The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lots of details making you feel like in a comfortable home more than in a hotel. Amenities like in-room WiFi, books by the bed and even a choice of DVDs were included. While not in a most central location by itself, Montgomery Metro station is right outside the hotel.

This is not a five star hotel, I would give it a three star. The water in the bath drains away very very slowly leaving you to standing in rising water when you have a shower. Third time I have stayed here. Easy access from the Gare-du-midi for those arriving on a Eurostar - number 27 bus takes you directly there. Located on the edge of European area but just a few stops on the metro from the Grand Place area. Room was very comfortable and clean - a good size with double bed, sofa and armchair. Stayed at Montgomery due to location and relative comfort. Disappointed that carpet in bedroom was threadbare near the bathroom and clearly needs replacing. A pity also that there is neither complimentary bottled water or tea/coffee making facility in the rooms

Unfortunately I was only staying one night! The room was clean, large, tastefully furnished, well lit - I could read easily, unlike some hotels which have gone to low wattage bulbs in their rooms. the staff were quite helpful. they would make phone calls for me to check on my scheduled tours. the restaurant was closed for the time i was there. this was disappointing. they offered me room service food. but when i called for room service most of the food was unavailable due to the restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay although the hotel is a little dated. The rooms could do with updating. It was convenient for the metro, bus and trams. Very nice local restaurants nearby. For the price, it was good, but woukd have been disappointed if I was paying 5 star prices.

Das Zimmer war sehr alt und hatte so ein mulmiges Geruch! Unserer Empfindung nach doch kein 5 Sterne Hotel und wir waren in genung 4-5 Sterne Hotels um das beurteilen zu können! When we entered the room we were about to leave since the blue carpet was so old and damaged that it had several large white patches. Rest of the room was ok so we decided to stay. I travel for business since 20 years and have been abd few hundred hotels. I would rate this a 3 star.

Интернет бесплатный есть, но ловит ужасно (и это на первом этаже прямо над ресепшеном). Отсутствует посуда. Высокий городской налог, не включенный в стоимость при бронировании (порядка 15 евро). Hotellet har nok tidligere fortjent sine stjerner, men bærer nå preg av behovet for en skikkelig oppgradering. Slitte tepper, dårlig fungerende air-condition og igjengrodd ventilasjon. Hyggelig betjening, men de "glemte" at vi hadde meldt ifra om at air-condition kun blåste varm luft. I og med at hotellet ligger inntil en stor rundkjøring ble det mye […] støy når vi måtte lufte. Överlag väldigt nöjd. Efter vistelsen sänktes betyget något då jag glömt laddaren till mobilen och det var en process att få tillbaka den. Ett så pass fint hotell med bra service borde kunna lösa ett så litet problem smidigare än vad de gjorde. Men annars var det ett mycket bra hotell som kan rekommenderas!

Location is good with metro and trams very close. For good restaurants and shops you need to walk a bit, there is nothing special right next to the hotel. Hotel was quiet and tidy, breakfast was quite basic continental breakfast. Gym was not so good.

Oppholdet var svært bra. Vi hadde en helg hvor vi ville bli bedre kjent, og hotellet var det rette stedet til det. Rolige omgivelser, fint å gå turer, buss og bane var like utenfor inngangen. L'hotel serait superbe pour un 3 etoiles. Pour un 5 etoiles, je pense qu'il est sous la moyenne: Pas de piscine, le choix de chaines tele est reduit (beaucoup de chaines ne marchent pas), la tele est vetuste et l'ascenseur est petit. Par contre c'est bien situe, propre et convenable.
