The rooms are large with wonderful views, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I checked in a great hotel, great location and great staff, so I thought. My wife and I were given a room and went straight to it. We were unable to open our room. We tried to no avail...suddenly a woman came out of the room. The lady at the front desk gave us an occupied room. She apologized but I felt it she didn't mean it. It was a good thing the […] front desk manager was very helpful. He of course waived some of our fees (valet) which he offered. He gave us breakfast coupons and had our room service free. He then sent a letter of apology together with a letter from the front desk lady (which I perceived to have written to appease her manager) I didn't want to ruin my stay but we were embarrassed trying to open an occupied room. I liked the hotel, I just hope the lady staff has her eyes checked and that she be careful next time. Read more

I stay here when I'm in town for business and it's always clean and beautiful and if you have a second to walk through to the common area between the buildings there is a gorgeous waterfall and sitting area with plenty of options for lunch.
