The hotel was pretty good in all respects, the breakfast had lots of choices and the room was cleaned very well. The only negative would be the noisy heater which rattled and banged but other than that, I was happy with my stay

I stay at this hotel once a month for work. Usually 2-3 days at a time. Although this hotel is nothing extravagant the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants and decent breakfast. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rochester for business.

Overall nice hotel. Room was small and bathrooms very small but sink was placed nicely outside the bathroom. Breakfast was OK. Could have had a little more healthy variety (sauage biscuit, gravy and cheese and egg omelettes were main course).

everything was great except breakfast the next morning. We where told the night before the buffet breakfast was from 6-10 and we got down there at 9:32 am it was already close. The manager said its from 6-9:30 who stops breakfast on a Sunday at 9:30

Ceiling was peeling from an old water leak. Bathroom tiny and hard to move around. Had to unplug refrigerator because noisy. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable.

This is a classic case of "you get what you pay for". We were trying to save some money while in the area, we did, but I can't say it's my cup of tea. The room was completely gross, dirty shower/bath and the dingiest sheets I've ever slept on. I was reluctant to put my kids to sleep on them. However, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, my companion […] and I had two separate reservations and room types but the representative that checked us in easily placed us right across from each other. There was also a complimentary hot breakfast which was a great bonus considering we were traveling with four children on a limited budget. I would recommend but with warning....in all, I would stay again if my next visit to the area is again on limited funds. Read more

I found the hotel was very clean and the location was good. What I would rate low would be the bathroom was very small with the sink in the main part of the room. I didn't like that. I really didn't enjoy the breakfast.

Overall the room was good. The bathroom was very small, with the sink outside the main bathroom. We were travelling with teenagers who needed a lot of privacy, which was limited. Also, the roll-away bed was too big for the room. We had to move the beds and the nightstand in order to use it.

Was very satisfied with the hotel and its amenities. The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions and needs during our stay. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet every morning and the location was convenient to everywhere we needed to go.

The desk staff was pleasant and the room was neat and clean. The bathroom was pretty small and the door did not lock, but no big deal. My only suggestion would be some non soda selections in the vending machines. We were traveling with children and wanted juice and none was available in any machine and even after asking, (breakfast is included) no offer […] was made to perhaps allow us to purchase some from the breakfast area. I was in town to participate in a bowling tournament. This hotel was in the perfect spot,close to restaurants, shopping and 1 mile from the alley. Our room was small but modern. All the amenities were provided.

Hotel is close to both bowling alleys in the Rochester Bowling Tournament. Food choices in the area were great (especially the BBQ place across the street.) Clean, simple and relatively inexpensive.

It was a nice hotel. The location is good near a lot of restaurants. Elevator was old and slow. looked kind of aged on the inside. For the price in that area it was a good value. I will stay there again next time I go out.
