The best of Choice Hotel chain I ever saw. Really pleasant people, extra helpful, needs newer TV, different shower rod so you can sit on toilet with... door open. Lovely patio to enjoy sunset but no table and one dusty chair.Nextdoor is Country Kitchen and Tap Lounge. Great dinner, great bartender, happy place. BUT, breakfast next morning I lifted up the bacon and found a black hair on my eggs. I waited and waited for server, finally gave up and ate the half of bacon not touching hair and toast. Finally she showed up, I pointed to the hair, still there, and she picked it up, saying, "Not mine!" She continued to examine it as I said, "It's not mine, either." Apparently she was running through whose it might be, said it wasnt the cooks. Finally she asked if I wanted her to get me another egg.I don't think so! No apology. by a Hotels.com guest on 04/19/13

Hotel appeared new; it is adjacent to a restaurant which offered moderately good food but rather poor service. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with soft beds and appeared very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

I will stay at Clarion versus catching lodging in Caldwell/Nampa area which I have done on previous sojourns. It is an easy burn into Boise from Ontario for a 10:00 AM or later appointment.

This was a nice hotel and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms was comfortable and clean. The location was an easy access on and off the interstate. The restaurant located in the hotel served a great breakfast. I would stay here again.

I was unhappy that my sliding glass door did not shut all the way, and it only had a dowel ( no lock) for security. Our room did not have a fridge or a microwave, which I expect if I pay that much a nigh and it is rated a 3 star hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was fine for what you paid for it. The pillows were like sleeping on a pile of rocks, but the beds were comfortable. For a quick pit stop on a road trip, I would stay there again.

Pleasant surprise after staying at a hotel in Salt Lake City with about the same comments. Hotel in SLC was awful so we really enjoyed this hotel. it was wonderful.

This hotel is showing signs of wear. My biggest complaint is there isn't an elevator and our room was on the second floor. It was inconvenient when two people in our party had issues with climbing stairs.

This was a hotel in serious need of a remodel. Bathroom smelled like pee. The sheets were clean so we stayed but won't go back. Restaurant on site was good though.
