You get what you pay for. I asked if they had a couch in our king room over the phone and the guy said no. I asked how much to change our 2nd night to a double room he told me $10. We get there and there is a couch in our room & the cost to change was $15. They didn't know anything about the area to help you with "stuff to do". Bugs too! Hotel was easy to get to, parking lot was small. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable, blankets were thin. We had cereal in the morning. Check out was fast and friendly. Great location, and price. Will stay here again!

I reserved two rooms based on several things. One was the rate, which was the "middle rate" out of the three hotels I was choosing from. The second thing was the larger (queen) beds, instead of the usual double beds. The MOST important factor in my choosing this hotel over the others was the phrase in "room description" saying a complimentary infant […] bed/crib was available at this location. When I reserved the rooms, I contacted the hotel letting them know we would be arriving early evening and would need the crib available. My family left on our trip an I called en-route to double check our reservations. The girl who answered the phone was not very kind and informed me that she wasn't aware of any "baby beds". When we checked in later that day, I again asked about the complimentary bed, showing the ad to the clerk. He informed me that they had one but had already given it out. It was a miserable night for us as we tried to manage an infant used to having her own space. I was very upset because we still had over 600 miles to drive after a sleep-deprived night. Obviously, I chose poorly an it won't be a mistake I make twice. If I could have gotten my money refunded, I would have chosen the hotel next door and had a better nights sleep. Read more

We overnight in Chattanooga on our round trip to Florida and this is the first time we've stayed at Travelodge. We have found our overnight hotel! The hotel for the price was great, although we wish the breakfast started earlier since we leave before 6am. We really liked the little 'sitting room' with the small sofa; it was nice not having to sit just […] on the bed. The shower head and water pressure were both very good - not usually so in the lower priced motels. Overall, I can't complain. The hotel looks like it needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep; the front door did not close completely. However the bed was comfortable with an excellent pillow and they had a clean bathroom. We were there just for 1 night and that's all we needed. Cheap price for a so-so hotel.

Perfect room, absolut clean, flat screen TV, Microwafe, big refridgerator.The room was in excellent condition. I would always return to that hotel and I will. Location is good as well, within 3 minutes driving time, there are plenty of restaurants, fresh market and the mall. My stay was perfect.

My wife & I were just looking for a cheap hotel in which to stay for one night. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price we paid. We went spur of the moment because a family member went into labor. this hotel was great for a simple one night stay. It was a good area close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was clean and service was pretty good. The rotating and adjustable pressure shower head was certainly the highlight of the room.
