It was the Third Times i am staying in this Hotel. Service is good, staffs are friendly. Great Location. Only the Room and breakfast Area could Be nice if it is a Bit cleaner.

My second stay at the panorama. Excellent location! Easy access to the mtr and within walking distance of the many places to shop and sightsee. The staff is very courteous and accommodating! The rooms are clean and well insulated. Would suggest this hotel to anyone

I arrived as a single female to Hong Kong for Christmas and would recommend it to anyone. Straight into town on the very clean, efficient express train and a free shuttle to your Hotel. Perfect after a long flight and the staff of city Garden hotel couldn't have been nicer. As the customer, you are the most important.

Situated in the heart of Shenzhen, Shangri-la Hotel, Shenzhen is a business-friendly hotel close to Lo Wu Border Crossing, International Foreign Trade Center, and Shun Hing Square. Also nearby are Shenzhen Museum and Lizhi Park.

"Good location but rooms are old"
Given its so called 5 star rating and price tag, they really need to refurbish their room furniture and fixtures as they are old, carpet as well; but location is good. I think can find better local hotels near by with cheaper rates.
"Excellent Hotel"
The location and high quality service this hotel provides is why I stay here every time I come to China. I have stayed at other hotels near by and they just dont match up. This hotel offers a great variety of restaurants, and is very close to the boarder of Hong Kong for those traveling in and out of mainland.

Good hotel. Rooms are very old, but bed is very comfortable. When coming via train, this is a great location and everyone knows where it is. If you want a hotel that is walking distance from train station, this is it. I stay their often. The rooms are older now, but property is nice.

I was extremely satisfied with My recent stay at this hotel from the happy, attentive service from the staff to the comfort and cleanliness of our room, It is worth paying a little extra to have a horizon club room and being able to use the club lounge. As this was purely a pampering and shopping trip i could have not asked for any more--hotel was conveniently located near Luohu Commercial Shopping Centre,Queen Spa(day spa) had free shuttle to and from hotel so pampering was catered for and the hotel service was outstanding by far (horizon club included food,drinks etc so no other expenses as it was […] all inclusive) Will be going back with group of girls in near future so definetly will be using Shangri La Hotel Shenzhen again! "Shangri-la Shenzhen - Fantastic Experience"
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at with supurb service. On check-in we upgraded to the Executive Floor which was well worth the additional charge (which wasn't all that expensive). All the staff were fantastic to deal with and spoke excellent English - especially those in the Executive Lounge. "Too far from everywhere"
The hotel lobby looks grandeous but not the room. It is very small, it does not have area for the coffee maker and it does not have outlet for hairdryer at the bathroom, hence I had to do all my activities for making coffee and hair drying at the desk area together with internet surfing. No room service and hotel service booklet placed in the room, […] I had to request one. However, the food for the room service is tasty. The location of the hotel is so far away from everywhere, particularly from the airport. It is very costly to ride taxi in Shen Zhen, the disappointment also came with knowing (after I arrived at the hotel) that actually Shangrila provide airport transfer shuttle, but it was never mentioned at the hotel.com detail. There are no tourist attraction flyers or place of interest flyers located in the lobby, when I talked to the concierge staff, who only spoke a little bit of English, he said I had to tell him what I wanted to see for him to search for me from his computer. Oh well... if I am a tourist for the first time in Shen Zhen how would I know where I would like to go or to see??? If there are flyers placed at the lobby like any other hotel, wouldn't it be easier for us, first time tourist in Shen Zhen, to know where to go and what to see? Read more

Great value for money with their promotion they were running. I got an upgrade on a price of one breakfast. Upgrade gave me access to executive lounge with complimentary everything for two including happy hour & breakfast. Very safe and convenient when going from Hong Kong to mainland China.
"Class A hotel"
I have stayed at the Shangri-La Shenzhen a number of times over the years and service and accommodations have always been outstanding. If staying be careful of the neighborhood. Turning right out of the property can get you hustled by many street vendors. Turn left going toward LoWu commercial center and you should have no issues.
