Easy to find. Desk person was friendly. Hotel was aged and not the best I've stayed in, but not the worst. Was not happy with wads of hair left in the tub. It was kind of creepy! The room smelled, the door was broken, the surrounding neighborhood was not the best and we couldn't wait to leave. In the AM, there was a continental breakfast, but the coffee wasn't working properly and the only creamer they had was powdered.

We had a bad experience with this hotel. We had booked 3 smoking room and when we arrived on Friday evening they only had non-smoking rooms. The hotel was just as nice if not nicer than the$95.00 a night room we just stayed at and these guys had a Microwave and a fridge!!! And the area, please,!!!! I've been in worse, ..?? Room was not very clean. Two of three lights in room were burned out upon arrival. Front desk provided new upon request. I didn't feel safe here. Room was dingy, no deadbolt on the door, sketchy neighborhood. The front desk was very friendly, but other than that, there was nothing good about this motel. I can't believe I had to pay money to sleep there.

When we checked in...the toilet wouldn't stop running. We told the desk clerk & he said that he didn't have any other room available and that he would fix it in the morning. I expected an unpretentious, but clean motel. To the contrary, the room was dusty, there was hair embedded in the comforter and it smelled like smoke and cheap laundry detergent (it was a nonsmoking room). It was just okay. The hotel was okay. There was only one iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, so if you travel here, bring your own iron. The area is not good at all...kind of broken-down. I think it should be a motel versus a hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time we will pay more and stay someplace nice.

Visited Hershey Park and was planning on staying over to visit the Philly outlets the next day. I arrived about 10pm with my husband and two small children and was welcomed with men hanging out and smoking drugs in the parking lot. This was clearly a drug infested hourly hotel. I didnt feel safe at all. The rooms were STALE smelling and the sheets were […] wrinkled as if they just made the bed and didnt change the linen. It was only towels for 2 when my reservation clearly stated party of 4. There was no iron in the room and when I asked the front desk said there is only ONE iron for the entire hotel and whomever borrowed it last NEVER returned it to the desk. The hotel and room are in need of maintenance. Wiring is accessable to clients. Looks like the Air conditioning unit needed a heavy duty circuit which was installed but the plug and wiring are not in the wall but lying on the floor. The toilet seat was loose - how hard is it to tighten two bolts? Ceiling has several water stains from leaks above. Door […] security and jam appeared poorly fitted. Many surfaces had been painted over instead of being removed then re-installed - fit and finish to items in room were poorly maintained. Clothes drawer was badly scuffed - bought in a Garage sale? Continental breakfast was mediocre . I was looking for milk for cereal - opened the fridge (sign on outside said 'staff only') found jug of milk. Front Desk attendant was there within seconds of me opening fridge - so he is certainly making sure I don't get anything I shouldn't. Why did he not fill a pitcher of milk for us to use?
