Adequate for a less expensive stop off the highway but the bathroom was very dirty.

We were very disappointed. One of the beds had cigarette butts inside the sheets. Said the mattresses were very uncomfortable Thought the floor might have been more comfortable. There was holes in the wall. I would not use this hotel again.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. I need a pet friendly room for one night while driving from Wisconsin to Colorado. We were satisfied with the Knights Inn. There were two things that would have made it better. First, cleaner room, especially the wash clothes and behind the entry door. Secondly, I think they need a coffee pot in the room.

It was convenient for us and not hard to find. When we walked into the room it smelled old and dirty! I found something brown on the light switch in the bathroom and the pillow cases were dirty (maybe just stains? Not sure). The fabric covered chair had big stains all over the seat. The staff was friendly and helpful, but my children were disappointed that the pool wasn't filled, as that was a big attraction for us. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms comfortable and clean.

A/C was verry poor. Room was over 75 Farenheit and high humidity. We were shown other room, but all the same. Linen were not changed within 3 nights. They gave us 2 cards for room 109. Neither worked. They reprogrammed them. 2nd try, one card worked, the other still didn’t. Got in, it smelled gross. Musty and nasty. We went back a third time, reprogrammed again for room 118. Again, neither key card worked “We’ve really had a lot of problems with the system tonight.” she said. After 4th trip and new […] cards, they finally worked. #2 New room smelled better, but was way dirty. (I wish I could upload pictures!) The vent looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. The bathroom heater light didn’t work, and had years of grime. # 3 Hotels.com “A Seasonal Outdoor Pool.” There isn’t one. It’s under construction “Sorry, and it’s so hot out today” desk said. #4 Hotel.com “Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access” After several speed tests from this connection, it’s 200 KBS. That’s Super Super slow connection speeds. Not HIGH-Speed #5 Pop machine “Out of order” #6 The marquee says “Free Hot Waffle Breakfast” lobby sign says, “Sorry waffle iron doesn’t work.” Breakfast was a box of doughnuts, some cereal and 1/8 of a gallon of milk in the fridge. Probably expired. We didn’t stay to find out. #7 Hotels.com “irons/ironing boards.” No iron or ironing board in room 118. #8 Hotels.com “All units feature microwaves and refrigerators.” No fridge or microwave in room 109. Really easy to find, right off the interstate. The traffic sounds didn't bother me, I barely even heard them. We checked in @ 10 PM and left @ 7:30 AM. I would not let any of my children shower there and we didn't eat the complimentary breakfast because I was leery and went to VI about 1 block away. If you just need a cheap, quiet place to sleep, with queen beds instead of fulls, then this will do.

Needed a pet friendly hotel right off of I-80 in North Platte for a one night restful stay enroute to Colorado. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was extremely clean and the continental breakfast was fine. The hotel staff member was very nice and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a very reasonable, clean place to stay for a night or two, you can't beat this place. The hotel was in a good location near major highways and restaurants. Check-in at the front desk went smoothly. Our first glitch was to get our door open with the key card. Once we got in, I opened the drapes to get some light in, but should've left them shut. The windows looked like they had not been washed in years. The bathroom was just as bad. The […] furnishings were fine, but the walls needed a paint job badly. The pool was covered and looked like it had been all summer. The outside of the building was freshly painted, but weeds were growing and trash littered the outside. The complimentary breakfast was adequate but offered little variety. The rate we were charged through Expedia was far higher than what was advertised on their sign. The hotel's rate was more in line with the accomodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
