I booked a King room - they tried giving me a double bed, I'm tall and don't enjoy my feet hanging over the end. The lady booking me in actually got angry that I wouldn't accept the double bed - I had to call hotels.com to fix it. They 'miraculously' found a king room after 30 minutes of her huffing and puffing. Horrible and inexcusable.

Room was clean and somewhat renovated but the rest of the hotel was still very old and run down. The tv guide wasn't correct guide for the actual channels.

The hotel offers free wireless Internet access in the room, but only in the lobby was possible to get connected. I had dinner once and although the restaurant was almost empty I had to wait about an hour to get the food. Location is good and amenities are ok.

All in all it is a bit of a drive from the airport (abt 20 to 25 mins) but is well located close to the Westland mall.

The room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great. The TV had bad reception. All the channels had static. I could not get the wifi to work in either the room or the restaraunt. I was given 2 keys and neither worked. I went back and had them redone. Only 1 key worked.

We had terrible experience with the shuttle in particular. Had to wait over 70 minutes for shuttle to pick us up from airport, during which we had to call over three times. No apology ever offered, this was business as usual to them. We definitely will NOT be staying here ever again.

I got a king size bed for Valentines day to get away for the night with my girlfriend. I got to the room and it was two single beds the manager told me I was getting a better deal since I was only paying for the king bed and that since I was only there for a night is why they moved me to the double. Noise in the hall all night, no airport pickup, had to take a cab, no coffee in the lobby, restaurant coffee to go $2.00 for a small cup also bad. Advertised as 6 miles from the airport but shuttle in took 35 minutes. Generally a bad experience.

This hotel was in a good location. A mall across the street along with several restaurants. The staff at this hotel were very nice. They have a restaurant in the hotel. I wasn't impressed with the up keep of this hotel. The main floors looked like they haven't been vacummed in along time. The general condition of this hotel is not kept up well. The […] washing machine was broke. Our air conditioning unit was extremly loud we had to turn the volume up almost all the way. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights until we went on a cruise. 1. I had to call Ramada customer support to complain about their staff taking taking almost 2 hrs and NOT being able toget me a cab. I went to the front desk and they had lied about continuing to try to get a cab from different companies. When I asked for the numbers they were calling they gave me cell phone numbers of specific taxicab drivers, so I […] had to go online and find a cab myself. It took me 10 mins to get a cab. They didn't seem to care when I pointed this out to them. 2. I was woken up at 6AM by cleaning staff playing music and talking loudly outside my room as they prepared their cleaning carts for the day. Apparently, the room where they keep the carts was opposite 2 rooms away from my hotel room. 3. The A/C in the hotel was freezing on the floor I was staying on, in my room, and in the lobby. Adjusting it was hard./ It was either too cold or would get hot. 4. I was originally sent there by American Airlines and given a hotel voucher. They initially lied and said there were no rooms so I had to go back and get American Airlines to call them to get them to admit there was a room available for me. Read more

They guest in the front room and side room did not let us sleep speaking loudly in asian and when we went to the front desk to complain they said "oh yes thats normal here they come here making lots of noise". We will never stay there again!

After staying a week, the only complaint I have is the sensitivity of the door keys. Everyday I had to go back to the lobby to get my cards reactivated. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel was in a convinent location. I would recommend the Ramada to everyone! (Actually going to for a wedding next July)

horrible compared to other Ramadas! $35 cab ride from air port and not in a great area. The buildings are old and not in the best condition. Staff wasnt too helpful and hard to understand through very thick accents. Also didnt feel safe in the area.

Overall it could be better, if you see wireless internet, you think , you can get that acces from your room. But this was not the case and you have to wait on everyone that need internet on a pc in de lobby. T.V signal is very bad in the room, but because i used the room only foor sleeping i did not need a t.v

Kept getting locked out of our room. We were there for seven nights and everyday at 11.00 am we were locked out. Terrible internet service and the showere kept getting clogged. The sheets were very itchy as though they hadn't been washedin a while and the carpets were sticky. Will not stay there again

Stayed here on a layover at MIA. About 15 minutes from the airport, but close to two large shopping malls. It was never special and is now unpleasantly dated, way beyond needing renovation. The layout is poor--I had to go through two security doors to get between my room and the lobby. The hotel was very noisy until after midnight (especialy in the hallways outside the rooms. The food in the dining room was not very tasty (my hamburger was dry and tough and the french fries were not warm). The shuttle service to/from the airport was very convenient.

Total disaster paid for microwave and fridge as advertised never got it, Mr at the time of check inn said I would have too pay $10US per item each day.Each time you leave the hotel you have too re-program the access card to the room due to anytime the card is around cell phone or scanners it goes crazy.Very Very inconvenient

The courtesy bus only runs once an hour (I waited for 50 minutes for it, and then the hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport...not exactly convenient. The hotel itself is in a dreadful state of repair. It's more like a low rent hostel than a budget hotel. In fairness to the maids, the room was reasonably clean though.

Me and my kids stayed 4nights. Housekeeping was making up only one bed. I've ordered one extra bed what I've got was was something that no human could ever sleep on. And at the front desk they informed me that they will charge $ 10 a day. No telephone guide was available in the room. Never again to the Ramada inn.

So, to start everything seemed okay, but got unpacked and went to get dinner, came back and A/C stopped working, called front desk they sent maintenance man up right away and he could not fix it. I had booked a King size bed suite with a fridge and microwave as I would be staying there for 5 nights on business. So got to the front desk they decided […] they would switch me rooms, so I got moved to a two standard bed room without a fridge, all other rooms like mine were taken, so I came back the next night and they moved me into a king size bed room, however was not a suite with a fridge and a microwave. To make it worse the air conditioner set on 60degrees kept the room just below 80 degrees, so went to front desk to tell them all of my issues, and they said I did not book a suite, which I then went and got my reservation and showed them. They then proceeded to tell me that they did not have any other rooms available and I would have to stay in the room I was currently in and they sent maintenance to look at a/c and he could not fix it. The hotel staff was extremely rude especially Todd the frond desk manager. The cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting. The room stewardess did not clean my room till 5:00pm. Overall the hotel was terrible and I do not Recommend it to anyone there are better hotel near by.
