Lovely hotel, fast and friendly service but the beds were no larger than a bunk bed however were comfortable. The bathroom needed serious repair as it flooded over time as an inch of the door at the bottom was peeling.

Very friendly people with low communication skills - especially in the restaurant. The quality of the foods are questionnable - not the taste, but the used materials. Poor internet system -the required reconfirmation of the flights were almost not possible. Transfers are too expensive.

This is the best place to stay in Vic Falls, surely! Wonderful service, great food, immaculate rooms ( though flat screen tvs badly needed - also, why so stingy with towels?) lovely golf course and pool area plus good evening entertainment. Good gym too I think.

Maybe 20 years ago, but not by today's standards. Rooms need serious updating. Staff was friendly, but not too much so. Food was mediocre at best. Water did not drain properly in bathtub/shower; A/C termperature was tepid at best and when ceiling fan was turned on it made so much noise it had to be turned off. There was a doctor’s conference going on while I was there, so not really much "vacationer" action or fun. Not a lot to do at the hotel and you have to get a taxi into town. I would try the Victoria falls Hotel the next time. That is a very beautiful hotel and convenient location.

The staff are very friendly and plentiful. The Hotel is in need of some maintenance. There are plenty of activitys available from the reception, game drives, river cruises, free shuttle bus to the Falls, helicopter flights. This hotel is very tired and needs a complete refurbishment . When it rained it was leaking in the main reception and the lounge bar! The rooms were kept clean and serviced twice a day,but the hotel was less than a third full. The staff were attentive and friendly. Zimbabwa is a little tense and has an edge. I was there to visit the falls. It was beautiful and worth seeing this time of year on this side, as Zambia was dry due to the season. I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel and grounds are very pretty and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were especially good when the game trip I had booked did not arrive to pick me up, because somehow I had not made it onto their manifest. One of the staff called them for me (several calls had to be made) and stayed on top of it […] until they finally sent the truck for me. If not for him, I would have missed the trip entirely - which turned out to be the highlight of my stay at Victoria Falls. My only complaint about the hotel is that it is about 4km outside of town and the shuttle doesn't run after 6:00pm. So you must take taxis after that if you stay in the town during the evening. Det var en mycket trevlig vistelse med mycket god service, fräscha rum och rent på toaletten. Rummet hade en balkong med utsikt över Victoriafallen som vi såg röken ifrån. På golfbanan som tillhörde hotellområdet kunde vi vandra runt bland vilda djur, fantastiskt. Bra service med skyttel till Victoriafallens nationalpark och in till orten.

Hotel er fra 80'erne i stil, men ellers godt vedligeholdt. Vi havde en helt utrolig panoramma udsigt fra vores værelse. Den ligger en 5-10 min køre tur indtil victoriafalls by og vandfaldet, men kan helt klart anbefales, da man virkelig føler at man bor midt ude i junglen. Vi tog pathfinder bussen der op fra Harare og ankom kl 19:00 og skulle afsted […] igen kl 7 om morgenen efter en hel dag i vic falls. Selv om dette også sto på engelsk på to forskjellige bekreftelser, ville de […] ikke forstå. Andre gjester fortalte om at det ble borte ting fra rommene deres. Men dette opplevde ikke vi. Nice and friendly staff who tries to give you a good stay. The dinner is sometimes served at different parts of the dinner hall. Sometimes there is also music with the dinner (the volume however seems to be little to high sometimes).
