"Double Charged For Room"

Chose Mercure for the access to airport. Mercure promised shuttle service, however when we arrived the sign said that you must call for shuttle service. The sign did not disclose the telephone number. After a couple of attempts at a pay phone, airport information called for a pick-up. Airport information had the number but were obviously annoyed at having to call. We experienced a 30 minute wait. Other Stuttgart hotels that advertise shuttle ran every tens minutes or so. Waited at the curb, in the December cold through several shuttles from other hotels. Hotel is located in the middle of industrial area. No alternatives for dining. After prepaying for the hotel, we were charged again on our credit card a month later. In order to resolve, hotel said that we must call between 1 and 2 pm, that is 4 am my time.

Hotel "freddo", lontano dalla città, colazione a pagamento, parcheggio a pagamento. Ps. Se non parli inglese e tedesco non si sforzano di comprenderti.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel, wenn man nicht direkt in der Stadt wohnen will. Stuttgart schnell erreichbar. Garage ist kostenpflichtig. Klimaanlage etwas schwach an heissen Tagen.

- Very prizy restaurant - Very prizy WIFI in room (be sure too ask for room with possibility for access) - Very industrial, uninteresting location Don't bother ordering a wake up call. I received one at 5.15 without ordering it. At least it was free of charge...

Ich war vom Hotel sehr angetan. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war tip top sauber - auch im Bad. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber gut strukturiert mit einer mehr als großzügigen Dusche. Das Hotel ist gut schallisoliert, so dass man seine Nachbarn nicht hört. Besonders angenehm im Sommer: jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage.

Ristorante buono, camera pulita ma povera. La struttura l'ho trovata molto fredda e poco accogliente, mi aspettavo di trovare qualche servizio in più tipo palestra, sauna e un business centre.
