We LOVED this hotel! Hotel staff was fantastic, especially the valet guys, and the rooms were sparkling clean. Loved the fresh fruit water in the lobby... and appreciated the bottled water offered by the valet every time we hopped in our car. The buffet breakfast cost $22 and was well worth it. I loves this hotel but right when u go down the block ur in fashion district which is a little ghetto looking. They didnt have laundry room. We were very pleased with our stay at the Omni. We can always trust that it will be clean, the staff is willing to go above and beyond, and you are treated with respect. We are very picky about clean rooms and this was very clean. They even opened our beds at night and set out our robes. We always choose Omni when we go on vacation.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and couldn't have more positive things to say about our stay. The staff is so friendly, warm and professional at all times. The rooms are large with wonderful views, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we cannot wait to return for our anniversary.

I checked in a great hotel, great location and great staff, so I thought. My wife and I were given a room and went straight to it. We were unable to open our room. We tried to no avail...suddenly a woman came out of the room. The lady at the front desk gave us an occupied room. She apologized but I felt it she didn't mean it. It was a good thing the […] front desk manager was very helpful. He of course waived some of our fees (valet) which he offered. He gave us breakfast coupons and had our room service free. He then sent a letter of apology together with a letter from the front desk lady (which I perceived to have written to appease her manager) I didn't want to ruin my stay but we were embarrassed trying to open an occupied room. I liked the hotel, I just hope the lady staff has her eyes checked and that she be careful next time. Read more
