"Great for business travel"
This hotel has been newly renovated and has a modern feel. The staff is well trained and are able to handle any request for business travel without issue. The rooms are well laid out with outlets in the table lamps beside the bed (a must for business travel) and are very clean. The wifi allows for connection of as many devices as needed and is reasonably […] fast. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was as advertised, the bed most comfortable. Getting hot water in the evening was a bit of a challenge but the shower in the morning was hot. It is convenient to the city, however that meant a lot of highway traffic noise all through the night.
I rent The King Suit w/ The Jacuzzi, let me tell you, the room is amazing, the jacuzzi area is wonderful, this deff gonna become my new spot to retrieve... I'm looking forward to rent it again... The prize is amazing for the suit. You most deff check it out.

I have stayed in Comfort Inn and Suites from NY down to Tennessee and this one in East Hardford is the cleanest one I have been in. I was very impressed with the room..clean smelling and was clean! ALL of the staff were friendly and greeted you each time they saw you. We had a King non smoking room and I never noticed any smell of smoke. I would recommend this hotel to others.
"A Nice Quiet Place"

Here for the Hartford Marathon. The hotel was very accommodating in granting late check-out. You'd be surprised at how many "class" places just want to take your money and get the next sucker. Not this place. All us runners want after a race is someplace to shower and change. Letting us keep our rooms for this is an added bonus. And getting the breakfast open a bit earlier so we can fuel up was also very thoughtful. Thanks for supporting us runners and helping out the local sporting event. You guys did good!
"Comfort away from Home"

The hotel had a nice array of amenities in the room. Very comfortable and nicely decorated for this type of moderately priced hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I was not impressed with the breakfast provided. The egg omelet was not eggs but must have been powdered. Juices were OK. Coffee and tea were in abundance all day.

Visiting family near UConn and there are few choices for lodging. This facility is a half hour away but easy drive to family location. Really need to go non-smoking like about every other motel...odor not that bad but still noticeable. Needs a remodel, carpeting, overall updated. Our room was a two room suite with bedroom as you entered and living room/kitchen in second room. Have to ask for utensils/cooking items. Refridge a bit noisy. Asked for room away from highway, but I guess all the suites face it...could hear when trying to watch tv in living area. Am a choice club member so price was pretty good if prepay.

The man at front desk makes the hotel as if it was his own. He was very knowledgable. I stayed at 3 Comfort Inns this week and they were all fine, but it is such a difference when a professional is behind the counter!
"Best stay ever"
Great choice is made visiting east Hartford from New York. There's 2 restaurant one is Mexican called margarita and the other one is Italian called Nolita You also get free breakfast in the morning and staff is very friendly The room is a decent size and also very clean.

The staff was extemely friendly and helpful. Room was quiet & clean but it could have been alittle bigger. Would definitely stay here again. Good selection for breakfast but get there early if you want it hot.
"Annual Bowling Trip"

We've been coming to this particular hotel for the past five or six years and will not stay anywhere else. It's close to the shopping areas, bowling alleys, casino and Magaritaville. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that Steve put out were to die for. Yummy!
