Not bad at all. Carpets needed to be cleaned and televisions replaced. Remote was chewed up and did not work to good. Otherwise was a good trip.

The hotel is run down and ancient. Microwave was on the bathroom sink and had a turn knob to operate it. Shower head was so clogged, water barely trickled out. And just because the Gem show is in town doesn't give them the right to charge 50% more for a hotel that should be condemne3d.

The location was where I needed it to be, but the neighborhood is terrible. But it's really easy to get elsewhere, with a car. The room itself was clean and I felt safe. The iron was missing, as were several pillows. Overall, I got what I paid for.

The owners could stand to paint the rooms and cover up leaks. Cleaning people should clean hair dryer vents (this takes 2 mins if that by using a small brush to clean out lint build up which will burn out the hair dryers, these also need cleaned on the tops from hanging on the wall, nasty). Very disappointing. There was an iron in the room, but no ironing board. The continental breakfast was absolutely the worst ever... only stale dry cereal and bread... so I opted for toast. The jelly was so old it was hard in the container and not spreadable. Even the coffee was bad. The hot tub didn't work.

Why put such luxury so near the freeway and a busy airport? The hotel chef is a master of his art. The fruitloop and ricekrispy au-grautin was on par with the greats of Trenton, Slidell, or West Memphis. Take the time to visit next time you are out west.

In town for work and the Days Inn was close. The room was ok but it does have the smeel of somke still from years and years of smoking in the rooms and now they are non smoking rooms but it must still be in the walls, The Neighborhood was ok but there is a lot of people walking around at all times of the night.

The front desk lady the evening we checked in was very nice and accomodating. She even helped us change rooms to a double! Nice continental breakfast in the morning, except the jelly was old and sticky - not very appetizing. The room was missing soap and shampoo as well. Otherwise a very nice deal through Expedia!

The first evening was fine but when we came back to the room the 2nd night at about 9:30 pm the bedding was on the floor and no towels. It looked like they took the dirty towels and sheets but forgot to come back in and put on fresh sheets and towels. Overall my stay was very pleasing. I had only one experience with the check in clerk when I arrived. The clerk was very rude and just seemed like he was being interrupted from watching his TV. It's the first time I've encountered such a rude person while staying at any hotel but I would stay here again.

No coffee pot in the room. They deprogrammed our key after only one night and we had to go to the office at midnight to get it reprogrammed after a very long day. Their towels were like sandpaper, two words FABRIC SOFTENER!!! Our personal items were moved around the room and they should have never been touched or moved. I chose this hotel because the cost per night was half that as the hotel that was hosting a convention I was attending, they offered wireless internet in the rooms, and they had a continental breakfast. The location was great, price fantastic, however there was no wireless intenet in the rooms. Each time I called the front desk, they said to either […] keep trying or that the internet was down. This issue was never resolved. The breakfast was meager, they ran out of items (such as orange juice and muffins) and never refilled them, and breakfast ended unfortunately early. I understand I get what I pay for but I should at least get what the hotel promises despite what I paid. I would stay there again based on price alone but they shouldn't promise what they can't deliver, if I needed internet access, I would have to stay at the Fairfield Inn next door, I was able to see their wireless network from my room at the Days Inn. When we went into the room there was not enough pillows, the stand where you place the suitcase was missing, however i loved the way the room smelled IT smelled clean! Overall stay i love this hotel! The staff speak broken English, very hard to understand. Gave us wrong directions on how to get to the hotel. Bed sheets were dirty, blankets were stained. Floors and carpet were filthy. This hotel should never be recommended to anyone.

I was in Tucson for business over a four day period, and stayed at this hotel, after being warned away from others in the area. The airport is a ten-minute drive away, which was easy enough by taxi. Conveniently, there is a fast food & gas station beside this Days Inn, which I used to purchase a cheeseburger, a cheap gallon of water, and a single razor […] (I don't check bags on the airlines). The room was large, clean, and well supplied. I had a single queen-sized bed, a table with two chairs, a TV, and even a microwave and mini-fridge. Fresh towels were delivered daily. The only thing I would have liked to see improved was the darkened carpet, which needed a good steam-vacuming. The light breakfast is what you'd expect: a muffin, bowls of cereal with milk, and packets of oatmeal with tea or coffee. For me, this was enough fuel to get me to the next snack. Otherwise, my stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Tucson is not a compact city by any means, and an automobile is necessary to get around. If you do not have an automobile, I recommend making transporation arrangements ahead of time--I was very fortunate to make arrangements with a cab company when I flew in, but otherwise I think I would have been stuck cold-calling companies and hoping for reasonable fare charges. All in all I was relieved when I realized that this hotel was going to be okay. Families could stay here to save a few bucks, or road warriors like myself can put their feet up for a while. Overall the hotel is acceptable. The continetial breakfast was ok. They cleaned the room on time everyday and beds were comforable. I have stayed in this hotel everytime I go to Tucson. The freeway is less then a block away, there is a Wendys and a Cheveron Gas Station right next to the hotel. There is also a Waffle House next door and a Circle K (like […] a 711 Store) a block away. A good place to stay for the price. The area around the hotel is nice. I recommend this hotel to evryone that wants to visit Tucson and pay within reason. given key to room put our things in and then left to visit son, we we came back could not get into room went down to desk and told them, the desk person then told us we were in the wrong room so went back up and check out room then back down and told him again so this time he came up to check out the room open door so we could see. Told him that it […] was our things in bathroom so he left without walking in to check whole room out. After he left we found out our two suitcases were missing so we go back down to tell him. He calls his manager who comes over to check and tries to tell us we did not lock room. He told us nothing he could do. Next day same thing with room key did not work. on Sunday went down again to desk different manager explain to him what has happen since check in, he said he found a bag of clothes did not know what happened on friday so he throw them in trash can so the other person at desk and I went out to trash and sure enough it was ours. they kept suitcases and some items he also said that our key was only coded for one day at a time so he recoded for the rest of our stay. went out visiting for awhile when we came back the toilet did not work had to go down to desk again where we were told that the lines were changed so we were given another room. The motel was typical for those in the area. Nothing fancy and probably less than anticipated. Breakfast was minimal and ended early, so don't sleep in if you want any. Staff was helpful and pleasant and always on site. Room cleanliness was acceptable but the towels need to be replaced as they are old, stained and scratchy. Our over all stay was okay except a couple of things. When we would go for the breakfast there were either no cups for coffee, no milk left, or coffee was ALL coffee grounds and undrinkable. Also if we did not leave our room daily by 11:00am no one would come in to cclean it that day.

my stay for 8 days was very pleasant. groung floor accomendation. i expected it to be very noises with the freeway noise and the train coming trough. Very quite. I needed to take care of personal business good location. the only complaint was the carpet needed to be clean oder, the a/c unit get to cold try to put on low the ajustments were off.

Stayed here for 3 days of bicycle racing a different locations around Tucson so location was pretty central. Room size was okay but condition was a bit worn out. Walls seemed very thin. Breakfast was pretty sparse, in fact we went to the Waffle House to get extra food.
