The tub was not clean enough. They should make sure they put out food when it low especially when it's not close breakfast ending. It was 09:00 and they did you put any more food out for the guest to eat, breakfast ended at 10;30.

Hotel was comfortable and clean in the rooms, but smelled of cigarette smoke in the lobby and hallways. While the location is very convenient you are likely to hear many sirens of emergency personnel due to its location. Overall, not bad but not great either.

Staff talking on personal calls at front desk. No sign for broken elevator. 3 hoochies outside our room taking pix of their working girl outfits. But it was only 1 night. Hotel doors slammed so loud we were awake half the night. Lots of foot traffic in hallways during the entire night.

If you're looking for close proximity to Turner Park, this hotel would be a good pick, but the neighborhood needs much improvement. The refrigerator did not keep items cold. Our family would not stay at this hotel again.

My friends and i stayed at the Country Inn to enjoy the city but the staff seem so unprofessional they kept staring at us and whispering I was almost afraid to leave our belongings in the room because I thought they were going to go through our things but they didn't its a ok Hotel though

I would have given a 5 star overall, but twice housekeeping left things undone. Other than that the hotel was clean well maintained and the breakfast was great IMO. The common area to eat breakfast was also very nice. We got chinese takeout one night and ate it in the commons. The staffs are wonderful! Very friendly! Breakfast were great! we were pleased staying for two nights. we will be back with our kids for their spring break! Desk Clerk was not at the desk while several groups of people were waiting to check in after an event. Security Guard had to find her and then said she would be there shortly. 15 mins later she showed. Neighborhood was a little rough also.

I was not sure what to think when I pulled up to the hotel since it seemed like it wasn't in the best area. The lobby was inviting and the staff was courteous. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke and seemed a little bit old. When I entered my room, it appeared clean, even though the decor was a little bit outdated. The bathroom was very clean […] and smelled of bleach. I went to get ice from the ice machine and found that the ice machine was broken on every floor but the ground floor. There are vending machines available on the ground floor which take credit cards which I found convenient since I don't carry much cash/change. In general, the hotel was adequate to suit my needs for this trip. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a reasonably priced hotel located minutes from the heart of the city with FREE PARKING. Many of the other hotels in the city charge $25+ for parking. This hotel has the convenience of close proximity of the city with adequate parking. I would recommend this for business travelers! Read more

The hotel was mostly clean, the staff was very nice but the area is a bit scary and there is only one restaurant within walking distance (if you dare). You cannot walk outside without being bothered by some shady character.

The kids loved the hot breakfast, something besides cereal and milk and cold waffle. The served omelets, hot old fashioned oatmeal and hot waffles ( that you make yourself), various muffin and sweet rolls. Not the best neighborhood, but it is close to downtown. Be sure to check out Grant Park and the Atlanta zoo nearby if you have time. The Bullpen ribs next door were very good. This was a very pleasant hotel to stay in. At first I was skeptical because of the highway noise but when in the room is was minimal. The hotel is convenient to Atlanta and many of the attractions. The baseball stadium is across the street and the rib restaurant smelled wonderful.

The whole stay was terrible starting from the beginning. We reserved a smoking room. They put us in a nonsmoking room. We called the lady at the front desk and asked if she could switch it, she was rude, but did switch it. So no big deal. We get to room, there is a good sized stain on the bedspread. Then I start looking for an ashtray. Of course, there […] is not an ashtray, but there were 2 condoms in the bedside table. I am a little grossed out at this point, but we are just staying for one night. Then around midnight some guy just walks right in our room. They had booked someone else to the room we were in. Then the front desk calls us and asks us who we were, apparently the lady earlier did not change our room in the computer. After we went down for breakfast the next morning, we found our key wouldn't work. While getting the front desk to get us a key made, the General Manager of the hotel, came in saying he knew what happened and then acted like it was our fault because we switched rooms. Not once did he say I'm sorry or act like he was sorry for the intrusion. The staff as a whole were rude. The room was dirty. The coffee maker was gross. The mini fridge didn't work either. Comfortable room within 100 feet of Turner Field. Didn't mind the neighborhood,but only went to bar next door and back. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Would return to this hotel if going to baseball game. Recommend updating bathroom,but was comfortable in my stay here.

We planned a last minute getaway to see the Atlanta Braves game before the end of the season. The hotel was literally across the street from the stadium. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to give excellent service! There is a great rib shack at the end of the parking lot. Had a great time WILL return!!

I actually saw hookers coming out of the hotel. The even took all of the cookies out of the lobby. The desk clerk saw it, but was to busy with her family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location, location, location. Directly across the street from Turner Field and parking lot adjoins a great barbecue rib restaurant. Staff was friendly, only drawback maintenance wise was the ice machine leaked water by the elevator, which if that is the worst you can say is pretty good. I highly recommend.

It was not great. The hotel told me before I booked the trip that they would provide shuttle service to and from the hotel. This was not true and they also told me that they would provide shuttle service to and form my conference which was again not true. My TV was out for two days as well.

We chose this hotel because of the customer ratings. Our room was not very clean. There was a ring in the toilet. The tile in the bathtub had some major gaps in the grout. The bed was not very comfortable and it is a place that we will definitely NOT stay again.

The staff was very pleasant our entire stay. The breakfast was nice although the eggs were unlike anything I have ever seen but tasted good. This location is perfect for visits to Lakewood Ampitheater or anything in downtown. We will be staying here again.
