay, I do not plan to return.By allowing them to return in the condition they were, they knowingly allowed them to ruin the stay for the rest of us. Read more

This is an older Hampton Inn, and it shows. The rooms are older, the bathrooms are tiny, and it had an old fan heat control- no thermostat. It is, however, in a very convenient location. I'd only stay again if its a short trip- like 2 nights.

We picked this hotel because of its closeness to Boston and the hot breakfast! Hampton inns are always nice but it wasn't the quietest as its located just behind the highway. Would have preferred queen beds to doubles. But the price was right and I would stay there again for a short trip.

While in the area for a quick weekend trip this hotel was the hotel of choice. Had stayed here once before when visiting Salem and it worked out just fine. I stayed three nights, 2 nights my tv didnt work at all. During breakfast as I pushed myself in closer to the table, the cushion came off and my finger got caught between the wood and the chair, leaving my finger black and blue. Staff were attentive and offered assistance, but this was quite painful.

The hotel was great compared to other hotels in the area at around the same price. At the time, our room was $3 more then a room at the Red Roof Inn, and it was quite the upgrade. The room we had was small with 2 double beds, but the decor made up for its small size. The room was very clean, and was setup and decorated in a pleasing manner. The free […] breakfast was very good, I especifically liked the bagel topped with egg, bacon bits, and cheese. If you didn't like the breakfast, there is a Dunkin' Donuts next to the hotel. Donkin' Donuts was so close in fact, that I was able to use its AT&T wireless network on my phone from our room. The Woburn Mall is also located right across the street, which provided a good amount of shopping opportunities. Read more

The hotel was clean and comfortable. While we were there, the carpets were being professionally cleaned. The breakfast was good and the staff was polite. We forgot toothpaste and a razor and the hotel provided them at no extra charge.

Stayed here before for a long weekend w/ family for July 4th weekend last year. Had a wonderful time. The best thing was breakfast. Came back this year after the Fenway Park Spartan Race. Great place to recouperate after the race and breakfast was again fabulous.

This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and fresh. The duvet covers are replaced after every guest. The breakfast that was included was amazing; so many choices and all nice and fresh. This hotel was truly a great value and I will most definitely stay there again when I am visiting the Boston area.

The hotel was nice and clean and convenient being right off of I-95, but you didn't hear the traffic, just the high pitched scream of a kid. in an adjoining room one of the nights. But that is probably to be expected no matter were you stay.

I have stayed at several hotels in this particular area and this facility ranks at the top of the list. Very convenient location with access to major highways, a shopping mall and several eating venues. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel which makes it very convenient to dine in poor weather. Would not stay here again. Extreme noise from outside (traffic) and inside the room (plumbing). Unable to get a room with a refrigerator and couldn't get extra pillows. I stayed 3 nights in a row for business, this was my second stay for business. The first night- there was an angry marital couple next to my room, the second night the hot water heater broke and the fire alarm was set off at 2:15am in the morning- which ruined my sleep for the remainder of the night due to the fire trucks coming, the 3rd night another […] angry marital couple (different couple) was next to me and was cursing till 1030pm. My stay was not as pleasant as I hoped, and I am reconsidering staying there again. Both stays I also walked around the building to go to the restraurant next door- and it was until the 3rd night there that the restaurant manager shared that there was a pathway through the hotel, vs me walking around the building to get there! The low rating i'm giving this hotel comed from low value, i stayed at hotels half the price and got a lot more. No refrigerator in the room Poor breakfast. Having business in Boston recently, I found the room rates ridiculously high and decided to stay in Woburn. It turned out to be the right decision. The Hampton Inn was located conveniently close to the highway, was reasonably priced, and the facility and rooms were exceptionally clean. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful also.

My son and I spend 6 nights here on a vacation in Boston. The best thing was the closeness to the commuter train staion, so we could get to Boston easily - driving in Boston is crazy! The desk agent who checked us in was nice enough to move our reservation to a room with a refrigerator since we were staying so long - but the room didn't have it! No […] microwave either, but the breakfast bar is great in the morning. The comforters on the beds are very fluffy but warm - you get lost in them! There are no drapes on the curtains, which allowed the light from the restaurant next door to shine in my room and I coulndt sleep. I had to swtich rooms to the other side of the hotel. But breakfast was pretty good.
