I stayed at this hotel before and I have noticed the upgrades they have made. The mornings in the breakfast room was very relaxing and the attendants were very sociable. Overall the hotel is comfortable.

Husband and I stayed here for Wrestlemania, which was very close the Sun LIfe Stadium. Staff was great. Suite was more than we expected, very reasonably priced.

I was very satisfied with the hotel, clean,personnel were friendly and helpful. however the mattres was lumpy and not comfortable. i had made my reservation early but i was put in a handicap accessible room being tall in the bathroom everything was too low.

Very friendly staff. Very nice clean hotel. I was there for 3 days and had a rental car so not having places close by was not a big deal. The only complaint that I had was that the internet service was down for most of my stay.

It was very nice but they gave away our king room on the first leg of our trip but on the 2nd leg we got the king. The queen suite was nice but the king was nicer. Well taken care of.

The location of the hotel worked out very well for me but that's if you have a vehicle. It is close to the 826 but yet it is in a quiet area. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast spread, enough to keep you fill until lunch. Helpful and courteous staff. Absolutely I would stay in this hotel again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights after completing a Royal Caribbean cruise....The hotel itself is in a pretty convenient location; of course we were driving so getting around was not a big issue. We got to the hotel at around 11am and were told that our room was not ready. The clerk tried to dismiss us by pointing out a sign which indicated […] that checkin time was 3pm....of course I insisted that she at least make an effort to accomodate her valued guests rather than pointing to a sign. So she made a call to the housekeeping supervisor who indicated that a room would be ready in an hour....so we went to lunch and returned later and checked in without issue. Truthfully however that was the only real negative of our stay... The room itself is quite large as hotel rooms go. It was also fairly comfortable. The airconditioning in our room was one of the units which switches off completely when it reaches it's target temperature (rather than those which switch off the compressor and leave on the fan) so that can be annoying if you are someone who needs the background noise to sleep. It did not bother me too much however. The room was kept clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was OK....standard continental breakfast...so it was a little limited. I liked the vending machines on each floor; great for a midnight snack and drink. Finally the free in-room internet and use of the guest computer was great for checking in online for our flight and printing boarding passes. Read more

I have ben staying at this same hotel once a month for the past 2 years and was appalled for the first time since going there. They thought they were doing me a favor by upgrading me to a jacuzzi suite at no extra cost. Instead I found that the sink in the bathroom had poor flow, the jacuzzi bathtub had not been cleaned properly and the hook on the […] inside of the bathroom door was broken so there was nowhere to hang my bathrobe. When I pointed all these things to the desk staff, I could tell from her attitude that nothing was going to be done about it. She appeared to not care ans wrote my complaints on a torn piece of paper which I know will be lost in the next few minutes. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was OK, not great by any means. Floor was very lumpy and not comfortable to walk on. Window was cracked open and drafty. Great value for money. Good location if you are shopping. Easy access to the airport. The rooms werer clean and our queen room included a sofa bed, fridge and microwave. The ATM in the lobby area and the large hp for directions was a good plus. The staff werer friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, quiet rooms even though close to the Palmetto Expressway, good hot breakfast. Only complaint, WiFi service in the room ocassionally went down due to low signal strength. The service and its proximity to the expressway makes it my preferred choice for trips to Miami.

pros: Clean room, 10 -20 minute drive to the malls, free internet, free breakfast. cons: in front of a hospital (lots of noise from ambulances), one night a foul odor came from the bathroom (stayed for about 2 hours), sometimes internet was very slow.

This hotel needs to be completely upgraded. The elevator seems to "stall" in use, the hotel is beginning to show it's age and the rooms are out-dated. The breakfast selection leaves much to be desired. Compared to other hotels at comparable prices this hotel no longer provides a "bang for the buck"

Hard to find places to eat around the hotel. Nothing within walking distance, then only BK and TB when driving around. The hotel room floor had several irregular bumps which they just carpeted over; quite strange. Shower had very little water pressure. Breakfast was fine though.

This is a great hotel at a reasonable price. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful. The hotel is situated near Westland Mall, Home Depo, Walmart, etc. There was a pool, gym, free internet access and free breakfast. It was a steal of a deal and I would definitely stay there again!

My stay was very pleasant. However, if you happen to receive a menu from "Uno Pizzeria", THROW IT AWAY!!!!!! It's not a real business. If you notice, there's no address on the menu. After speaking with the hotel manager (Owen), we were informed that there is a group of people that sneak into the hotel & slide menus under the guest room doors. The pizza […] is not eatable. The soda cans were covered in dirt. The phone number is a "cell" phone. When I called to complain, after about 20 minutes, the man that answered the phone said he would come back & give us our money back. No one ever came. The hotel manager (Owen) was kind enough to reimburse our money (minus the tip). For this we are grateful. However, what started to be a very pleasant stay, ended on a very sour note. Warning!!!
