The motel smelled musty. The windows hadn't been washed in what appeared to be years and the room could/should have been cleaner for as much as the room cost. We definitely will look for a different hotel when we return this Fall.

We only had one slight complaint about our stay; the shower/bath water would not get hot. I was looking forward to a bath aafter a long day's travel, and the water never got hot enough for a bath; I got out because I was cold. We did not report it to the facility. In hindsite we should have :-/

This was the second time I stayed there this year. This second time was a lot nicer than the first stay. The hotel is undergoing renovation at the end of 2012 and the improvements show. I will stay again when required.

My son and I came to Xenia to visit family for Thanksgiving. The hotel had free wifi and was right in Xenia and close to our family. The hotel is a bit dated and definitely needs some upgrades done, but our room was clean and taken care of over our stay. I was traveling for a 35th college reunion and I remember this hotel from when I was a student, so that gives you an idea of how old it is. That said, they've worked hard to update the place. Could only use WIFY in the lobby because it would not work from our room. The water was only warm; not hot. Obviously an older hotel, but stains on carpet in hallway made it feel dirty. Disappointing since we paid the same price for a room at the Hampton Inn in Lima, OH, the night before that had everything.

I wasn't sure if there was some kind of stain on the bathtub, it looked like there used to be a mat in the tub and then they took it out leaving grey lines on the bottom of the tub. I think the hotel is average, but okay for an overnighter. The pool is outside. I would stay there again, but if I can afford the upgrade I would go to one in a more upscale area. The TV were old style and the cable cord had to be adjusted. However, the workers were very nice and very accomodating.

I needed to be in Dayton, but all rooms were booked due to some festival. I was hesitant to book this hotel, but found it to be a very acceptable alternative. Easy to get to and not far from Dayton depending on where you need to be. Hotel is better than most in the area for a reasonable price. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and well supplied and the rest of the staff was friendly. The condition of the rooms was OK but showing wear. The air conditioning in the room was sub-par especially when there were some real hot days.

The room was clean, but the hotel lobby and elevators were dirty and totally smelled of smoke. There are ice machines on every other floor, and no fridges in room. There were only 2 outlets and I had to get an extension cord in order to plug in my breathing machine. They talk about a continental breakfast being available by 7:00 am. What a joke, at […] 7:30 they were only partially set up and they forgot to put out orange juice, we had to tell them about it. The only hot food was a small pan of eggs. There was box cereal and coffee available. Not a breakfast by my standards. They didn't make patrons stop dancing, running and screaming in the hallways either. Very annoying. Read more

Hotel was okay, but overpriced for the level of accomodation. However, in Xenia it is what there is. We selected this hotel because of its proximity to US 35 on which we were traveling. We were not disappointed or extatic. It was an adequate place to stay.

We stayed here because there were no rooms available in Springfield, Expedia listed it as 3-stars, and the only review was excellent. i don't know where that reviewer stayed, but if it was this same hotel then it must have gone downhill very, very fast. We should have stayed at a nicer place in Dayton. The room smelled, the condition was rundown, and […] there were stains everywhere. Not only will we never stay here again, we will probably avoid the entire Ramada chain as this type of experience has become common with them. Read more

It's a little hard to find as all the "Ramada" signs are not up yet. They have a hoppin' bar inside the hotel, but I didn't hear a peep in our room and we were almost directly above the bar. The pool is small, but adequate. The rooms are extremely clean! The bathroom looked brand new!! But the bed was obviously not new and not comfortable. No soda vending […] machines, but next door to a gas station with all that. Also, the air conditioning was tempermental, but ultimately kept us cool. Very acceptable hotel. Only place in town and close to everything. The hotel is a little dated. Never tries the restaurant but it looked ok. Not sure why hotels put the smoking rooms on the first floor though...
