Travel to Miami ofton for work. I stay all over town. This hotel is clean and in a nice neighborhood. I would stay there again. This is the first hotel out five in this price range that I would recommend.

We stayed here overnight with our two boys before we went on our cruise the next morning. Everything was good except they had put breakfast up 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

When you stay in Miami, you sometimes never know what you'll get or where you'll be especially when you're not familiar with the area. We were quite please with this hotel. It was easy to find, had restaurants you could walk to and the hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the best I've every had, but it certainly was not the worst. It completed its purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool had stuff (leaves, etc) floating on the top, but when we brought this up to the staff, within 15 minutes they had someone out there to clean it up. And the young man that they sent to do this was very friendly and quite informative when we asked him about restaurants and the area. Didn't get an attitude because he had to clean the pool for a 4 year old who wanted to swim! All-in-all, it was a good experience and I would recommend it if you have to stay in the area for a night or two.

Very nice staff. Room was a bit small but was just fine for an overnite stay. Great deal for the money. I like the early check in and late check out time.

Hotel was easy to find and fairly close to Landshark stadium. The room was small but adequate for just one night. It might have been the smallest in the hotel do to it's location in the building. The free breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was clean with plenty of staff around to keep it that way.

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past because of its great value and location. However, I think the hotel is starting to exhibit significant signs of "wear and tear." The lobby smelled of cleaning products or do I dare say "urine". Our mattress when exposed had a huge blood stain on it. And as always, the elevator is small and slow.

"Great Room, Bad Timing"

Upon arrival even though our hotels.com confirmation said we could check in at 12:00, check in time was actually 3:00, but hotel staff did accomodate us. The room was slightly smaller than expected but very clean and, while a bit cramped for 4, fairly comfortable. I would, however, caution anyone to ask if there are groups staying in the hotel before reserving. We had the misfortune of having an entire team of soccer players in town for a tournament on our floor making it exceptionally noisy in the wee hours. The doors slam loudly and you can hear every word, we even heard someone moving hangars in the closet in the next room. This also made it impossible to get breakfast in the morning as two teams congregated in the breakfast area.

"Basic - OK choice for the price."

We chose this hotel partly for convenience and partly because of the very reasonable price. Our stay was comfortable even if the furnishings were very basic. Our main complaint was that the promised "hot" breakfast was available only if you get up early enough. Waffle batter, syrup, hard-boiled eggs, muffins and Danish pastries were all gone by the time we arrived (20 minutes before breakfast was supposed to close). Our other minor complaint is that the only waste basket was in the bathroom; it would be much better if another was available when the bathroom was in use. All in all it was OK because of the good price, but a little more convenience and customer service would have made a big difference.

"Too Far from the Beaches!!!"

If you expect to be close to the beach - then Don't. It takes at least 40-50 min drive (without traffic)to Miami Beach. Free breakfast is not good, so be ready to to across the street for some food (there is pretty big shopping mall). First they gave me room on the first floor (which I hate)with huge noisy engine in front the window. I asked for another. Other room was also on the first floor. Overall, five day stay was good, most of the time I spent on the beach. BUT, on the last day I was really suprised - in the bathroom I saw the ROACH, and pretty big one. The next day I was given another room - they invited exterminator. By the way, once my room was NOT CLEANED AT ALL. Simply, 90% of personell DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. So, there is no point to talk to them.

There were some minor problems with the room, extension cord ran accross room to plug in microwave, door lock jammed had to get clerk to let me in, room was not stocked when cleaned had to go to front desk for several things. However the staff responded quickly to all of the issues. This hotel needs more staff throughout the day.

It was a great place to stay. Though, there was one thing. They have continental breakfast and it was really crowded. The food was great, though the room wasn't big enough to handle all the guests. Other than that, an outstanding place to stay.

Our stay over New Year's was nice. We were originally sent to a room across from the elevator and when we went into the room it smelled like cigars. Once we complained we were promptly moved to a suite because of the inconvenience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

I chose this hotel based on my previous stay there but I also chose it because it had a pool. When we arrived the pool was not in service. This was a major disappointment since we had our children with us who were excited about swimming and sun bathing in December.

This hotel is locatet in a very good part of town. It is just off the Freeway. Staff was very friendly and the overnight oncall Security was always there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room furnishings seemed new, very up-to-date.Hotel and ro very clean. The free breakfast was a great perk and the price was right! I will definitely stay here again the next time I return to the Miami area.
